As she was enveloped in a cloud of black, Twilight's head began to turn, as she saw nothing but total darkness.
"Why am I here?!"
"-Chuckle- Hello my dear child."
"W...Who are you? What do you want from me?!"
"Oh nothing. I just wanted to take control of you, and you will learn great knowledge of magic and power."
Twilight think of it a bit, before answering:
"You just wanted me to become evil. But no! I will not have you take control over my body!"
"Oh, what great courage and determination you have. Too bad you will be weak because you just learn basic mastery magic."
"What?!"
"What you have learned is just the basics of mastery magic. Let me help you, at least to learn new magic of advancements."
"But...But..."
"Let me help you at least."
The dark being get inside of her mind, getting her to learn new magic....dark magic to say at least. She learned them in a flash, and they said

*Outside the Black mist*
Her friends and brother is now shaking in fear, not realizing what will happen next. Kel'Thuzad, a magic user himself, knew it was dark magic, but it was more sinister. Suddenly, the mist exploded and comes out Twilight. Kel'Thuzad shields himself with an ice shield, while Shining and the Mane 6(minus Twilight) was enveloped in an aura of magic, casts by Princess Cadence herself. The explosion dies out, and comes out Twilight.
"Twily! Are you-" Shining didn't begin his sentence when he, and the Mane 6, examined Twilight's characteristics. She was taller, her mane darker and her hair, well, purple with white streaks on it. Her cutie mark, from a purple star-shaped one, has become four-pointed black star. It was accompanied by two other things, a sword and a bone.
"Twily, what happened to you?"
Twilight opened her eyes, blinking for a few seconds, then said
"Hahaha! Twilight Sparkle is no more! Today I shall be called as Twilight Night!"
"You naive fool! You have plunged yourself to the lands of darkness." Kel'Thuzad said.
Her friends and brother, however, we're looking at Twilight at a mix of horror and rage on their faces. How could Twilight become evil? Nothing is certain.
"Twi! Get a hold yahself!" Applejack said, hoping for an answer.
But instead, Twilight tossed her over to one of the pillars, knocking her out.
"Dear, how dare you become an evil being?!" Rarity recklessly exclaimed in rage.
But Kel'Thuzad, who studied Twilight's magic aura, he's becoming suspicious about Twilight's new powers. 'I dearly hope that the Scourge is here.' he thought. Twilight walks towards her remaining friends, who are now raging to know who would done this to Twilight.
"I will get this guys!" the cyan colored pegasus said.
"Wait Rainbow Dash!" the yellow colored pegasus cried.
But it was too late. Rainbow already charged to the corrupted Twilight, ready to knock her out. Unfortunately, Twilight already grabbed her with her magic, and pinned her to a wall.
"It's time for your death!"
But before she could cast a 'death' spell, she was hit by an ice spell, turned around and saw none other than Kel'Thuzad.
"Stop you mindless one! You must be in control of yourself!"
"Hah! Have you heard it? Twilight Sparkle is no more!"
"Then I will have you scourged right now!"
"Oh, so it seems."
But before she could attack Kel'Thuzad, a portal just opened and come out other beings.
