I didn't know what to think. My magic was dragon, I had so many questions. But with those questions came worries. My disguise doesn't literally make me the animal, just forms my body. My insides are still the same...or should be. I should have known something was up when the little blast came from my horn. I shouldn't be magical. I shouldn't have it, it shouldn't even EXIST!

But there I was, just finding out my magic is dragon. If that even makes sense, although none of this does. It pushes the barrier of my very understanding of the way the universe works. Have I been wrong, is there magic. For once I thought of the fact that this could be an illusion. Maybe I disappeared in the portal and now I'm existing through pure self illusion. The brain makes you feel the world around you, makes you exist. Does anything really exist if you couldn't taste, smell, hear, feel, or see? 

I'm not getting into the basics of existence, with my knowledge I could easily spend hours on the subject and prove against everything anyone would know. But anyways, whether I exist or not, my brain is telling me I do. So as long as blood flows through my mind... whatever is left of it, I will go with this adventure. 

As you could guess Twilight was bombarded with all the questions you'd expect. Basically I am a unicorn that posses dragon magic. My body can't take the pressure of the magic and since I'm not using it, my mind just explodes. At this point my brains already imploded, so the opposite would just take away the rubbish. Fluttershy and Pinkie eventually left. The party was canceled due to my condition. 

I guess the point I should carry off from is when it was just me, Spike, Twilight and Dash. "What does dragon magic do?" I asked. "I don't know, not many ponies examine dragons close enough to know. I do know that Spike can breath fire that can teleport a scroll." Twilight replied. "That's pretty cool." Dash said. "Yeah, we have the same powers!" Spike added. I was still wrapping my head around the whole 'magic' thing, but this was insane.

Like, watching Twilight levitate books around was amazingly dumb. It's one of those things that couldn't be, shouldn't be, but is! I began feeling sick, I was feeling bad all day, but now I just felt like crap! "Uhg, if this is what dragon magic feels like then I don't like it." I said. "Come on, don't be a wimp, be strong like me." Dash said flying up to me and trying to show off her muscles. I wish I was human for a second so I could show my bad boys.

But then I sneezed, and as i did so a magic beam flew from my horn and bounced off the roof onto Spike's tail who breathed fire out of surprise. "Whoops." I said feeling awful. "Be careful Hidden, who knows what your magic could do." Twilight said searching through books. "Egghead." Dash said. "Hey, reading is cool." I said and Spike nodded in agreement.

"Don't tell me your an egghead, too!" Dash said to me. "I'm not an egghead, I am a above-average-learning-craving-genius-who-consumes-knowledge-from-ledgable-symbols," I said. Dash rolled her eyes. "Egghead if I'v ever seen one. But your not a half bad egghead." "What do you mean?" "Well you are hunting an evil changeling, which is kind of cool."

"Your hunting an evil changeling?" Spike asked. "Why didn't you say something? Wait, you have changelings in your dimension, it must be similar to this one." Twilight said. "Different dimension?" Dash asked. Well that escalated quickly. I wanted to sit back in my chair and say that but instead I chose to explain.

"I guess I told half the story to each of you." I said. "Can you put them together? What's going on?" Dash said. "I'm from a different dimension because a changeling knocked me in, he followed me here and wants me dead. But I'm hunting him to kill him. So-*" I was cut off when Twilight said. "Your being hunted!? You know how dangerous that is to be hunted by a changeling?!" "You could have mentioned the dimension part?" Dash said. 

I just looked blankly at them. "Yup." And then we heard thunder and pouring rain. "Wow, that rain is early, it was suppose to come later-*" Dash was interrupted by lightning. "-And it was suppose to start slower." She said annoyed. "You two can stay here if you want." Twilight offered. "I guess I will." Dash said and I nodded. 

I began thinking. I saw the true reality: I can't win. How can I beat Kram with nothing. No weaponry, no technology, nothing! He has surprise on his side. I began to feel saddened. I can't lose, everything is at stake. I remembered the dream. All the loss...the destruction...the misery. "You fight... I heard a voice, from no where. For nothing... What did that mean? You will be consumed by absolute loss... What? You will fight... you will lose... for nothing 

I will not suffer. Lose to win... Edward. My eyes bust open and kicked my feet out. I was painting and sweating. "What's wrong?" Spike asked who was sitting in a chair across from me. "Lose to win." I said fumbling my words. "What?" Dash said waking up near Spike. "I think Kram contacted me." "Kram?" Spike asked. "The changeling." Dash answered. "i'm fighting for nothing... I will lose and suffer. Lose to win... Edward." I repeated the words trying to make sense of it. 

"Have you gone crazy?" Dash asked. "That happened a long time ago." I joked, but it seemed almost true. "I noticed." She replied. "Lose to win... lose to win, what does that mean?" I asked. "Maybe you have to lose the fight, so what you care about doesn't suffer, so you kind of win." Spike had a good theory. That must be it. "Who's Edward?" Dash asked. "I'm Edward, or was many years ago. Which is odd." I said.

"You were? You need to fill us in." Spike said. "Of course being someone else is odd." Dash stated. "Not that, no one knows that I was Edward but me, not even Kram." "Then how did he know to call you that?" Spike asked. "I don't know! This is getting real serious." "You just noticed?" Dash said. I started to worry a lot. "Something is happening and I don't know what or even a clue how it it happening." I began breathing deeply. 

"Hey man calm down." dash told me but I ignored her. "Oh geez, this is really bad, oh no." I continued freaking out, see I am use to fighting something I know nothing about, but this was different, I was powerless and my mind was messed. I was having an anxiety attack pretty much. I was breathing deeply and sweating and pretty much freaking out. My horn began glowing without my control and Dash and Spike obviously noticed how I was.

"come on buddy, calm down, we'll figure this out." Spike said trying to assure me. "If I can't beat him, all worlds suffer, everyone will die!" I exclaimed, I could tell Spike was getting frightened. "Everyone?" Spike mumbled to himself. "Hey, Hidden look at me!" Rainbow ordered me. I didn't and my eyes continued darting around the room. I could barely breath like my throat was tightening. "Hidden!" She said grabbing my face gently and moving it to her view. 

I realized how beautiful her magenta eyes were and her nice rainbow mane. I got lost in her eyes, unable to move as I slightly heard her words entering my ears. "Calm down, just breath. In and out.' She was saying as I breathed in the rhythm. She rested her hoof on my leg for support. I knew then there was that unmistakable feeling. Not that bull crap buzz or all those sneaky ways to try not to admit it, but I knew, know, that was love.

I'm not the kind of person to hide things from myself, I knew right away what was going on. But I couldn't help it, I was lost in her gaze, powerless to fight back.  Rainbow Dash was just staring back at me. I was breathing deeply still and I could feel my body shaking. "Whats going on?" Spike asked very worried. "I think he's having an anxiety attack." Twilight said examining me. I felt my head jerk from Dash's hoof and I escaped her hypnotic look. My head jerked again.

"Blade stay awake." Twilight ordered. Then is felt like the whole world slowed down and all I heard was the rain. I didn't feel anything and my throat felt like it closed. I held my breath. Then I saw an illusion of Kram, I was filled with rage and I powered my horn and zapped as powerful as I could at the illusion. But the illusion was still there. I just wanted to pound him to death with my hooves. 

Then Dash slapped me out of it. I slowly lifted my head to her angry. "Finally, you're starting to get freaky." She said. "Enough Dash he is going through a very difficult time." Twilight said. Spike walked over to where I blasted, I destroyed a shelf and books fell. Spike picked one up. "Sorry guys, I had a moment, I'm good-*" "Hey!" Spike interrupted. "I found something!" The three of us quickly went over to investigate. I was astonished at what I saw.

Twilight read the title which looked rather long. The book had a picture of two creatures, one light and one dark, appearing to be fighting. The creatures were humans. "Its a prophecy of two creatures fighting. The creatures posses forgotten elements: Deception and Determination. Deception is evil but uses goodness to fight the good Determination who is forced to use evil forces." Twilight explained. "Okay, what does that have to do with me?" I asked. "It says a unicorn named Hidden Blade wields an element."
