Applejack had been confused when little Applebloom came tumbling down the stairs, cooing and laughing while Macintosh chased her.
“You’re big spoon!” the young filly said, before crawling up to her side and pushing her over with all the strength she possessed. The smaller filly then pressed her back against Applejack’s chest with an easy familiarity, and promptly dozed off. She waved Macintosh off, telling him that she’d take care of the little tyke, before giving little Applebloom a tender nuzzle.
“Good night, little spoon.”
