It's been 4 days since Nyx and her Space Dragon, Tex, became friends. During the for days they met with Derpy Hooves, whom asked out of curiosity where Tex was from. Tex then Yelled Space when asked. Now it was Friday. At School Nyx found out that Diamond was Suspended for the rest of the month for attempting to start a fight. Cheerlie also allowed Nyx's friend Tex to be at the School to watch Nyx incase Diamond does it again when she returns. Even Cheerlie allowed Tex to talk about the Space Dragon Race as part of a discussion. It was now recess and Nyx and the comc hanged out while Tex was making sure she was okay. at the end of the day, the cmc decided to have a sleepover. Nyx invited Tex and she gladly accepted to come.
Twilight, Nyx were seen walking towards sweet apple acres, while Tex was flying by Nyx side. as they reached the acres, the cmc, Dinky, and Silver Spoon were there. Applebloom greeted both Nyx and Tex. Tex smiled and greeted back. Twilight looked at Tex. "Hey Tex, can you do something for me?" Twilight asked.
"What is it, your highness?"
"Please call me Twilight. Anyway, can you make sure Nyx doesn't get into trouble. I know she told you about her sins she commited during that time, put please, make sure she is safe."
"any thing to protect my friend, Twilight."
Twilight then nodded and said goodbye to Nyx and Tex. As she left, the cmc and Tex went into the house. They saw applejack. "Well howdy there Nyx. Howdy Tex."
"Hey aunt Applejack." said Nyx
"Aunt Applejack?" asked Applebloom
"Did i tell you? Me, Fluttershy Rarity, and Pinkie became Nyx's great Aunts."
"Wow thats neat sis."
"Anyways why don't you go to your clubhouse."
The cmc agreed that they should head to the clubhouse, and headed there along with Tex. as they got to the club house, they noticed the clubhouse was now expanded, another level of the clubhouse build by Applebloom and Applejack. as they walked in, the whole inner area was change. the bottom floor was where the sleepover was going to be. During the sleepover, Tex revealed that the Space Dragons have an ability called the Force. Sometime later they began to Relax. Nyx got out her book and began to read. Tex found the book really neat. Applejack came over to the clubhouse and bought dinner for them. After they had dinner. they began to to Tex. "Tex why did you decide to come here, to earth?" Nyx asked.
"Well basically us Space Dragons live millions of lightyears away from this galaxy. Basically, Space Dragons live on a far away Planet. A very beautiful planet. Space Dragons have the right to leave the Planet and go to a different Planet to live on. Some left and decided to live on different planets in different Galaxies. I for one chose earth because of its resources, friendly life and more. The real reason is that I wanted to have a friend to live with and be kind like their pet dragon and a loyal friend. That's why I chose Earth."
"Does it mean your race will destroy us?" Scootaloo asked in fear."
"No. You see, Space Dragons, We make peace with the other life forms on other planets. We do no harm. we are peace lovers, We don't do destruction.
"So what made you think Nyx needed a friend?" Silver Spoon asked
"I received visions of Nyx, she looked very lonely. that's why i chose to be her friend. To make her not feel alone anymore.
Through out the night, Tex answered the fillies questions about her race. Some questions they asked were classified. When asked how she communicated with Nyx through telepathy, She answered that she has the ability to communicate with Nyx when she thinks of her. She was then asked how everyone saw her. She then stated that she forgot to cloak herself when landing. Tex was even asked what other ability she has. Tex said she has the ability to see things before they happen. After answering all their questions, Tex looked at Nyx. "Hey Nyx, how was it like being Nightmare Moon? Basically Twilight told me part of it and I like to hear from you about what it was like." said Tex.
"Well basically, I didn't like it at all. All because of Spell Nexus. When he was possessed by a dismembered part of the original Nightmare Moons armor, he created me. Summer came and Celestia was tricked by Nexus and took me away from Mom. The spell was created and i committed a bad sin, banished Celestia and Luna to the sun and moon. When i was Queen of Equestria, I never liked it. I even looked mom, Applebloom, Scootaloo, and Sweetie belle in a cell all thanks to Nexsus. Every Night memories of my past, when I was with mom came back. The memories one however. i rose the sun after many weeks of eternal night. But what drove me to dropping from the throne, was when Spell Nexus blessed my mom and she tried to kill me while under the influence of the blessing."
Everyone gasped. This was the first time Nyx has mention this. Twilight tried to kill Nyx. Nyx then continued. "I then saw out my window that Mom was about to be hanged. I figure she got falsely charged for attempted murder. as she dropped down, I rescued her. She woke up and told me everything. I then removed the blessing from her body and ordered her to go to zecoras. Next i had to cure Nexus. I did the same thing but found out that the dismembered part was the cause. i destroyed it and i freed the children of nightmare and dropped from the throne. As you may remember the monster attack and everything, after mom convince me to free Celestia and Luna from the sun and moon, I freed them. When my trial came, I was forgiven and was setenced to be my moms daughter under law."
The cmc, Dinky, Silver and Tex were all shocked. Nyx had a terrible experience that year and she was facing it. Tex knew Nyx really didn't like to talk about her past. The time came for them to go to bed and the cmc and the others went to sleep.
The next day
The next day, Tex and Nyx hanged out and started having the time of their lives. Tex even let Nyx ride on her and fly. They also bumped into Pinkie Pie whom was with Twilight. Pinkie was surprised. Nyx now had a friend that lives with her, and a new resident in Ponyville. When Pinkie mention she was going to throw Tex a welcome party, Tex was okay with it. The two then bumped into Rainbow Dash. Dash even befriended Tex, not only because Tex was awesome, But she's a fast dragon. Nyx and Tex then went back to the library and they hung out. During the time she and Tex played cards and Nyx won. Nyx even got a letter from her uncle, Shining Armor and her aunt, Cadence, whom heard that she has found the forgotten emeralds, which they congratulated her for being the new holder, and for defeating Dark Shadow. Nyx even started to read the Daring Do series since Rainbow Dash suggested it to her by saying it's a very good series. During the time Rarity came over and she was speechless when meeting Tex. She first thought Tex was a threat, but Tex stated her species enjoys peace with other life. upon hearing it, Rarity befriended the Dragon. the evening came and Twilight, Lunar, Spike, Nyx, and Tex went to Pinkies welcoming party for Tex.
At the party, Tex met different Ponies. Vinyl Scratch liked Tex, not only because she was a peace dragon, but she had a weapon known as a lightsaber, That Space Dragons are given when at a certain age, for defense, that looked like a Lazer.
tex even tried some of the food, whch she liked. What shocked everyone the most, is that Celestia and Luna came to the party. During the party she approached Twilight, Nyx and Tex. "Who's this dragon Twilight?" asked Celestia
"That's my friend, She's a Space Dragon, her name is Tex." Nyx said with a squee
"A Space Dragon? you mean those peaceful dragons?"
"Yes, I came to earth and here because i wanted to live on a Planet, where i can have a friend to live with and be their pet Space Dragon."
Tex then spent the whole time explaining how she knew Nyx needed her. When hearing this, Celestia was shocked that Tex had received Visions of Nyx. After Tex explained everything, Celestia allowed Tex to live with Nyx. The evening came and It was time for Nyx, and the crew to go home. when they arrived back at the library, Nyx went and brushed her teeth, and then hopped in bed. She was glad now she has a friend that replaced Peewee.
