	As Link ran for Vaati, Scootaloo, who had been following Vaati, said, "Dad, who's that?"  Link immediately stopped and looked to see who had just called Vaati the Wind Sorcerer, an evil villain, dad.

Vaati then said, "Scoots, I thought I told you to stay at home."  Link couldn't believe his ears, this little pony was Vaati's daughter.  Was everyone in this place evil? Then he remembered the kind pony who had talked to him earlier, Starlit Flame, she was definitely not evil, but she looked surprised that he would attack Vaati.  It was hard to believe, had the Wind Sorcerer actually changed?

"How is this possible, " Link asked, "that someone like you could change?  It is as silly as believing Dark Nuts would fight for Hyrule."

"Pardon me, but was that meant to be an insult? " Maulgrim asked.

Vaati answered,"No, I do not believe so Maulgrim.  Anyway, Link, a great deal has happened since my magic and one of your previous self's light arrows sent me here.  I retired from being a villian, made friends with these ponies, and even helped protect their world several times.  It may come as a shock to you, but I am no longer your enemy."

"So let me get this straight," Rainbow commented, "you're the hero that Vaati keeps talking about, your name is Link, and you and those other two over there somehow ended up here."

Twiight then said, "How did you get here anyway?  Surely something caused it."

Link responded, "I'm not sure, I was about to fight off Dark Link when he used a strange tome and opened what I'm guessing was a portal that pulled Zelda, Navi, and I into this place."

"That's Princess Zelda?" Pinkie said pointing at The unconscious princess, "Well that changes things up a bit, I think this story is going to take quite an interesting turn."

Just as Link was about to ask how she knew Zelda was a princess, Vaati said, "I know what you're thinking, and all I have to say is this, don't question the pink one.  No one understands her anyway."

"I don't understand myself sometimes," Pinkie then responded.  Just then, Zelda and Navi woke up, so Link hurried over to help them.

"Ugh, what happened?" Navi asked as Link helped her and Zelda stand up, "..., and why are we ponies?"

"I'm wondering the same thing," Vaati questioned, "How did you take on the similarities of the natives while I and my forces remain in our natural state?"

Navi then quietly said, "Um, Link, is that that the Wind Sorcerer from the Four Sword Legend?"

"Yes it is," Zelda answered, "and I believe I have some explaining to do.  You see, in each and every dimension there is one whose duty is to look after that particular world and be prepared to deal with anything that should happen when two or more dimensions meet.  This person is known as a Supreme Guardian, and I am Hyrule's guardian."

Twilight then said, "Then who is Equestria's guardian, and how many dimensions are there?"

Zelda replied, "First let me answer your previous question, There was a certain magical shield placed on the use of dimensional travel by portals that will disguise the traveler to the race of the native species.  Why Vaati did not go through this transformation is because he entered this world through a rift, not a portal.  Now, Twilight Sparkle, know that there are several hundred trillion dimensions within this multiverse alone, there is an estimate of about four multiverses in this plane of existence, and there are two planes of existence that have ever been created."

While Twilight was calculating the estimated number of dimensions best she could, Zelda then looked at Starlit and whispered to her, "I know what you hide from your new friends, when the time is right and the Virtues have been revealed you will have to tell them, or else risk losing all that you now hold dear.  Now prepare your mind, Dinjigon calls."

Suddenly Starlit received a vision, A shadowy figure looked down upon the city of Ponyville from a mountaintop.  below the figure was Link, Zelda, Vaati, Dinjigon the black dragon, two other of her old friends, and herself.  Four strange blades she had never seen before were placed in the ground around the figure, and Dinjigon's voice then said to her, "If we can't fight and defeat this evil, no one will."
