A New Adventure Begins

“I still can’t believe you fought in a duel, Andromeda!” Both Berry and Cherry Pie said, a day having pasted since Andromeda and Leone’s duel. She, along with her friends, and Taurus who’s keeping an eye on her from Leone’s orders, are in the castles library.
“I can’t believe I got out of it with only a few scratches and bruises.” Andromeda said as she puts some Aloe Vera on a bruise. “But man, am I tired. That dueling takes it out of you.”
“I actually thought mom was gonna have a heart attack when she saw that bruise,” Orion said.
“Where is your mother, anyway?” Taurus asked.
“Celestia and Luna called both her and our moms to Canterlot this morning,” Radiance answered. Suddenly, they hear a loud grumble from Taurus’ stomach, which makes him blush.
“Uh, oops.” He sheepishly said.
“Don’t worry, we’ll go over to Sugarcube Corner and get something for us to eat.” Berry said as he and Cherry hop out.

In Canterlot, the capital city of Equestria, Celestia and Luna are in their throne room, observing a monitor as Bastion Yosets reads a few papers for them. “Matches to chose the representatives who will compete in this years World Duel Championships have already begun all over the globe, your Highness’,” he said as some pictures from other countries are shown to them. “Some areas like Brayzil and Europe have already begun their last matches.”
“Very impressive,” Celestia said as pictures of people riding elephants and dragons, and others showing griffins and pegasi flying across the sky are shown.
“From continent to continent, others are in the process of deciding representatives as well.” Bastion added. “The representatives for the China team have already been decided.”
“They’re the team that will face our representatives first, correct?” Luna asked.
“Yes,” Bastion answered. “Team Wang Hu Zhong.”
“We better pick up the pace if we’re gonna have a team ready to duel them,” Celestia said. Suddenly, the door behind them opens. Princess Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie all walk in.
“You summoned us, Princess?” Twilight asked.
“Yes,” Celestia said as she turns toward her fellow princess and her friends. “As you all know, the next World Duel Championships is approaching. Equestria will soon hold a tournament to choses the members for our team.”
“Yeah, we know,” Rainbow said under breath.
“Twilight, I believe that your daughter will be on the team,” Celestia added, which shocks Twilight.
“What!?” Twilight asked, while Bastion types a few things a nearby computer and shows a list of ponies.
“This here is the list of Equestria’s 20 most talented ponies who qualify to take part in the championships,” Bastion said. “Due to Andromeda’s attempts to recreate your time travel spell Princess Twilight, she is number one on the list.”
“Twilight,” Celestia continued, “I have noticed that your daughter has gotten unsure of herself since she tried to recreate the spell. I believe being the leader for Equestria’s representative team will be the best way for her to regain that confidence.”
“I … suppose you’re right,” Twilight said, still unsure herself. “I did notice that Andromeda seamed afraid and not very confident in her abilities when she dueled Leone yesterday.”
“Wait, your daughter has already experienced a duel?” Bastion asked.
“Yeah. Some unicorn named Leone Lulamoon challenged her, and it ended in a tie.” Twilight said. “But Leone said that he had been holding back, and then he went off into the Everfree Forest to do some training.”
“Hmm, it appears your daughter has found herself a rival,” Celestia said.

Back in Ponyville, Berry and Cherry walk into the castles library, carrying a few boxes of pastries. “Man, I’m starving,” Tempest said as he grabs a box.
“Hey, save some for me!” A voice outside said.
“Guys,” Cherry began to say, “on the way back, we ran into an old friend.” She said as a unicorn walks into the library. He has a sapphire blue coat, a pale gold mane with bright blue highlights as well as a strand of red dyed hair sticking out in between his eyes, which are cerulean. He also has a bow and arrow made of crystals for a cutie mark.
“Sagittario!” Both Andromeda and Orion said as they run up to the unicorn and give him a hug.
“Uh … guys, I can’t breath!” Sagittario said, which makes the two let go.
“Guys, you remember our cousin, right?” Andromeda asked her friends.
“How could we forget?” Tempest asked, remembering the last time they saw Sagittario. Suddenly, they hear a loud *gong* sound at the door, which scares everyone. The library door then opens, and they see a yellow, female griffin, with purple eyes, wearing a reddish-pink Chinese dress with a yellow trim, with pink heart buttons that are connected to each other by yellow strips. She also has a ‘ox horn’ hair style, holding the source of the noise, a gong. She rings the gong several times just to make sure she has everyone’s attention.
“Greetings, and a very good morning to everyone here,” she said as she does a little bow.
“Huh?” Everyone said, not sure how to greet their visitor.
“Is mistress Andromeda here?” The griffin asked.
“Well, I’m Andromeda Sparkle.” Andi said, which makes the griffin nervous.
“T-T-Today I come to invite a delivery - I mean to deliver an igloo … Um … To ignite another nation.” The griffin tried to say, while everyone just stares at her.
“What is she trying to say?” Sagittario asked.
“Oh, I’m getting all confused!” She nearly shouted. “Don’t laugh, Andromeda!” The griffin firmly said as she points toward Radiance by mistake.
“Uh, my name is Radiance.”
“Andromeda?” The griffin asked Flora.
“No, I’m Flora, miss.”
“Like I said, that's me.” Andromeda said as the griffin looks toward her. The griffin then pulls out a paper and right in font of Andromedas face.
“Take this from me, and right away!” The griffin said. Andromeda then takes the paper from her. “Accept this invitation and please be on time. If you guys don’t, I’m gonna cry. See you.” She said as she heads out of the library door.
“Hey, wait up!” Cherry said as she and the others head into the corridors after the griffin. They then see the griffin trip and falls over.
“Oops! Ouch! Too late, I’m gonna cry already!” The griffin cried.
“That was weird,” Berry said as Andromeda opens the folded paper.
“What does it say?” Tempest asked.
“Let’s see,” Andromeda said as she takes a closer look at the note, “‘Today at noon, come to the Grand Restaurant Plaza in Manehattan and wait there…’”
“The Grand Restaurant Plaza!?” Taurus suddenly said.
“Huh? You know it?” Tempest asked.
“Of course I do!” Taurus said. “It's the part of the city that has super fancy Chinese restaurants!”
“Super fancy?” Orion, Tempest, Bismarck, Bucky, Sagittario and Berry asked at the same time, the six of them imagining delicious Chinese food, drooling.
“You never had Chinese food this good before,” Taurus said to them.
“What do you mean? Have you ever been there?” Bucky asked.
“Me? Of course I had. Me and Leone had some when we first got to Equestria. And it was totally amazing!”
“Wow!” The six colts all said. “Tell us more,” Sagittario demanded.
“Just listen to the rest of it!” Andromeda yelled, scaring the guys. “Okay, lets see. ‘Today at noon, come to the Grand Restaurant Plaza in Manehattan and wait there. Chi-yun Li of Wang Hu Zhong.’”
“‘Wang Who Zhong?’” Tempest asked.
“Is that some kind of spice?” Sagittario asked.
“I bet it's a fancy Chinese dish,” Peach said.
“I eat a lot, and I never heard of it,” Taurus said.
“It actually sounds like a girl's name,” Flora said.
“It’s strange,” Andromeda said as she studies the letter closely. “Instead of an invitation, it sounds more like a…”
“It’s settled, I’m going!” Tempest said. “There’s no way I’m gonna miss getting treated to super fancy Chinese food. I don’t have any weather duties today, anyway. I cannot wait until its noon!”
“Ah’m with you on that one, partner!” Bismarck said.
“Count us all in!” Orion added.
“I’m up for it!” Taurus said.
“Let’s tell our families first, then head to the train station right away!” Berry said as all 7 boys run off, leaving the girls behind bewildered.
“Those boys and their stomachs,” Radiance said.
“I don’t know about this,” Andromeda said as she looks at the ‘invitation’ one more time. “This just doesn't look like an invitation to me. It looks more like a challenge letter.”
“Well, whatever it is, I’m not gonna miss a chance to have a fancy Chinese meal so easily!” Cherry said as she runs after the guys.
“No way I’m missing it either!” Said Peach as she goes after the others too.
“Peach, wait for me!” Flora said as she runs after her little sister.
“We better go as well,” Radiance said.
“Good point. Wait up, we’re coming too!” Andromeda said as she and Radiance run after the others.

In Manehattan’s Chinatown, the group are heading toward the Grand Restaurant Plaza, with Taurus leading. They all see that all the shops and restaurants have Chinese writing and symbols on them, all of them mostly run by griffins. “That’s a famous tea shop,” Taurus said as he points toward one of the stores. “And that restaurant is famous for their Mah Po Tofu. And that is one of the top 10 restaurants in Equestria!”
“Whoa!”
“Awesome!”
“Let’s check it out!” The Cutie Mark Crusaders all said.
“We’re here!” Taurus suddenly said when they reach a large Chinese gate.
“This is it, the Grand Restaurant Plaza,” Andromeda said, which makes Taurus’ stomach grumble.
“My stomach’s grumbling. I can’t wait!” Taurus nearly yelled as Sagittario runs toward the gate.
“Me first!” Sagittario said.
“Hey, wait!” Tempest said as he goes after Sagittario.
“Wait you two! It’s not noon yet, we’re too early,” Andromeda called out to the two, who suddenly turn around and walk back, sulking.
“What’s wrong?” Cherry asked.
“It won’t open until noon,” Tempest said, which makes the others groan.
“I tried to tell you,” Andromeda said to the two.

After about an hour, Tempest, Taurus, Sagittario, Berry, Orion and Bucky are lying on the ground. “I’m hungry,” Sagittario said.
“I can’t take it much longer,” Taurus added. Suddenly, the doors for the Grand Restaurant Plaza opens, which surprises the group.
“The gate’s opening!” Berry shouted as he and the others get up and run inside.
“We may just survive,” Taurus said as they enter, only to find the place empty, with only a 50 foot circle in the center.
“There’s nothing here?!” A shocked Bismarck asked.
“Where’s all the food!?” Taurus demanded.
“I’ve been waiting for you, Andromeda,” a voice behind a giant gong suddenly said, which surprises the group, along with the gong ringing. They then see a short unicorn with a dark purple coat, orange eyes, a blue mane that's tied back into a braided pony tail, wearing a purple kimono with a red trim, yellow cuffs and a dark orange circle with a red gecko along with a green jade prayer bead necklace walks out into the light from one of the main building. “If you call yourself the worlds most talented unicorn, duel me! I am Chi-yun Li!”
“Awwww!” The group all said.
“Where’s the food?” Sagittario asked.
“What?” Chi-yun said.
“You heard him: the food!” Taurus shouted.
“We’re hungry.”
“Give us something to eat,” Orion then Bucky said.
“Yo, Mei-Mei!” Chi-yun called, the griffin from earlier running up to him.
“Yes?” The griffin, Mei-Mei, asked.
“Did you give them the message?”
“Yes, of course. They accepted the invitation and came right here so I wouldn't cry all afternoon. Am I right?” Mei-Mei asked, which makes Chi-yun groan from annoyance as most of the guys nod their heads. Suddenly, Chi-yun points toward Andromeda.
“I heard about your modified time travel spell!” Chi-yun said to Andromeda in a serious tone.
“Wait, you did?!” Andromeda asked, not sure she should be amazed or scared.
“That’s why I came here, to duel you, Andromeda. Daughter of the Element of Magic, Princess Twilight Sparkle.”
“Huh?” The entire group asked.
“I knew it!” Andromeda said as she takes out the invitation that Mei-Mei gave here out from her saddlebag. “This isn’t an invitation, it’s a challenge letter.”
“No lunch?” Taurus asked, trying to contain his anger.
“So does that mean you not gonna feed us?” Sagittario asked.
“But, what is this ‘Wang Hu Zhong’?” Andromeda asked.
“It’s our team name, hello,” Mei-Mei answered. “We are members of China’s representative team for the upcoming World Duel Championships X, Wang Hu Zhong.”
“Wow, you have challengers from overseas, Andi,” Orion said to his sister. “How cool is that?”
“Not cool at all!” Taurus yelled.
“Taurus!” Flora said to the minotaur.
“Calling us to a place like this at lunch time without having any food to offer … What is wrong with you people!” Taurus yelled.
“I don’t have business with anyone but Andromeda,” Chi-yun said as he claps his hoofs together. A gate to the groups left then opens, and see two griffins behind a few tables that have Chinese food on them. “You have my permission. Eat whatever you like.”
“Now you're talking!” An excited Taurus said as he takes a closer look at the food, and sees “Dumplings! Fried rice! Steamed buns!”
“Please, by all means, go ahead. Help yourselves to whatever you like,” Mei-Mei said.
“Y-Y-You are too kind. Way too kind. It all looks so good, but then I apologize for my tone earlier. Here I go!” Taurus said as he runs toward the food.
“Look at all that free food,” Orion said as he stares at the tables, drooling.
“Radiance, why don’t you go get something to eat too?” Bismarck said.
“Okay. I’ll save you some.” Radiance said as she goes to the table, where Taurus is gobbling up the dumplings.
“Doubt it. She’s eating for two now,” Bismarck said under his breath.
“What are you going to do Andi?” Tempest asked. “Your still soar from your duel with Leone yesterday. I’m not sure you can do that again two days in a row.”
“Let’s duel, Andromeda!!” Chi-yun suddenly said as he and Mei-Mei jump into the circle.
“Hold up!” Tempest suddenly said. “Andromeda isn’t in the best shape for a duel now!”
“Yeah! If you want to fight my cousin, you're gonna have to get by me first!”
“No, me!”
“Me!”
“Me!” Tempest said as he and Sagittario get into a short-lived argument.
“If you two just shut up, we’ll duel both of you,” Chi-yun said.
“Huh? What do you mean?” Tempest asked, while Chin-yun looks toward Mei-Mei, who looks like she’s ready for something.
“A two-on-two team duel will be a perfect tag-team practice for us.” Chi-yun added.
“Team duel?” Sagittario asked.
“What the hay is that?” Tempest asked.
“A two-on-two duel that’s over when one member of a team loses.” Chi-yun answered.
“Huh? When one member loses?” Andromeda asked.
“Once we win, you and I will duel, Andromeda,” Chi-yun added as he and Mei-Mei step into the circle.
“I guess we have no choice,” Tempest said as he and Sagittario enter the ring.
“You better not mess this up. Got it, wing boy?” Sagittario said to Tempest.
“I was about to say the same thin, crystal kid.” Tempest said to Sagittario. “We’re ready whenever you are.”
“Okay. Let’s have a good duel, okay?” Mei-Mei said as she and Chi-yun take on a fighting stance.
“Chi-yun Li? Just what kind of magic does he use?” Andromeda asked.
“So, what have you got?” Tempest asked.
“Show me your stuff already, will ya,” Sagittario said.
“Mei-Mei?”
“Ready,” Mei-Mei said as she and Chi-yun take the center of the circle, with Mei-mei circling around Chi-yun.
“What are they doing?” Berry asked.
“It’s called the Heaven and Earth Formation,” Chi-yun answered as Taurus and Radiance walk back up to the others, carrying a bag full of steamed buns, Taurus eating one.
“So, how’s the duel going so far, guys?” Taurus asked in between bites.
“Taurus. Radiance,” a slightly surprised Orion said, using his magic to take a steamed bun from the bag, knowing that there’s enough that Taurus will share. “Do you think that Chi-yun uses defensive magic like Leone does?” Orion asked his sister as Taurus offers her a bun.
“Perhaps, but why would a griffin, who are normally aggressive in a fight, taken on a defense position also?” Andromeda said as she takes a bit out of the bun.
“What gives?” Sagittario asked. “They challenge us to a fight, but won’t even attack.”
“I can’t wait all day, so I’ll show them my speed,” Tempest said as he charges at the two.
“Don’t count me out!” Sagittario said as he charges at the members of Wang Hu Zhong. However, the two quickly get out-of-the-way, and Tempest and Sagittario hit each other by accident.
“Ow! Hey, watch it!” Sagittario said to Tempest as they back off from each other.
“You should watch it!” Tempest said as Chi-yun runs around the makeshift stadium, with Mei-Mei quickly circling around him again.
“Am I nuts, or are they moving together?” Peach asked.
“You're right. They’re in formation,” Andromeda deducted.
“In formation?” Everyone asked.
“In a two-on-two duel, where when one member loses the team loses, a strategy that allows them to move together is much more effective. You won’t hit your partner for one thing,” Andromeda said as Tempest and Sagittario charge at the two from opposite angles again, only for the Chi-yun and Mei-Mei to dodge each attack.
“Tempest and Sagittario need to work together too.” Orion said as they watch.
“Those two working together? Fat chance of that happening.” Taurus said in between bites, making a very good point.
“But they got to, or they’re gonna lose, and then I would have to duel them,” Andromeda said, still a bit shaken from her duel with Leone.
“Move over!”
“Just stay still!”
“Now you’ve done it!” Sagittario, then Tempest, then both of them said as they charge at Chi-yun and Mei-Mei, only for the two to doe their attacks and hit each other again. “That’s why I told you to stay back!” Tempest shouted to Sagittario.
“You're the one who messed up, Tempest!” Sagittario shouted back.
“Hi-ya!” Both Mei-Mei and Chi-yun suddenly said. “Great Mountain Formation!” Chi-yun said as he uses his orange-colored magic to catapult Mei-Mei toward Tempest, who barley dodges it.
“Ha! It’s gonna take a lot more to surp-” Suddenly, Chin-yun sends Tempest flying with a magic blast, nearly knocking him out of the stadium.
“Now that’s corporation,” Orion said.
“Yep. And Tempest is in trouble if they do that again, unless Sagittario comes and helps him out, and fast.” Taurus added as he finishes his tenth steamed bun.
“I just need to defeat one of them first, isn’t that right?” Sagittario said as he charges at Chi-yun.
“It sure doesn't look like Sagittario is planning to help Tempest, does it?” Orion said.
“Solid Iron Wall!” Chi-yun suddenly yelled out. When Sagittario hits him, he bounces right off, while Chi-yun stays in the same place, completely unfazed.
“No way!” The group all said as Sagittario lands on Tempest.
“Ow! Hey!”
“Get out of the way,” Sagittario said to Tempest as they get up.
“That's my line, pal! Go get your own!”
“What just happened?” Bucky asked.
“I think Chi-yun did a shield spell or something,” Andromeda said with her best answer.
“Hi-ya! Heaven and Earth Formation!” The two said as Mei-Mei once again circles around Chi-yun.
“What are you doing to us?” Sagittario asked Tempest.
“You better get serious, and quick!” Tempest shouted at Sagittario.
“Chi-yun, despite his size, sure is a talented unicorn. Theres no doubt about that,” Andromeda noted. “But there’s a bigger problem to overcome in this duel.” Andromeda added as Tempest and Sagittario charge at the two members of Wang Hu Zhong, only for the two to dodge it and let Tempest and Sagittario hit each other, again.
“Not again!” Bismarck said.
“Tempest and Sagittario keep clashing with each other, which makes them lose their strength slowly each time. There’s no way they can win that way.” Andromeda said.
“Tempest! Sagittario! You can’t fight separately, you have to work together as a team!” Orion said to the two, who are glaring at each other, growling.
“Are you really planning on going to the upcoming World Duel Championships acting like that?” Chi-yun asked.
“The next World Duel Championships is happening soon?” Andromeda asked.
“Yes. I’m asking if you and your friends are actually entering the world championships with such a weak style.” Chi-yun added.

Back at the palace … “It all started when Twilight first became a Princess 30 years ago.” Celestia said, remembering the time all to well. “When people around the world leaned about that and her statues as the most talented unicorn in the world before that, they all wanted to become number 1 in their own ways, from flying to magic to dueling.”
“That is why it was decided that a World Duel Championships will be held once every three years.” Luna added.
“Yes, the World Duel Championships will be fought in teams, as you all know,” Celestia said to the group.

“Representative teams from each country will contain at least 5 or, at most, 7 members: 3 to 5 regular members, 1 sub-member, and 1 medical member.” Chi-yun added.
“Awesome!” Peach said. “I didn’t know there was a world tournament like that.”
“Me … in the next World Championships?” Andromeda asked.
“So I wanted to see your real power firsthand, before the championships. It seems I’ve wasted a trip since you’re too scared to take part in a duel.” Chi-yun finished.
“Hey, that’s not true!” Andromeda snapped.
“Whatever the case is, your two friends here are finished.” Chi-yun said.
“What did you just say?” Both Tempest and Sagittario asked.
“Work together, you two!”
“Corporate with each other!” Berry and Cherry said to the stubborn stallions.
“Us working together?”
“That’s nuts,” Tempest and then Sagittario said.
“No, it’s not!” Andromeda said to the two. “Get into a formation like Wang Hu Zhong.”
“Formation?” The two asked each other.
“Humph! These two guys? This I gotta see,” Chi-yun said.
“Okay, you charge ahead as a decoy, and I’ll be right behind you,” Sagittario said.
“Why do I have to be the decoy? You should do it!”
“No! I don’t want to. You should do it.”
“You do it!”
“No, you do it!”
“No, you!”
“You!”
“You!”
“Aw, forget it!” They both said as they charge at the two.
“Again?” The group said.
“A pair of clowns,” Chi-yun said as he and Mei-Mei get out of the twos way, making them hit each other again.
“What are you two doing out there!?” Andromeda asked.
“Corporate!” Orion shouted.
“Get into formation!” Taurus added as he eats on his thirty-first steamed bun.
“Let’s end this right now. Mei-Mei?”
“Yes, sir!” Mei-Mei said.
“Uh, Sagittario,” Tempest said to his partner.
“Yeah, what is it?” Sagittario asked.
“Which one are you targeting?”
“Which one are you targeting?”
“You say first.”
“You say first!”
“No, you!”
“No, you!”
“Chi-yun! Oh boy, I knew it.” They both shouted at each other, then sigh when they realize who the other is targeting is the same as theirs.
“That’s why we’re telling you to corporate!” Bucky shouted.
“Make an actual formation already!” Andromeda shouted.
“No way that’ll happen.”
“Yeah, cuz. No way with this guy here.”
“We haven't even practice,” Tempest shouted at Sagittario, having had enough of the guy to last the next millennium.
“No time for that now.”
“Hi-ya! Great Mountain Formation!” Chi-yun said as he uses his magic to catapult Mei-Mei toward the two, and soon follows, charging a spell.
“Tempest! Sagittario!” Andromeda yelled out.
“Ha!” Both Tempest and Sagittario said. “You take care of Mei-Mei, then we’ll both get Chi-yun,” Sagittario said.
“Perfect plan!” Tempest said as, thinking and moving quickly, takes Mei-Mei by her arm and hurls her toward the sky.
“All right! They finally figured out how to work together!” Andromeda said.
“That’s right! Send Chi-yun flying like Mei-Mei!” Taurus cheered.
“Solid Iron Wall!” Chi-yun said as they make contact. The two are bounced back by several feet, nearly landing outside of the makeshift stadium. Unfortunately, Mei-Mei isn’t as fortunate as she lands right outside of the ring, winning Tempest and Sagittario the duel.
“With Mei-Mei’s stadium out, Tempest’s team wins!” Taurus said as he eats his fortieth, and last, steamed bun, but the two only sigh, not really satisfied.
“Huh?” The group asked as some of them walk up to the two, specifically Bismarck, Andromeda and Berry.
“It just doesn't feel right, does it?” Tempest asked Sagittario.
“No way.”
“We were trying to defeat Chi-yun.”
“That was the plan, but we only won because you took out Mei-Mei.” Sagittario said.
“True,” Andromeda said as she looks at the two members of Wang Hu Zhong.
“Humph!” Chi-yun said as he walks up to Mei-Mei. “Even if it’s by chance, a lost is a lost. Mei-Mei, you kung fu still needs work. You know that, don’t you?”
“Yes, sir. I promise to train even harder,” Mei-Mei said as she gets up.
“See that you do. Even though you're a sub, you're still a member of the team. Do not neglect your training.”
“Yes, sir,” Mei-Mei said, the others having heard of Mei-Mei’s status on the Chinese team.
“Sub?” The group asked. “Hey, sub is short for substitute, right?” Tempest asked.
“Yep,” Andromeda answered.
“Great, we had that much trouble going up against a substitute.” Sagittario said.
“Not good,” Andromeda, Bismarck, Tempest and Sagittario all said as Chi-yun and Mei-Mei begin to leave.
“Let’s go,” Chi-yun said.
“Yes, sir. Coming,” Mei-Mei said as she follows.
“We’ll be waiting for you in the world championships, Andromeda,” Chi-yun said to the purple unicorn, before the two quickly jump onto the building and disappear.
“So, that’s the talent level we can expect from the Chinese team, huh?” Sagittario asked.
“Apparently,” Andromeda said. “I wonder how many talented unicorns there are?”
“It’s a pretty big world, Andi. There’s bound to be tons of them.” Sagittario answered.
“Tons?!” Andromeda said, not sure she should be amazed of terrified.
“This'll be so great!” A pumped Tempest said.
“But Equestria’s team has’t been decided yet,” Orion pointed out. “How is that going to be decided?”
“So far, there isn’t any news about it,” Radiance added.
“That won’t be a problem” Sagittario said. “Bismarck, Andromeda and I will be the regular members. Cherry will be the medical member, and if he behaves, Tempest can be the substitute.”
“What was that?” Tempest asked. “Who is going to be the substitute?!”
“If you don’t want the job, you can just fly back home,” Sagittario said.
“Who do you think you are, talking to me like that?! You're the substitute!” Tempest shouted.

“A tournament held at multiple stadiums to chose Equestria’s team for the world championships will be held soon.” Celestia said to Bastion as Princess Twilight Sparkle, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie leave. “Notify everyone eligible in the country, Bastion.”
“Yes, your Highness.” Bastion said as he quickly leaves, in the opposite direction of where the six mothers are going.
