What the seven ponies were looking at was not pretty, Darkwing had mutated into a beast roughly 10 times the size of Equestria, With two miniature dragon necks and heads poking out of his waistline, His whole body had been mutated into a dragon-like human with menacing claws, An enormous tail the size of the sun, And massive wings covered in scars, Blood, And fire, On the dragon's forehead was Darkwing, His waist was now fused with that of the dragon's forehead, And he had archaic markings all over his face, Body and wings, And with 2 glowing balls orbiting him, One pink and the other grey, He looked ready to destroy Equestria with one swing of his new dragon form's swords.
"BEHOLD!!!!! MY ULTIMATE FORM!!!!!" He said deafening everypony in the castle.
"What is that thing?!" Rainbow Dash asked with a horrified expression on her face.
"That thing is supposedly Darkwing." Twilight said to her, "But even more powerful than before."
"Pathetic equines, Thinking you could defeat me?! How pathetic, Now, I'M GOING TO DO EVERYONE A FAVOR AND END YOUR MISERABLE LIVES!" He said shooting a swarm of massive black fireballs at his castle all of which destroyed it beyond all recognition and leaving the seven horses unconscious.
"I AM VICTORIOUS!!!!!" He said looking at what he assumed were the corpses of the Spirits Of Harmony and Sunset Shimmer.
His assumption was correct, For lying on the courtyard of the castle's remains was a rainbow splattered mess of manes, Tails, Blood and guts, And Cutie Marks.
"In another dimension which looked like endless light, The seven ponies were alive and well, Under the watchful eyes of Celestia, Luna, And a 3rd alicorn none of them had ever seen before.
"What happened, And why does my head feel like i've been destroyed?" Said Twilight coming to first.
"It's because Darkwing has killed you all." The 3rd alicorn said, "Hello, My name is Utopia Light."
The alicorn looked a lot like Celestia, Although her whole coat was rainbow as well as her mane and tail.
"Dead? How can that be?" Sunset Shimmer asked Utopia in a confused tone of voice.
"Don't worry though, You can overcome his powers and save Equestria, All you need to do is let me invoke the final stage of your elements." She said as if ignoring the question and telling the truth..
"Final Stage?" Twilight said puzzled.
"The Elements' strongest powers have been locked away for over 100,000 years, But since Darkwing transformed himself, We'll have to go to drastic measures." Celestia told her.
"Mother? Are you sure they can pull it off?" Luna asked Utopia
"MOTHER?!" Came from all seven ponies in perfect sync.
"Yes, For years I ruled Equestria with my children, Celestia and Luna, For years we frolicked through the flowers, and had fun when i was off duty." She said in a comforting tone, "But one day, Darkness struck the land, And in an attempt to lock it away, I bound myself to the Light Neospace."
"We waited for her to return, For 10,000 years we waited, But nothing." Luna said following up on the explanation.
"So we decided to believe she wasn't coming back, And we personally took charge of Equestria." Celestia finished.
"This is also a pony's final judgment, To determine whether they live forever in Utopius, Or Tartarus." Utopia Light said to them all.
"And i think I can see you all in Utopius after you win, But first, Let's begin your ultimate reincarnation." Celestia said before marking all seven friends with marking lasers.
After the Mane 6 and Sunset were marked, Utopia Light, Celestia And Luna utilized and crossed their magics, Giving all the ponies rainbow coats and hair before slamming them all into one.
"In the courtyard, A pillar of light shone from the corpses and Darkwing shielded his eyes, "WHAT?! NO! IT CANNOT BE!!!!"
The seven ponies were now one with a rainbow of colours streaking from its' coat and hair, It was an alicorn with a Galaxy for a Cutie Mark."
"DARKWING!!! UNDER EQUESTRIAN LAW 4 SECTION 59 AMENDMENT P23, YOU ARE CHARGED WITH EQUINE CORRUPTION AND THE FALSE USE OF THE STONES OF KNOWLEDGE AND RUIN!! ANY LAST WORDS BEFORE WE DESTROY YOU?!" Said the alicorn, Her voice was a mix of all ten Light Neospace ponies, And her body was brandishing all 6 Elements Of Harmony.
"ANY LAST WORDS?! HAHAHAHAHAHA, THAT'S A GOOD ONE, GUARDIAN AURORA!" Darkwing named the creature whilst laughing.
"ENOUGH TALK, NOW WE DUEL!!!!!" She said before charging at Darkwing like a shooting star.

Dark and light magic was being hurled from all sides, As the 2 beings fought each other, The space around them changed to, A black hole, A sun, And even a few supernovae scenes.
"YOU CAN'T WIN, LITTLE PONIES!!! I AM ALL POWERFUL AND YOU ARE ONLY EQUINES!!!!" Darkwing gloated moving his human and dragon bodies in perfect sync to maximise his dark powers.
As the swords and horn kept clashing, Sparks the size of Equestria were sent flying, Which in turn, Set outer space ABLAZE!
In the fire painted cosmos, Aurora was still able to impale Darkwing after what looked like the most brutal battle in the history of MLP FIM.
"NOW TWILIGHT, FINISH HIM!!!" Said another voice as a time rip opened up.
Out of the rip came all the students from Canterlot High, Who also were painted pure rainbow like Aurora.
"OK everyone, Ready?" Said Twilight in the Light Neospace.
"READY!!!" Came from Aurora and the students.
After all throwing their light auras up, 6 Giant rings started forming in front of all the heroes.
"NO! THE HARMONY CANNON?!?! BUT THIS CANNOT BE!!!! IT TAKES LIMITLESS STRENGTH LIKE MINE TO PULL THAT OFF!!!" Darkwing said in a now worried tone.
As all the humans kept the rings up with their auras, Aurora climbed in and started to summon the auras of the Mane 6 behind her.
"GO FINAL FRIENDSHIP LASER!!!!!!" Said everyone at and in the rings, After saying it, Aurora, Sunset, And the Mane 6 were now blasted forward at Darkwing, Enveloped in an enormous rainbow laser that was 10,000 times his size, After the laser impacted, The ten other ponies were now impaling Darkwing's Dragon form, Leaving an enormous hole where his heart should be.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Darkwing screamed after he exploded in the rainbow light taking his pink and grey balls with him.
"After the explosion died down, Everybody and pony was back in the throne room of Canterlot Castle, Where Celestia and Luna were as usually, Sitting down on the thrones.
"An uproar of cheers came from everyone, And Twilight looked outside.
Darkwing's Stone Of Age And Youth was part of his final form, Now that it's destroyed, We can fix everypony." She said before casting the stabilization spell on all of Equestria, The resulting rainbow shockwave returned everypony to their appropriate ages.
"Welcome everyone." Came from Celestia talking to the humans, "It's nice to meet you, My name is Celestia and this is Luna."
"I know it would usually sound weird coming from me but.... Enjoy your time here in Equestria!" She said happily at the fact that they aided in the destruction of Darkwing.
"So this is your home?" Said Twilight to Twilight.
"Yeah, It's quite nice" Said the pony to her human counterpart..
"Wow, This place looks divine." Said Human Rairty.
"You like it?" Said Pony Rrarity.
"Hey! I HAVE MY WINGS BACK!!!" Said Huamn Rainbow Dash.
"Pretty sweet aren't they?" Came from Pony Rainbow Dash.
"What a neat place!"" Came from Human Pinkie.
"Just wait till you see the parties I plan!" Said the Pony Pinike
"Hoo-Wee! This looks like my kinda place." Said Human Applejack.
"Tell me bout it." Came from Pony Applejack.
"Do you have any rare animals?" Came from Huamn Fluttershy.
"The rarest you'll find anywhere." Came from Pony Fluttershy
So now our tale comes to an end, With Darkwing vanquished, Equestria saved, And the humans now able to travel back and forth endlessly without disrupting the balance of their worlds and keeping their human bodies intact, Upon looking into the sky which now donned a rainbow with all the Mane 6's faces above it, We fade to black.
We close into the longest credits ever, Showcasing the cast of My Little Pony next to a montage of the humans looking around Equestria and getting their fare shares of food, Drinks and sights.
