//------------------------------// // New Beginnings // Story: Doctor Whooves And Fluttershy vs The Weeping Angels // by Slendermare //------------------------------// The Doctor took a few steps, looking for his TARDIS. He saw it about 27 yards away from him, on some pony's lawn. "Well, that was quite a crash. Hmmm, still no feeling, must be a side effect from whatever the Daleks shot at me. Hey, this isn't Mars OR 4703." He took a few steps. He walked around, searching the forest's edge. Then, he suddenly regained feeling through his body, from the hooves up. Then the pain hit him like a ton of bricks, and he collapsed in pain. "OWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWWW" He sat, clutching his hoof. He needed to get to his TARDIS, which was a long ways away, seeing he rolled out of it when he crashed. He then noticed a mare running towards him before he blacked out. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ She was used to fixing broken bones, strains, and even a few stitches. For animals. Not for a stallion. So she wasn't surprised that she was freaking out. Fluttershy galloped all the way across town to the familiar tree library. She burst in, freaking out. "TWILIGHT!!!" "Fluttershy? Whats wrong?" "Stallion...Hurt...House...Blood...Box...HURRY!!!" Fluttershy was freaking out more than usual, so Twilight was worried. "Fluttershy, calm down. Use full sentences. OK?" Fluttershy nodded her head ok. She told Twilight to teleport to her lawn. They were there in seconds. "Why is there a stallion on your lawn?" asked Twilight as she hurried to start healing him. "I don't know..." Said Fluttershy in her quiet voice. After a couple of minutes, Twilight said, "Ok, he should be fine, but his head will hurt for awhile, along with his hoof. Can you watch him until he wakes up?" asked Twilight. Fluttershy nodded as Twilight teleported away. Fluttershy dragged him into her house and onto her couch. She wrapped a bandage around his left forehoof, still cut slightly. After making sure he was OK, she left to the kitchen, to prepare lunch. She then returned to caring for all the animals around her cottage . ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Doctor lifted his head, feeling groggy. "Huh?" He was confused. He was expecting more... nature. Not a house. He sat up quickly. "Ow...My head..." He saw a mare walk in. "Oh, your awake. Here." She quickly hoofed him a bowl of soup. He took it carefully, still confused. He then decided it couldn't hurt to accept some ...lunch. Yes, its lunch time. It was delicious. But something seemed rubbish... Did this stranger make it? Oh well, it didn't matter. This would be their last encounter. But on to more important matters. Where was the TARDIS? It would need a bit to repair itself. Hmm, well I guess I should leave... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Who was this stallion? He certainly wasn't from around here. But if he wasn't from here, then where was he from? Trottingham? He did sound it... It didn't matter. After a couple of minutes, he sat down the now empty bowl. "Oh, are you done? Wait here, i'll be right back." After a minute, the strange mare returned. "Who are you, and why did you help me?" he asked. "Oh, I'm Fluttershy, and I helped you because you were...umm ...hurt." She replied. Why is she so quiet? he thought. "Well, hello then, and thank you. I'm the Doctor. I imagine you must be wondering why you found me near those woods, with a strange box on your front lawn. Quite easy to explain, actually. I was in the middle of battling some Daleks after I got off course. They shot some ray at me, full of who knows what, causing my entire body to go numb. Surprisingly, I was still able to walk, so I hurried into my TARDIS and pressed some random buttons. I ended up crash landing my box onto your lawn. I ended up rolling out, near those woods. Then you found me." He replied. Fluttershy looked at him for a long time. Then she said, "Umm, are you okay? I think you may have hit you're head too hard when you fell..." "I am totally okay, miss. Well, thank you for the help and soup, but I must get going." And with that said, he dashed out of the house, and towards the nearest town. He decided to hide until his TARDIS repaired itself. His hoof still hurt somewhat, along with his head. He slowed to a walk. No need to rush, he thought to himself. But... who was she? She seems like she might be a good companion...No, no... I shouldn't think of that. Hmmm, I wonder if there's a clothing store... His bowtie was ruined, and he needed a new one. Hmmm, maybe a fez while I'm at it... Oh there's one! He walked into Carousal Boutique. He then walked up to the mare beside some pony, tightening a ribbon. "Too... TIGHT!!" The strange stallion said. "Now, hush up and let me tighten this last ribbon. OK, Macintosh?" Replied the mare, who looked like the owner. After it was tightened, she took a picture, then left a second later to add it to her album. The stallion decided to escape while he could, leaving the Doctor alone. He looked around a bit, hoping to find what he was looking for. He was in the midst of looking through a couple of bowties when the mare walked in. "Hello there I'm Rarity, and welcome to the Carousal Boutique. How may I help you?" "Hmmm... Well, I was wondering if you had any fezzes or bowties." Rarity had an odd look on her face, but she gave him a red bowtie, with a fez to match. After paying her with the money he found on the ground, he galloped out. Where was the TARDIS? Then he remembered. It was on her lawn. He facehoofed and galloped to her house. --------------------------------------------------------------- Where did he go? She stepped outside. She began to circle the box. How can he comfortably fit in there? Let alone "travel" in it. She still thought he hit his head too hard. She touched the window in confusion. The door opened on the other side. She walked around to the door, which was slightly ajar. When she opened the door more so she could look inside, she was amazed. "Oh my..."
