At the Rainbow Kingdom Castle......
Twilight was packing her things along with Spike in the library, they, along with the others and Discord, were going with Nathan because he was going to show them all of Dallas and let them see what all the humans use, eat, drink, and the types of events they have, now Twilight knew about humans and the fact that they didn't use magic on Earth for she was one before when she had to go into the human world to retrieve her crown from Sunset Shimmer, so she didn't have to worry about being one again, for she also knew that when she entered Nathan's world, she would most likely be one again.
Anyway, Spike was upstairs by Twilight's bed packing some of his things, when Twilight came into view, from the look of it, he wasn't too happy about it, sure he had been to the human world before, but he'd never imagine he'd be going into a city or a place he had never heard of before.
"Spike, what's wrong?" Twilight asked.
Spike sighed, "Twilight, do we have to go with Nathan, I've never been to this 'Texas' place nor a city called 'Dal-del-dil." he now couldn't say the name of the city right.
"Dallas." Twilight corrected.
"Uh, right, Dallas, it's just that I've been to a world inhabited by humans, but I'd never think we'd be going again." he said, "Plus I now have a fear of becoming a dog again."
Twilight put a hoof around a shoulder, "Now Spike, I know we've been through this before, and I know its scary, but I would like to do some more extra research on human culture plus the fact on what they have, the events they do, and what they eat."
"Twilight every time we go someplace new or do something new, you always have to research it." Spike said
"Spike, I like to learn new things, I just can't help it." Twilight said, "Now finish packing your things, we've got a long portal trip tomorrow."
"Yes, Mom!" Spike said.
"And don't back talk me, or you're getting no gems for a week." Twilight warned, Spike gulped and continued to pack, while Twilight, went over and finished packing her things.

At Carousel Boutique......
Rarity was getting her bag wagon ready for the Texas trip, everywhere she went, even on a single weekend camping trip, she would always carry this wagon and in it would be a bunch of bags, cuddled up in one big pile like a mountain, for her traveling would include a lot of things. Meanwhile on the other end, Sweetie Belle was happily packing her stuff as well, she was all excited for a trip like this, for the first time in her life she was actually going to the human world and try new things, when suddenly her bedroom door opened and in came Rarity.
"Hi Rarity." Sweetie Belle said with a smile, Rarity smiled as well.
"Darling, I know you're excited, but you need to finish packing up." Rarity said
"Why are you rushing me through this?" Sweetie Belle asked
"Because darling, as soon as you're done packing, I want you to brush your teeth and get into bed, because we've got a long portal to go through in the morning, okay?" Rarity asked.
"Yes, Rarity." Sweetie Belle said.
"Good, now give your big sister a goodnight hug." Rarity said, Sweetie Belle walked up and hugged her.
"Oh and uh, how about a goodnight kiss?" Rarity asked turning her cheek to Sweetie Belle's face, Sweetie Belle smiled and kissed her goodnight on the cheek.
"That's a good girl, now go finish packing." Rarity said.
"Rarity, what if we get lost?" Sweetie Belle asked.
"Don't worry darling, Nathan told us he knows his way around there, let's trust him for once." Rarity said.
"Okay, good night Rarity, I love you." Sweetie Belle said.
"I love you too darling." Rarity said leaving and closing the door, Sweetie Belle packed the last of her things, then did what Rarity told her.

At Sweet Apple Acres......
Applebloom was packing her bags with her things, when Applejack came into her room.
"Hey Applebloom, ya' all packed yet?" Applejack asked.
"Almost sis, what are ya' doin' in here anyway?" Applebloom asked, zipping up one of her bags.
"Well ah' came in here to tell ya' it's almost bedtime, so finish packin', then go brush yer' teeth, and get inta bed." Applejack said
"Yes, Applejack." Applebloom said, "Oh hey, Applejack, isn't it cool Nathan got the leader of his old orphanage to get us a hotel to stay in?"
"That it is Applebloom, g'night." Applejack said leaving the room.
"G'night Applejack." Applebloom said.

In the Crystal Empire......
Nathan was packing his clothes, Nintendo DS, and his guitar, now even though he was only 6, he knew all about Dallas, where everything was, and almost all the streets, and with Nathan and his memory of the city, they couldn't go wrong, as he was packing his things, his bedroom door opened, it was Princess Cadance wearing a night gown, levitating Skyla in a position to get into her crib, as she was putting her in her crib, Nathan looked at them with a smile.
"So mom, ya' ready to have some good ol' Texas fun?" Nathan asked
"Remember what we said when we adopted you, that we wanted you to show us around this place." she answered, suddenly they saw Shining Armor entering the room with a bottle of formula ready for Skyla to drink, Cadance levitated the bottle and started feeding Skyla, once she finished feeding, Cadance put Skyla in her crib and she fell asleep.
"You know son, I sure am excited about going to this place." Shining Armor said.
" Ah'm sure you are Dad, but jus' remember one thing." Nathan said
"What's that?" Shining Armor asked.
"Once ya'll are on mah' world, ya'll are most likely going to be humans, so ya'll are gonna have to walk on two legs like me, ya'll won't have any tails, horns, or wings, ya'll will have to eat meat products, cause humans eat meat as well, and ya'll are goin' to soon realize that magic doesn't exist there, and the fact that there will be no pony-drawn carriages, the carriages there will run on their own power, and the fact that the sun and moon there rise on its own, even the weather there runs on its own, and on Sunday, ahm takin' ya'll to to church, so that ya'll can learn 'bout God and how his Son Jesus Christ came to Earth to die for our sins."
"Wow bud, you sure do have a lot planned for us." Shining Armor said.
"Yeah son, I'm pretty sure you do have a lot planned for us." Cadance said.
"Well the ladies back at the orphanage still tend for me, even though you all adopted me, so when ah' went back a few weeks ago ah' told them that ya'll where wantin' to go there for a week visit, so she managed to put together a hotel in downtown for all of us to stay at for the week, she and others have payed for all the expenses there plus food and clothes for ya'll."
"Well. that's mighty nice of them."
"It sure is." Nathan said yawning.
"Well if you're going to be our tour guide tomorrow, you'd better get into bed sweetie." Cadance said.
"Yeah." Nathan said, crawling into bed, Cadance pulled the covers on him and kissed him goodnight.
"Goodnight sweetie, I love you." Cadance
"Ah' love you too mom." Nathan said finally he fell asleep.

The next morning, Nathan was downstairs with Cadance and Shining Armor eating breakfast.
"Hey mom, who's gonna watch Skyla while we're gone?" Nathan asked
"Don't worry sweetie, Grandma and Grandpa will take care of watching her." Cadance answered.
"And what of the kingdom?"
"Princess Luna has volunteered to take care of it for us, you don't have to worry about anything bud." Shining Armor said, "Now finish your breakfast, everypony else will be here any minute."
"Yes Dad." Nathan said.
Pretty soon they had finished up their breakfast and were up to the sound of the door opening and in came Twilight, along with her friends, and the Cutie Mark Crusaders with their bags in tow, when Nathan saw how much Rarity had packed he was wide eyed.
"Rarity, we ain't movin'!" Nathan said
"I know darling, but I have to just make sure that I have enough designs and make up for myself. Rarity said, that when Nathan turned over to Sweetie Belle.
"Is she always like this whenever ya'll go on a trip?" he asked her
"Oh yeah." Sweetie Belle answered, Nathan face-handed himself.
Nathan must've had lost track of his parents, because he was hearing them coming downstairs with their bags packed and ready, along with his things as well, and right on target, Nathan caught eye of Princess Luna's carriage pulling up in front of their castle, Luna departed from her carriage and proceeded towards the entrance, she was greeted by Cadance who gave her a hug.
"Thank you for covering for us Luna." Cadance said.
"It is my pleasure, Cadance, no go on I will take it from here." Luna said, and with that she, along with Nathan and everypony else left the entrance just as Luna closed the door, once they got out to where the portal worked, which was powered by the crystal heart, Nathan put his bags down and began to say a speech to them about what to expect.
"All right everypony listen up, you all are about to enter another world, so ah' would like to lay some things down on a line for ya'll."
"First, Be prepared to be in a world with no magic, no pony drawn carriages, no one raisin' the sun and moon, no weather team, and above all, no friendship express, ya'll are going to enter a world with modern civilization, and everything there works on its own."
"Second, ya'll are most likely gonna be humans like me, so ya'll are gonna walk on two legs instead of four, and you're gonna wear clothes, socks, and shoes, and ya'll aren't gonna have any fur on you, except on your heads."
"Last but not least, ya'll can't use your real names, because if anyone hears what your names are, they'll laugh at ya'll, so ah'm going to give ya'll some human names."
"Mom, Dad, ya'll will be called Seth and Carly Campbell."
"Applejack and Applebloom, ya'll will be Ashley and Patsy Marshall."
"Aunt Twilight, you will be Tara Downing."
"Rainbow Dash, you will be Rachel Thompson."
"Scootaloo, you will be Sarah Fowler."
"Rarity and Sweetie Belle, you all will be Rebecca and Tracy Holder."
"Fluttershy you will be Gwen Hosier."
"And Pinkie Pie you will be Jessica Powell, Are we all clear?"
"Yes." they said, Nathan gave them each their cover up name tags, so they wouldn't forget what their names were, then walked up to the crystal heart and touched it with two of his fingers opening up the portal, and they were soon up and out of Equestria.

They woke up to find themselves and their luggage in front of a big three story building, with a swimming pool and a playground, when Nathan woke up with them he recognized the building, it was the Lone Star Orphanage, and from his looks what he said about them becoming humans was actually true, because they sure weren't ponies at all.
When they got up the found out that they couldn't balance on four legs so they stood up on two legs like a human, they looked like they did in their Equestria girl forms only they were all white skin colored, but still had the colors of their mane, but the rest of their fur was gone, and they were already wearing clothes.
"This is Texas?" Applejack asked looking at all the sights, across the street from this orphanage were small buildings that looked like homes, plus there were carriages parked on the curb on each side of the street, but the thing was these carriages weren't like the ones back in Equestria, they had black wheels and shiny rims rather than the old wooden looking ones on their carriages and had doors on them, plus on the front it looked like it had eyes, only they didn't blink, plus they all had red things on their back, on each of these carriages on the front and back they had some kind of a metal tag, Twilight kneeled down on her knees to read what this tag said
"TEXAS P79 N247, The Lone Star State." she read aloud, Spike who was now a dog again ran up to her.
"Twilight what is it?" he asked
"I'm reading this carriage's tag."
"That's called a license plate, every sing carriage here has one on their front and back, for registration and ownership." Nathan said
"Wow darling," Rarity said we don't ever have 'license plates' on our carriages."
"Nor doors, or cool looking wheels." Sweetie Belle said.
They were soon startled by a noise, behind them one of these carriages, a Ford Focus, was starting up, and too long it left the other parked ones.
"Whoa, ya'll drive these things yourselves?" Applebloom asked.
"That grown ups do Applebloom." Nathan said, they were again startled by a noise, Nathan looked and saw that it was Lucy Fanning, one of the lead nuns that managed to take him under her wing before he was adopted.
"Hi Ms. Fanning." Nathan said running up to her and hugging her, he no longer had to call her 'My Lady' since was adopted, but she and Amber still took care of him, clothes, and other needs.
"Hi Nate, it's been a while." she said returning the hug, she then walked up to his family and friends, even though they were humans, Lucy recognized them from last year.
"You all are the ponies from Equestria that adopted Nathan aren't you?" she asked
"Yes." Shining Armor said, she then took notice of the name tags that they all were wearing, plus she saw that Nathan didn't have his wings.
"Nate what with their name tags?" Lucy asked.
"Ah' gave them cover names, so that no one would laugh at them for their real names, and ah' know mah' wings are gone, it's cause whenever ah'm here ah'm just a regular human, but when ah'm in Equestria ah' have them."
"Well, are you all ready to get to your hotel that we've payed for you all?" Lucy asked.
"Of course, we're all tired from that portal." Fluttershy said.
And with that, Lucy and Nathan helped put all the bags in a big van the orphans took for trips and were off to their hotel in Downtown Dallas.
