It was a cold winter day Lance was walking around Canterlot in a pitch black scarf if he didn't people wouldn't notice the difference between himself and the snow. "Man it is cold today." Lance stated to no one as he walked to his office. He saw the same cheery mare at the desk he smiled to her as he went to his office he sat down sighing thinking about the night before he was arrested and almost put to death by Celestia for loving Luna. He smiled knowing that himself and Luna were together. The mare walked into his room about to say his appointment had arrived. "Send him in." Was all he said as his smile vanished. Prince Blueblood walked into his office and sat down.

"Commoners like you should work around my schedule not the other way around." He said in his snobbish attitude Lance only rolled his eyes at the unicorn's idiocy.

"Oh shut up Blueblood." Lance said annoyed. Blueblood looked at him shocked.

"Do you even know who I am related to?" he asked angrily.

"Yea yea I know to Princess Celestia. Do you know who I am related to?" Lance asked in a dangerous tone. Blueblood scoffed.

"Why should I care about a commoner's poor line?" He asked in that same idiotic tone Lance just glared at him. he picked up his syringe and threw it into Bluebloods neck knocking him out almost instantly.

"Finally some quiet." Lance said with a smile. He saw Blueblood squirm from his nightmare. Lance smiled as he cast the spell stealing Bluebloods nightmare he quickly fell asleep as well to fight off this new annoyance it was such a pathetic nightmare. "Afraid the commoners don't like you how pathetic." Lance said as he awoke. "Maybe if he wasn't such an ass ponies would like him." Lance said coldly.

"The same could be said about you sometimes my love." Luna said as she walked out of a shadow in his office.

"Yea I know but it's all I could do to distance myself from everything around me by pushing others away." Lance said with a smile he walked over to Luna and gave her a gentle kiss. "Good morning Luna shouldn't you be in bed it's past your bed time?" He asked with a gentle blush cursing his cheeks.

"Oh hush." She said which made Lance chuckle. "I see you are seeing to my nephew. Think he will ever to accept others?" She asked Lance he only smiled.

"It will take some work but yes he will eventually learn." He said as he saw Blueblood begin to awake. "Don't forget to pay on the way out." Lance said with a smile.

Blueblood scoffed. "Why should I have to pay a commoner?" He asked in his arrogant tone.

"Because if you don't I will tell Sister of your rudeness to Lance and you will be punished." Luna said calmly Blueblood shuddered at that thought. He quickly left Lance looked up to Luna and smiled.

"Same time tonight as always?" Lance asked with a smile Luna nuzzled to him calmly.

"It's a date." She said with a smile. She walked back into the shadows disappearing back to the castle where she would await for him.
