	"Okay. Hold still RD, while I concentrate my magic..." Twilight muttered as she threw spell book a side.
"Yeah, uh, okay Twi. What spell are you doing on me?" Rainbow questioned as she stood in the middle of the library. 
"Just the one that should make your wings stronger for a day.. I really wanted to test this out.. It is one of Starswirl's spells." Twilight said as her horn began to light up with magic.
"You sure you can do this Twi? You know how much my wings mean to me." Rainbow questioned with a hint of doubt in her voice.
"Yeah I can do this. Why wouldn't I be able to do this? My talent is MAGIC, Rainbow." Twilight was just about to cast the spell when Rainbow jumped out of the way, causing Twilight's spell to hit a mirror and the spell started to bounce around the room. "RAINBOW DASH!" Twilight yelled with frustration. 
"Hehehehe... Uh.. Whoops?" Rainbow chuckled nervously just before the spell hit her, but somehow the spell had split in two and the other half of the magic hit Twilight. They were both surrounded in magic. After a few moments they were dropped back down on the ground. After moaning and groaning for a minute or two, Rainbow Dash stood up and looked around the room as her vision cleared.
"Wh... Wha.... What happened Twi?" Rainbow froze when she looked down at Twilight. "TWI! YOUR HORN!" Twilight jumped to attention at this and stood up. She looked at her head and gulped as she saw a missing horn. She looked at Rainbow and pointed a hoof at RD's back.
"Um... Your wings..." Twilight giggled nervously as Rainbow eye's went wide and she turned around to look at her back. She had no wings.
"MY WINGS! WHAT THE BUCK!" Rainbow started to run around in circles in the hopes that her wings would appear. Twilight looked at her back and saw a pair of wings. 
"Oops.....Uh... Rainbow... I think I know where your wings are... And my horn." Twilight pointed a hoof at Rainbow's head. Rainbow looked up and saw a pointy horn on her head.
"Whoa! But my wings!" Rainbow said. "This is awesome but uncool at the same time Twi! My wings!" Twilight face hoofed.
"All we have to do is reverse the spell, so you have to do the reversal spell  on me and then I can do it on you. Easy." Twilight said in a matter-of-fact tone.
"Yeah.. One problem with that Twi.. I CAN'T DO MAGIC!" Rainbow shouted as she let out a exasperated groan. 
"It's easy. Just concentrate some energy into your horn and then boom. Magic. That is the only way I can explain it. So lets start with just a simple levitation spell." Twilight was keeping her cool, even though she wanted to scream on the inside.
"Sounds easy enough. Lets try it." Rainbow walked over to a book and waited for instructions.
"Now, just take that enegry and imagine picking up that book." Rainbow did it instantly. The book was surrounded by multicolored magic. After a few moments Rainbow threw the book at Twilight's head.
"Did I get it right?" Rainbow joked and chuckled as the book slid off Twilight's face. The now pegasus, used to be unicorn let out a sigh.
"Yes... Yes.. You got it right Rainbow..." Twilight groaned as she picked up a book in her mouth and threw it at Rainbow. "Now. Do the reverse spell."
"What? How?" Rainbow asked as she stared at the words.
"I don't know.. You just.. Do it!" 
"Um... Sorry I have no idea how to DO ADVANCED MAGIC WHEN I HAVE HAD A HORN FOR ABOUT 10 SECONDS FLAT!" Rainbow shouted.
"... We are gonna have to go the Princess... Aren't we, RD?" Twlight looked at Rainbow. The used-to-be-pegasus-now-unicorn nodded. "SPIKE!" Twilight shouted as the baby dragon came running down the stairs.
"Yes Twil-Whoooooaa? What happened to you two?"
"Don't ask." The two mares said in unison.
"Spike. Take a note."
Dear Princess Celestia,
I, Twilight Sparkle, have messed up a spell. I am now a pegasus and Rainbow Dash is a unicorn. Rainbow is unable to perform the reverse spell, so we have no choice but to write to you. Your Faithful Student, 
Twilight Sparkle.
"Send it." Spike nodded and flew his flame over the scroll and watched it depart out the window. All three waited in the main room for about 5 minutes before a flash of bright light appeared, they all covered their eyes. When they uncovered their eyes, there stood the ruler of Equestria, coming to fix Twi's mistake. 
"I got your letter, my Faithful Student. It seems you are in quite the... Predicament." The two mares nodded while bowing, before standing back up.
"Yeahhh... Twi kinda messed up a spell." Rainbow rubbed her mane nervously.
"I told you to hold still!" Twilight argued back. The princess chuckled and cast a spell on the two ponies before she disappeared again. When the two fell back down onto he ground, Rainbow Dash dashed out he door and flew up into the air.
"I still wonder what would have happened if the spell only hit Rainbow..." Twilight thought for a moment. "Off to Fluttershy's!" The purple unicorn picked up the spell book in her magic and walked out the door.
"Twilight.. I don't think that is a good idea." Spike commented as she walked out the door.
"What could go wrong?"
