After they saved Ironjaw Gulch from the Pirate Airships, the Skylanders had to find more help to find the Ancient Terrasquid. Their allies at Woodburrow recommended going to Motleyville and seek help from Baron Sharpfin, much to Tessa's dismay because of her history with the Dirt Shark. The Skylanders decided to observe from Equestria as Tessa, Flynn and Whiskers go to Motleyville to find Sharpfin.
All Skylanders looked at the Portal of Power as the trio arrives at Motleyville, only to find it deserted. Until Flynn saw someone and introduced himself. One Skylander, Trigger Happy immediately recognized that individual that Flynn was talking to. He clenched his fists as he said,
"Its him."
Twilight asked, "Who?"
Trig pointed at the crab, "That's Von Shellshock, my Arch-Enemy."
Rainbow Dash asked, "Colorful history with this guy?"
Trig replied, "More than that, he was basically hunting me down years ago. But I managed to outrun him....until he finally caught up with me. But, when I had the upper hand, the coward ran away."
They looked back at the Portal of Power as Whiskers got Evilized, Tessa demanded that he change Whiskers back. The crab replies,
"I'm sorry to inform you, that Sharpfin is no longer zhe baron. This Municipality is under new management, so to speak. You are now all the esteemed guests of the Great Baron Von Shellshock, servant of Lord Kaos, renowned Power Schnitzel and Arch-Enemy of Trigger Happy. Welcome to the new Motleyville."
Trigger Happy turned to Princess Celestia, "Send me in."
Princess Celestia nodded as she said, "Very well." He pulled out his guns and jumped into the Portal. As the gremlin disappeared, EQG Twilight asked Princess Celestia,
"Have you seen any determination in a Skylander before first contact with our universe?"
She gestured a wing to Thumpback, "Thumpback was determined to ensure that his former Captain, Frightbeard was sealed back in the Chest of Exile."
Flynn, Tessa and Sharpfin were locked up as the Evilized Whiskers guarded their cell and Baron Von Shellshock laughed victoriously until a flash of light impacted near their cell. It cleared out and revealed to be none other than Trigger Happy. Shellshock saw this and said,
"YOU!"
Trig turned around, "So, we meet again."
Shellshock replied, "Indeed, I have waited years for this day to arrive. Where I finally have my revenge, Herr Trigger Happy." He motioned to the Evilized Whiskers, "Go get zhe pesky gremlin, Birdie."
Tessa shouted, "Look out, Whiskers is about to attack!!" Trigger Happy dodged Whiskers' attacks as he retaliates with his guns and his powerful lob attacks. After several attacks from Trig, Whiskers breaks free and flees to another area as Shellshock said,
"I've just remembered that I have a pressing engagement, Auf Wiedersehen." He ran away as Trig said,
"Same old Shellshock, but I'll catch him."
He freed his friends and Sharpfin explained that Shellshock stormed into Motleyville like he owned the place, locked Sharpfin up and started shipping the Dirt Shark's valuables to Kaos. Trigger Happy thought to himself and said,
"Well, I chased Shellshock on my own. But..." He paused as he took out a picture of Pinkie Pie kissing his cheek as he smiled, "Maybe I can request to have her here."
He looked out and shouted, "Your highnesses, I request Pinkie Pie to accompany me on the chase for Shellshock!"
Pinkie Pie appeared in a literal flash of light as she said, "Let's chase that meanie down!"
Sharpfin spoke, "Okay, you two go after Shellshock and we'll go after Tessa's birdie."
As they began the chase, they heard Tessa say to Sharpfin, "I think you deserved being locked up."
Sharpfin said, "You're not still mad at that aren't ya? I won Homemade Enchiladas, I couldn't resist."
Trigger Happy said, "People and their enchiladas. They can't resist them."
Pinkie Pie asked, "Who wouldn't resist an enchilada?"
Trigger Happy replied, "Well, I saw EQG Pinkie and Legendary Trigger Happy sneaking off with an Enchilada during Nightmare Night."
After their conversation about enchiladas, they caught up with Shellshock who was getting away in a cart, so they grinded the rails to get to where Shellshock was going. As they arrived, they came across a Dirt Shark who was trying to shoot the crab as he said,
"He's going to blow the bridge!"
Shellshock said as he set the dynamite, "This bridge is closed for major repairs, Herr Trigger Happy!" He blew the bridge and ran off. Trig and Pinkie decided to fill in the gap and continue the chase as they fought off Shellshock's flunkies. They heard that crab taunting them on how they will never catch them. After they finally caught up with him, he set up a barricade in their path which was easily blown to bits by Pinkie Pie's Party Cannon. Trig thought,
"That's why I like this mare." With the barricade cleared out, it left them clear to continue chasing Shellshock. Once they reached the other village, an Earth Gear Golem appeared which left a sheep frightened. Shellshock said,
"Meet my new champion, a Sand Golem, I call him, 'Sandy'."
Trig and Pinkie fought the Earth Gear Golem as Shellshock taunted, "I have an Earth Golem, do you have an Earth Golem?!"
Trig retaliated, "We might not have an Earth Golem, but we still have...."
Pinkie finished, "Our Friendship in Tech!" Trig hopped on a missile that appeared out of nowhere while Pinkie loaded herself in the Party Cannon as they fired at the Gear Golem and destroyed it. Shellshock cowardly said,
"Must be a defective Golem, Auf Wiedersehen."
After they fought off Shellshock's forces, they saw the crab fleeing in another cart as he said,
"Guten Ta, I must be going."
Trig said to Pinkie, "He's not getting far."
Pinkie replied, "Lets get this meanie."
They grinded the rails to catch up with that crab until they reached the endpoint where they saw Shellshock and the Evilized Whiskers. They were both standing on the other side of a bridge. Shellshock said,
"Now I present to you, zhe bird!" He told Whiskers, "Attack zhe pesky gremlin and his pony friend, birdie. And slow zhem down, I have to ready my surprise in zhe village."
Whiskers began firing at the duo as he partially destroyed the bridge. Trig and Pinkie passed over the gap of the destroyed bridge and chased Whiskers off. They both knew that they have to de-evilize Whiskers before going after Shellshock. So they had to find a way to get around the gate if they want to continue going after Shellshock. As they were heading to a bird watching station, the local bird watcher said,
"Have seen a bird? Because I saw one land right up there."
Trig said, "Probably Whiskers, but its obvious."
Pinkie replied, "Time for a De-Evilizing party!"
As they went to confront Whiskers, he had a bunch of nasty tricks in his wings. But those tricks were no match for Trig and Pinkie's hyper activeness and their love for their personal weapons. After several attacks on Whiskers, he let out a final screech before returning to normal, just as Tessa, Flynn and Sharpfin arrived. Trigger Happy said,
"Now that we dealt with Whiskers. Lets deal with that cowardly Shellshock, I could finally catch him once and for all."
Pinkie Pie bounced towards the rails, "Lets go after that mean crab and so him what we are made of, PINKIE PIE AND TRIGGER HAPPY STYLE!!"
After riding the rails again and dodging those mines that were fired at them. They came across Shellshock who said,
"You may have bested my golem, Trigger Happy. But I have a secret surprise in zhe village."
Trigger Happy replied, "But like all your secret surprises, this one will most likely fail."
Shellshock yelled, "You haven't seen zhis one before, Herr Trigger Happy. And it will crush you and your pony friend quite nicely."
Trigger Happy waved his gun, "Go run away to your surprise, We'll be there in a minute."
Pinkie Pie replied, "We won't be long for the party." After Shellshock ran, Trig and Pinkie quickly dispatched the crab's forces and began to make their way to Shellshock's arena. Pinkie Pie asked,
"What is Shellshock's secret surprise?"
Trig replied, "Obviously, a machine that he could use to try and best me. Like he tried to do last time."
Pinkie Pie said, "OOHHH, A Story!"
Trig chuckled, "Pretty much." He began, "It was years ago, when I drove off a group of bandits which made me gain popularity, even though I don't bother to aim. I read a Wanted Poster about Shellshock and realized that he was robbing people just to build his secret surprises. His surprises were most likely machines, that he would use to cause terror on a local town. But when he heard of my tale, the German accented crab decided to use his machines on me because I just use my two guns to take on my opponents. He thought it would be no problem until I fought him and destroyed his first machine. After several attempts to stop me, I fought his last machine and defeated him. But the cowardly crab fled to a nearest airship station before I could nab him."
Pinkie Pie realized, "Whoa, a history with that crab. So, we are going to fight him together and make sure that he doesn't get away!"
Trigger Happy said, "Well, I wonder what type of machine that he would use this time?" They walked into an arena where they saw Baron Von Shellshock in his machine that could crush them, he even proclaimed that it would hurt. Trigger Happy readied his guns,
"You ready, Pinkie?"
Pinkie Pie had her Party Cannon, "Lets get this Party started!"
They fought Shellshock's machine as he threw Chompy Powerhouses at the two Skylanders, they defeated the powerhouses as Shellshock fired bombs at the duo. Pinkie Pie noticed that the crab fired a roll of Dynamite and decided to throw it back at him. It worked as the machine's guard dropped and Trig opened up with his minigun with his laser attachment. Trig did the routine that Pinkie did and allowed the Pink Party Pony to use her Party Cannon on the machine as one of the streamers got into Shellshock's eyes.
"My Eyes!! I can't see!! You pesky Pony!!"
Trigger Happy nodded, "NO GOLD NO GLORY!"
Pinkie nodded, "PINKIE PIE STYLE!!"
They both attacked Baron Von Shellshock's machine as he was off-guard. The machine exploded as it hurled Shellshock while dazed. Sharpfin, Flynn and Tessa arrived to see the Skylanders emerge victorious after defeating Baron Von Shellshock. Trigger Happy said,
"He had no glory while facing us. Just a simple tactic that he uses over and over again."
Shellshock yelled, "You haven't seen zee last of Baron Von Shellshock!!" He began spouting random nonsense while they were ignoring him, but he thrash out at Pinkie Pie stating that they weren't listening. Trigger Happy didn't like that, so he and a bunch of Dirt Sharks chased Shellshock and began beating him up. Trig said to the beaten crab,
"Don't you ever thrash out at my Marefriend!"
