It was a long day at work at the office. It was time to go home so i clocked out and grabbed my bag and left. My name is Stormcloud i'm a sliver Pegasus with lavender eyes and a slick dark blue main. I live up in Clouds dale with my lovely wife Sunheart and my two sons Cloudbraker and my youngest son Snownight. I flew home through the clouds and the sun felt good on my back. It felt so good that i wish i could stay there forever but i might be saying that cuz i'm a little sleepy but nonetheless I spotted my home. I plunged down into a dive and went state threw the clouds then I sped my wing when I got low enough and started gliding towards my front door. I landed on the soft fluffy cloud porch. I open the door and walked inside. I put down my bag next to the door and called out in a warm welcome “i'm home” no response. but then I hear hooves trotting down the stairs. my kids ran up to me and gave a big hung.
“Oh hey guys how you doing?” I said as i continue to hug them.
“Good.” they both answered
“so hows school?” I also asked
“Good.” they both said agen
“Well anything new?” I asked
“Well me and Cloudbreaker were playing with our toys.” Sonwnight said with a smile on his face.
My son Snownight is only four years old and my oldest son Cloudbreaker is seven years old.
Cloudbreaker has a light orange coat with light brown eyes and short straight black main. His cutie mark is a broken cloud almost like his me which is just a dark storm cloud. Snownight we named him that because he was born at night during the winter its a bit self explanatory. Snownight has a light gray coat like mine. He has short spiky navy blue mane and tail and navy blue eyes.
“They're not toys they’re action figures” Cloudbreaker said with a nasty tone.
The smile from Snownight face had left from the comment that his brother made.
“Hey be nice” I told my oldest son. I got up from kneeling and walk into the kitchen. Before me was my wife standing over the stove making diner. I check my watch it was only 4:30.
“Hey babe whatcha making” I ask my beautiful wife
My wife looked at me with a smile and said “Hey sweetie im making Stu surprise”
she came up to me and gave me kiss
My wife Sunheart is a peach color Pegasus her eyes are dark brown and main is dark red with a shade lighter tips on her main color tips on the end of her main.
In my eyes Sunheart is the most beautiful pony that I've seen. She always wares a gold heart shape necklace that opens up. In the necklace is a picture of her and I kissing at the altar of our wedding.
“Mmm smells good can't wait to eat.” I said taking in the aroma of the nice smell of my wife's cooking.
“Yep its just about done” Sunheart turned to me smiling and said “Lets eat”
I went up stairs to get the boys as sunheart was setting up the table,
“Kids time for supper ready” I said walking in to the boys room. The walls are blue with a few wonder bolts posters on them. The boys were playing with their toys next to their bunk beds. They stopped playing and started looking at me for a moment
“Whats wrong dad” Cloudbreaker said breaking the silence.”
I continued to stand in the doorway smiling at them “dinner's ready.” I paused “Better go before it gets cold” my two sons got up and ran to down the stairs racing each other. “ Wait” I yelled out the two boy stopped and looked at my wondering what i'm going to say “Go was your hooves.” The two boy both walk back up the stairs and to the bathroom mumbling to themselves. I walked down the stairs to the diner table Sunheart was finishing setting up the table and serving the food I sat down at the table waiting to be served. Sunheart came with the serving bowl and sat it in the middle of the round table in the dining room. Sunheart walked to the seat and sat across from me.
“Kids come get your diner its getting cold.” The two colts came down stairs and sat at the two empty spots. The family all made their plates and started to eat.
"So hows school going” Sunheart ask the two boys
“Its really good ma me and my friends were playing this really cool game and i won a lot at it!” Cloudbreaker enthusiastically said to his family.
“Oh that's cool Cloud” His mother with a quaschning look on her face. “so umm… what game did you and your pals play?”
Cloudbreaker stopped chewing, looked back at his mother and then swallowed his food.
“Well who cued throws the cold farthest and who cued fly the fastest!”
“Thats good cloud” Stormcloud said with a proud look on his face. “So you beat your friends at raceing?”
“Yeah i did dad”. The energetic colt said.
Stormcloud put a hoof on his chin “You should look into that son… You may have found your calling.”
“You think so dad.” Cloudbreaker said with excitement.
“I know so.” the proud father said to his son.
“Snownight you're a bit quiet... how your day at school.” Sun heart ask the younger one of the two. Snownight looked down at the plate of food and had a small frown on his face “Sweety what's wrong?” the loving mother asked her son.
Snownight looked at his family“ Well some students at school were picking on me today.” Said the sadden colt
“Why Snow?” Stormcloud ask.
“Cuz i didnt get a question right during class”. Snow night respond. The air in the room was somewhat unsettling.
“You know what you should do.” The older brother said pointing a hoof at Snownight
“What?” Snownight ask with the frown on his face slowly clearing up a bit.
“You should go up to him and knock him out.” Cloudbreaker said doing some light jabs in the air. The two parents looked at their oldest son in disappointment
“Hush boy.” Sun heat said “Don't listen to your older brother he doesn't know what hes talking about.”
“I’ll knock him out for you, what’s his name?” Cloudbreaker said talking over his mother.
“Stop Cloud you're not helping!” Stormcloud said to his son in a demanding voice. Cloudbreaker heated his father's word and sat quietly. Stormcloud looked at the time and it was getting late.
“Oh its ten before eight.” Stormcloud said. he looked back at his family. “You guy need to get ready for bed.” the two boys got up out of their seats and started walking out of the room. Stormcloud stopped Snownight by putting a hoof on his shoulder and said to him. “Well dell this problem later okay.”
“Okay dad” Snownight said cracking a smile on his face.The two boy went upstairs to get ready for bed while stormcloud and sunheart started clearing up the table.
