Chapter 6: Bad News
Machafuko was right outside the observatory.  He stopped right there at the door.  He was about to knock but stopped.  He could not.  For a zebra who was not scared of anything from a manticore to a cockatrice, he was afraid to knock on the door.  He hated to admit but he had a big crush on the unicorn inside.  Stella Comet, the town astronomer and scientist, she loved to look at planets and read books.  He and Stella had been friends ever since he came to live in this town.  Now, after about 3 or 4 years he had made many friends.   Along with Stella, he was friends with a griffon named Leeroy Jenkins, two Pegasus named Scooty Dash and Sir Rage, and an earth pony named Handyhooves.  The six of them were very close friends with each other.  They would help each other out when they needed it.  
Suddenly the door opened surprising Machafuko.  The light blue, golden maned, unicorn stepped out and was a little startled seeing Machafuko at her door.  Machafuko just stared into her big golden eyes, frozen like a deer in the headlight.
“Um, I’m sorry Stella I didn’t mean to startle you,” Machafuko said breaking the silence.
“Oh, um it’s ok so what did you come here for,” Stella said still a little shaken from the sudden encounter.
“Oh I came over to see if you were busy and see if you wanted to hang out today,” Machafuko said scared.  His heart was racing and his whole face was blushing but lucky his crimson fur covered up the blush.
“Well I don’t have anything important today.  All I was going to do today was read some books,” she said putting some books in her saddle bag.
“That’s cool so what where were you going before I interrupted you,” Fuko said trying to keep the conversation going.
“Oh I was going too-,” was all Stella mange to get out before the green Pegasus flew up to them, interrupting their conversation.
“Oh thank goodness,” the green Pegasus said panting, “I been looking for you too.  We have not really a problem but a very eventful thing to happen,” he continued to speak showing he was out of breath with his pants.
“Ok, Rage calm down.  What is going on,” Stella asked in her calm firm voice.
“You wouldn’t believe me if I said it, I have to show you follow me,” Sir Rage said trotting back to his house.   He would of flied back but he was too tired.  One thought was in Sir Rage head ‘Stella and Fuko are going to freak when they see this.’

Coltcuddling warning
30 minutes earlier

“Hey Scooty, what is for breakfast,” the green Pegasus said walking down the stairs.  He had a weird dream last night.  He dreamed that a zebra tried to take over Equestria and he and his friends had to stop it but the weirdest thing was Fuko was not in it.
“Oh, um, I fixing some oat meal honey,” Scooty said as Rage entered the kitchen.  Rage walked over to Scooty seeing how breakfast was going.   Rage kissed Scooty necks with a light peck.  
“Hey there big boy, can we do this after I’m done cooking.  I don’t want a repeat of last time,” Scooty said remembering what happened last time they “Played” in the kitchen.  It took a week to clean everything from underneath the fridge.
“Ok, but after you get done I get to have that nice plot of yours,” Scooty said going to sit down before he heard a knock at the door.  
“Hey could you get that honey,” Scooty said since he was busy cooking.
“Sure thing, be right back,” Rage said walking towards the door.  He opened it to be surprised by 6 ponies at his door.  Not just anyponies, these were the elements of harmony.  The ponies that defeated Discord, Nightmare Moon, and even the queen of the changelings, were standing right outside his house.
“A-Are You Twi-Twilight Spark-Sparkle,” he asked in complete shock.
“Um yes I am, are you Scooty Dash,” she asked him seeing he was surprised of their present.
“No, but he’s here though.  Do you want me to go get him?” he said gaining his composure again.
“Oh yes please get him.  We have a very important task for him from the Princess herself,” she said in a firm voice.  Rage went into the kitchen with so much excitement he could bounce off the walls.  
“Honey, guess who is at the door?” Rage asked with the biggest grin on his face. 
“Who?” Scooty said just finishing making the oat meal.
“It is the elements of harmony!!!!  They came to give you a task straight from the Princess!!!!” Rage said with so much excitement.  Once he heard that Scooty head dropped.  He knew what the news was and he had hoped he would never get it.  
“Rage, dear, can you go to the bedroom for a bit.  I need to talk to Twilight in private,” he asked rage.
“Oh ok, tell me when I can come out,” he said seeing something changed in Scooty but he just though he didn’t know how to take the news.  Scooty walked to the door and opened it.
Before Twilight could speak, the orange Pegasus stated, “I know why you are here, please come inside,” Scooty and Twilight talked about the situation and how to handle it.  The rest of the ponies stayed outside by the chariot watching over the six Achievement Hunters.  They were becoming annoyed about having to stay by a chariot and have no freedom.  They could not talk or anything.  It was summed up best by what Michael thought ‘This fucking sucks more than playing Chatherine’.  After over half an hour of Scooty and Twilight talking, they finally finished and came out of the two story house.
“Ok, now that we are done talking,” Scooty said then turning his head at the six humans, “would ya’ll be kind and follow me inside,” he said motioning his hoof at his house.
