 Star Strike was spending the night at the CMC's clubhouse. Although its been a long time since she sensed another Swap Force Skylander or Core Skylander, her senses were 'on hold' due to the Soul Gem Conflict and the Battle of the Capybara King's Island. It wasn't until her eyes began to glow, she grasped her head in pain as the CMC came to her when they saw her grasping her head. Sweetie Belle asked,

"Star Strike, What's going on?"

Star Strike replied, "I'm sensing the last two frozen Skylanders...Boom Jet and Scratch."

Applebloom asked, "Are we going to find them?"

Star Strike said as she managed to ease the pain, "We should, if they are out there, we need to find them."

Scootaloo grabbed a saddlebag, "Well, Star, lead the way." 

 As they left the clubhouse, Sweetie Belle asked,

"Do you know anything about Boom Jet and Scratch?"

Star Strike replied, "I do know about them."

Applebloom asked, "What about Boom Jet?"

Star Strike closed her eyes slightly and opened them again and said, "No matter what Boom Jet did, he always had to be the best. He could be seen day and night above his home in the Billowy Cloudplains, a mountainous region like Tall Plains, but different, gunning his engines and performing daredevil maneuvers as he trained to become the best sky surfer in the world. 

Unfortunately, Boom Jet never had a chance to compete for the championship because a day came that changed his life forever. Malefor's Ape Armies found the Billowy Cloudplains. And with his town on the verge of being completely consumed by the ruthless Mercenary foe, Boom Jet took action. Using his incredible flying skills, he raced from house to house, rescuing all of the citizens and carrying them to safety…just before the Dark Army laid siege. It was then he realized the protection of innocents was more important than personal glory, so he sought out the others and offered his services." 

Scootaloo asked, "So, he's basically a Rainbow Dash, only male?"

Star Strike replied, "He's half of what you said."

Sweetie Belle asked, "What about Scratch?"

Star Strike replied, "Scratch is a Winged Sphynx who is talented. High in the peaks of Cats Eye Mountain sits a towering city of crystal and gold that can only be reached by creatures of the Air Element. It was here that Scratch spent her youth soaring playfully in the clouds or exploring the endless number of crystal mines. 

One day, an incursion of Apes arrived in those pods dropped from Dreadwings looking to steal ancient magic crystals buried deep in the mountain. Donning specially made armor, Scratch led an epic battle against the Apes, using her incredible fighting skills to defend the crystals and the city. Tales of her heroism soon made their way to Jet-Vac, who traveled to Cats Eye Mountain and recruited Scratch to the Elite Team, that was what the Skylanders were originally called before the end of the war."

Applebloom said, "She's a cat with wings?"

Star Strike nodded and said, "She has an incredible fighting skill and her heroism earned her title as a Skylander." 

Princess Luna was spending her night on her own after her royal duties and her duties as a Portal Master. She decided to relax in a lake in the Whitetail Woods. But as she was relaxing in the lake with her wet mane in her moonlight, she saw two lights from the moon reflect off something on the shore where her Princess wear was placed. She went to the shore to investigate until she discovered when she moved her stuff, she saw something that she didn't notice when she took her crown and jewels off to go into the lake. 

Lying where her stuff was, stood two statues which were actually in two pieces. She remembered the ability that the Swap Force possess, so she put the statue together and something strange happened. The statue floated up into the air as it began to crack, a hand holding a bomb burst through first, a turbine bursted through the bottom and after minutes of breaking out, the statue formed into a Sky surfer. The Surfer lowered down to the ground as he stood on two feet. He lifted his goggles and said

"Whoa, that was some transformation. But at least I'm back to normal again.....on the fact that I can now swap."

Princess Luna gazed at the surfer and asked, "Who are you, Skylander?" 

The Surfer replied, "I'm Boom Jet, a Skylander of the Air Element and the only Sky Surfer in the Skylanders. And who might you be, you lovely mare?" 

Luna blushed as she replied, "I am Princess Luna, Princess of the Night, Co-Ruler of Equestria and Portal Master." Boom Jet realized his previous question and adjusted himself by boarding his turbine, "No way, a Portal Master....now this is exciting."

 Meanwhile, the CMC were following Star Strike until her senses went crazy as she said,

"Boom Jet has already been found." 

Scootaloo asked, "By who?" 

She replied, "It is Princess Luna who found him." 

Sweetie Belle realized, "If Princess Luna found Boom Jet, then its only a matter of time before Scratch breaks out of her statue form."

Applebloom said to Star Strike, "We must find her before she is freed."

Star Strike nodded, "We need to inform Scratch that you are not our enemies, so we better find her." 

They began to search for Scratch before she is freed. The CMC followed Star Strike's senses as she points to where she senses Scratch.

 Somewhere deep in the Whitetail woods, a statue of a winged sphynx lays unattended and alone. Although it was nothing of interest, its eyes began to glow slightly and them dim out.

A pack of Timberwolves noticed the statue and one of them attempted to investigate. As the Timber wolf used its wooden nose to sniff the statue, it was blasted to a tree by a strong gust of wind from the statue. The Alpha Wolf decided to take the statue in its mouth and flee with its pack, but it didn't get far when the statue blew the Alpha Wolf to the ground. 

As it started to crack, the statue was growing into a pony sized statue. The statue burst open and a Winged Sphynx with armor pieces and a helmet emerged as she said,

"THE LUCK OF THE CLAW!!!"

The Alpha Wolf attempted to attack the Sphynx with its wooden claws, but the Sphynx used a gem on the top of her helmet to disintegrate the Alpha Wolf until it was nothing but a pile of ashes. The rest of the pack backed away in fear as the Sphynx sat down and licked her claws. 

Until another pack appeared and the Alpha Wolf of the new pack attempted to attack the Sphynx as slashed the wolf with her powerful claws. After seeing the destruction of two Alpha Wolves, the two packs fled towards the lake with the Sphynx in pursuit.

 Princess Luna has found the last of the Swap Force Skylanders, she was shocked as Boom Jet manages to surf in the skies using a turbine. As he was setting down, he noticed movement in the forest, so he prepared himself for combat until he was met by a familiar Skylander followed by three fillies. He jumped off of his turbine and said,

"Star Strike, What are you doing here?"

Princess Luna spoke as she approached behind him, "Star Strike and these three fillies were told to look for any frozen Skylanders."

Star Strike finished, "We were searching for you until I sensed that Luna found you."

Scootaloo noticed, "But we are still missing Scratch, the Winged Sphynx that you told us about?"

That's when they saw two packs of Timberwolves fleeing in fear as a Red beam emerged from the forest. Sweetie Belle asked,

"Do you think that came from Scratch?"

Boom Jet replied, "I know her all too well to know that it came from her."

A Winged Sphynx emerged from the forest as she sat down and licked her claws. Applebloom said,

"I guess we found Scratch." Scratch noticed the group and set her sights on Sweetie Belle. She charged towards the filly and asked one question,

"Friend or Foe."

Until a voice said from behind, "Friends, Scratch. These ponies are our friends." 

The group and Scratch noticed Chop Chop standing near the entrance to the forest. Star Strike asked,

"Chop Chop, what are you doing here?"

Chop Chop replied, "I noticed a pack of Timberwolves attempting to carry Scratch when she was still frozen. But as soon as she was freed, She killed two Alpha Wolves and caused the pack to retreat. I followed her trail to the lake where I found you."

Sweetie Belle asked, "But what were you originally doing in the first place?"

Chop Chop sighed, "Rarity wanted me to check on you. But checking on a friend is better than posing as a mannequin again." He clutched his sword at his embarrassing time of being used as a mannequin. 

Scratch introduced, "I am Scratch, an Air Skylander from Cats Eye Mountain."

Boom Jet introduced Princess Luna, "This lovely mare is Princess Luna, the Alicorn who found me and one of the three Portal Masters." 

Princess Luna blushed as she finished, "And I am the Princess of the Night and Co-ruler of Equestria."

Chop Chop introduced, "The filly you asked the 'Friend or Foe' Question to, is Sweetie Belle."

Applebloom introduced, "I'm Applebloom, I live in Sweet Apple Acres with my older Sister and my older Brother."

Scootaloo introduced, "I'm Scootaloo, Number 1 fan of the Rainbow Cousins."

Star Strike smile under her hood, "Its nice to know that we have found all of the frozen Skylanders. Ray the Changeling found half of them during his journey to find his destiny."

Princess Luna nodded and noticed, "Next week is Nightmare Night. It's like a Halloween to Equestria."

Boom Jet replied, "After years of being frozen, I'm in need of having fun during a special occasion."

Scratch replied, "So would...." She yawned as she finished, "I."

Applebloom yawned, "We should go back to the clubhouse and rest."

Star Strike's eyes began to grow sleepy as she said, "We've been out for most of the night."

Sweetie Belle was feeling sleepy as Chop Chop picked her up. The Arkeyan Knight said, "You should get some sleep."

Scootaloo asked, "Are you going to spend the night with us Princess?"

Princess Luna looked at Boom Jet and then said, "Yes, we will." After leaving the lake to return to the clubhouse, the CMC's assignment to find the Swap Force and the frozen Core Skylanders are now complete.
