//------------------------------// // Old Memories. // Story: The Tale Of Teal // by Marx T //------------------------------// I turned around to follow her directions, it didn't seem to far away. It shouldn't take me that long to get there. As I headed that way I saw a bunch of buildings, all relatively the same, and they seemed to be homes. I can only assume that is what my house will look like. I also noticed that there are tons of ponies just walking around, I've never seen so many people outside before, then again this is the first day I've been outside.., Back at Canterlot, my parents said no pony was allowed outside until they were atleast 18 years old, but I see tons of ponies that look younger then that. Maybe it is only in Canterlot. Being stuck inside wasn't that bad, I had three brothers that I could always talk to, and my parents were always there too. Every once in a while my uncles would come over and ask me weird questions, like what I think about, what I wanna be, and other questions about my mind. I also had to take a pill every night, that my brothers didn't take. When I asked my mom she said it was that I was sick, and the only way to make me feel good was to take the pills. Good thing I had those pills though, I don't know what I would have done without them. I finally arrived at my new home. Oh look, it looks like all the others, yay... I walked inside and saw that there were two pathways, one to the right, and one to the left. The middle was a closet with a wall separating both sides. It will full of furniture already, so I won't have to get any of them. The left looked like a living room, it had a fireplace, couch, and a TV. Looked pretty cool. The right looked like where the rooms go, with three doors on the right and one on the left. I'll assume that's the bathroom on the left. The first two doors on the right were medium sized rooms, and the last was a large room. I could use the two medium sized rooms for some sort of DJ room, and the other one for work or games. Games sounds better, but I might need it for work. So I'll decide later. I went into my new room to see it had a large bed, a wardrobe, a computer, and a good sized TV, but not as big as the living room's TV. I went to the wardrobe, and took out my clothes out of my bag, and hung them up. I had four different outfits, including the one I had one. A business suit, street clothes, house clothes, and a different pair of street clothes. I always wore a hoodie, unless it was my business suit, of course. I have a black and dark green one, which I'm wearing right now, and a blue and white one. I can't go anywhere without them. I finished unpacking and went into the kitchen, which was in the back of the house. It had anything a normal kitchen would have, the cabinets, a fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, and your other kitchen using needs. The fridge had some food in it, but I would need to fill it up soon. I walked into the living room and sat on the couch, there was a small coffee table between it and the TV. I had a pen in my pocket, just in case, and the papers in the other. I took them out and started filling out the paper. First question, what is my name. That is a tricky one. Everyone calls me Teal, and I still don't know why. I don't wear teal, and nothing about me is teal. Even my parents called me Teal. They said it so much that, that I don't even remember my real name... I'll just put Teal, its a subject I'd rather not think about. I don't really remember a lot from my childhood except that I had three brothers, two parents, and two uncles. Also that I couldn't leave, I had to take this pills for my illness, and everyone called me teal for some reason. everything before 7 is blurry, I think we lived somewhere else though. Eh, no use going on about the past. I'll fill the paper out later, the whole name thing kinda got me depressed. I need to do something to take my mind off of it. Normally I'd talk to my brothers, but obviously, they aren't here. I'll go meet some new friends to take my mind off of it. Yeah that's a good idea. I'll go do that...
