“Since I’m feeling’ nice today, I going you with the pies until Blues or Mac shows up”. Applejack said. “Then I need to get back to apple bucking”.

“Thanks AJ, I own you big time”. Caramel said, nuzzling his mare-friend. Applejack did an eye-roll before she lightly shoved him off.

“Hey, what was that for”? Caramel asked, baffled by the uncalled for action.

“I’m still mad at you, so get back to work”. Applejack said, grabbing the recipe and begin reading it to herself.

The farmer-mare snatched up a green apple and a knife to peel the apples. After she finished her peeling, she begins dicing the apples into bite-sized pieces. While Caramel made the piecrust with a very noticeable scowl on his face. The duo worked in silence before Applejack decided to break it.

“I decided maybe thirty pies is a little extreme to make, so I’m shortening it to ten and you pay off the rest in apple buck season”. Applejack offered.

“Really”? Caramel said, her scowl turned into a corny grin. “But about the other twenty?”

“Blues and Big Mac can do the rest”. Applejack said.

Caramel looked dumbfounded for a moment. Earlier she made such huge deal over the pies, even going as went as far to threading to break things off. Why did change her mind all the sudden?

“Are you sure”? Caramel questioned.

“Do you want me to change my mind again?” AJ sarcastically said.

“Umm no, thanks, I’m happy with ten”.

“I thought so, now gets back to work”.

Caramel rolled his eyes at this she's so bossy today.
