The Only Spike X Owlicious Stories

Spikealicious

"I'll be gone for the weekend Owlicious! Keep an eye on Spike!" Twilight shouted as she walked out the door.

"WHAT!? I'm the number one around here! Not this thing!" Spike roared.

"Who?"

"That joke is old now..." Spike retorted in a huff. "Now listen up! We have to live with each other, without a moderator. That's why we have Peewee."

"Charmed." Said the little pheniox, even though only Owlicious understood him.

"Where did you get that monicle? Doesn't matter." Spike said, putting his hand to his face. "Just one weekend, just one weekend."

Spike cracked in five minutes. "Why can't you talk!?"

"Because I love you, and always have." Which only came out as a "Who."

"You! Quit asking!" Owlicious pecked him lightly on the arm.

"You confuse me..." Spike said squinting his eyes.

The three of them sat at the table ready for dinner. Twilight, knowing that they can't cook, prepared microwave meals for them all, except Spike, because gems don't have to be cooked, unless you make them into a cake, but those are for desert, and this was dinner. Peewee roasted his worms with his fire, Owlicious ate his soy mice whole, and Spike choked on a ruby. Owlicious burst into action.
With a slap of his mighty wing, Spike's mouth burst open, letting a small, red gemstone flying towards Peewee. Of course, it missed Peewee, no force in Celestia's universe would dare hurt the cute, little guy.

"Thanks... Owlicious..." Spike catching his breath. "You're a life saver."

"Aw, twas nothing is all." Owlicious replied.

Peewee slapped his face with a few choice mumbles of ponies not speaking animal.

Owlicious then realized the obvious. Twilight had a weird friend who lived in the woods. She could speak to animals! Then Spike would truely understand who he was talking about.

Fluttershy was trimming her bushes when she saw an owl flying towards her house. She wouldn't have minded as much but it was her inside day, and all her usual animal friends knew not to disturb her on this most precious of days. She noticed "who" it was and thought she'd let it slide, just this once.

"Hello little fella, what's the matter?"

"Well, I love Spike!" Owlicious franticly waved his wings. "He doesn't understand what I say so I thought you could help."

"I'll help you, for a price which will be disclosed later." Fluttershy said with a grin taking over her face.

Owlicious at that point agreed so they walked through Ponyville to get back to Twilight's place. Luna was standing in the middle of the street, to give the author an excuse to use the Luna character tag.

"This is my only line today, if you wanted to hear more, too bad!" Luna then flew away into the horizon.

Owlicious then took note that life was indeed weird and not let that get to him.

Fluttershy kicked the door, to enter dramatically, but all it did was tap the door. Owlicious flew over and pulled the door open.

"Spike, your buddy Owlicious told me to come." Spike was nowhere to be found.

They searched the library, under every corner, book, and magazine Twilight happened to have. At that point Fluttershy needed to take a break so she was taking the magazine to the bathroom. The door was locked.

"I think I found him." Fluttershy noted, being once again annoyed by a minor obstacle. "Spike I know you're in there. I've come to visit."

"Just a minute, don't come in!" Spike said hurridly. He then opened the door and walked out. "Twilight isn't here Fluttershy, what are you doing here?"

"A little bird told me to come." She said, smiling at her pun. "He says he likes you."

"Huh? You mean Peewee, he's been sipping tea all day. He couldn't have told you."

Fluttershy facehoofed. "Who do you think I meant!?" Too annoyed to enjoy her pun.

"I think I get what your saying Fluttershy, and I'm flattered, but you're not my type."

Fluttershy grabbed Spike by the collar. "Owlicious likes you, not me. Can I make it anymore clear!?"

"That... thing, likes me? In what way?"

"He wants to ride the midnight train to slam city, how's that for a way?" Fluttershy answered.

"I don't follow... Explain." Spike had a confused look on his face.

Fluttershy then did the only thing she could think of to tell Spike. She grabbed Owlicious and placed their mouths together. This caught them both by suprise. Spike had his worst enemy's mouth (beak?) next to his... and he thought he felt tongue. He didn't know how to feel. He liked this, but he always thought he loved Rarity. Now he had to break the news to Rarity, but that was far away from him at the moment. He closed his eyes and moved forward. Owlicious did the same. Fluttershy left, knowing her work here was done, and she had a magazine to read. Peewee looked at their general direction, but decided to leave and give them some privacy.

Spike broke away from Owlicious's embrace. "Wow. I don't know how to feel, or who I am."

"Who?"

"That's the word." As he moved in again, wishing to feel his true loves embrace. Owlicious did likewise. Spike could now understand where griffons come from, and why so often. They then retreated to Twilight's room.

"Oh, my..." Luna stated to Fluttershy, while they shared popcorn. "When you make a promise Fluttershy, you do in deed keep it. I'll see if my sister can make thee the element of honesty."

They were comitting the acts of which Cadence was in charge of for hours.

Twilight walked in. "What are you doing!?"

Spike covered up. "Nothing..."

"Lying in bed."

"Yes."

"With Owlicious."

"Yes."

"And Rainbow's whip."

"What? Oh, how did that get there?" Spike laughed while hiding it.

"Well, come to the kitchen. I've got a few choice things to... discuss with you."

"Oh no..." Spike hopped up and dashed for the kitchen.

"AH COME ON!" Luna wailed, being very disappointed.
