Upon reaching the next world, The Mane 6 discovered they were back in Canterlot Castle, Only this time it was a little more different than usual, There were Cocoons housing sleeping ponies hanging from the ceiling, And black thorns were crawling around the pillars and ceiling.
"OK this is getting weird, Weird beyond even my standards." Pinkie Pie said to the others.
"I know, It looks like Darkwing is giving our memories an even darker twisted visage." Twilight said pointing out the obvious.
"But it doesn't look like anypony's here at the moment, Let's just get back to the castle." Rainbow Dash said to her friends.
"Don't count your changelings before they hatch!" Said Chrysalis, Bursting from one of the cocoons above, Causing it's remnants to splatter down all around the girls.
"You?!" Rarity spoke to the insect-like pony queen.
"Yes, Me, But this time you haven't got your dear couple to save you this time." Chrysalis spoke back in reply.
"Oh yeah, Where the hay is Shinin' Armour and Cadence?" Applejack popped the question.
"In this other dimension, They don't even exist!" Chrysalis said back to the cowgirl-like horse.
"Don't exist? Then how are we supposed to beat you?" Twilight asked.
"How do you beat me?" She said laughing, "You can't! You're all alone with your precious jewelry."
"Oh yeah? Well we'll see about that!" Dash said charging in fury to Chrysalis who just bitchslapped her out the window and into the sky of cracks.
"So you wish to challenge me? BIG MISTAKE!!!!" Said the changeling queen.
After she finished the arena mutated into a blood stained throne room with insect cocoons and spider webs as large as towers surrounding the seven fighters.
As the battle began, Chrysalis immediately triplicated herself twice, Making 9 Queen Chrysalises in total, all of which donned the visage of Twilight with an evil look on their faces.
A chorus of "YOU'RE THROUGH!!!!" Came from all nine fake Twilights who were now volleying insane dark magic at the real Twilight and friends. As the battle drew on, The Mane 6 eventually lost sight of the real Twilight through all the perfectly identical fakes.
"Where is she?" Fluttershy said with a horrified and confused look on her face.
As it got longer and more brutal, All the Mane 6 were back together and now pounding the real Queen Chrysalis with FIM Moves.
"It's not over yet!" she said as changelings started to hatch from the hanging cocoons above, All donning the visages of Twilight's friends, And immediately dropping thousands of smoke bombs to confuse the Mane 6 even farther.
It was pure chaos as the smoke cleared, With thousands of Mane 6's tearing up the battlefield in an attempt to destroy the fakes/reals.
"You see now Twilight?! YOU CAN'T WIN!!!" Chrysalis said finally removing her clones and fake Twilight disguises.
"Oh yeah? Before we came in, We implanted tracking devices on each other in case you were behind this portal." Twilight said triumphantly.
As all the tracking devices sprang to life, As did the Spirits Of Harmony, Now that they were reunited they charged up and released a Friendship Is Magic Hadouken and Chrysalis met her end.
Upon returning to The Citadel Of Darkness the girls took another breather and leapt through portal 3
Darkwing was watching it all in the throne room, Petting the now infant Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon on his laps.
"I get why you brought everyone back, But i don't get why you still need these two girls." Discord said now chained up in his cell.
"Filthy Rich and Sterling Silver failed to raise these two to be pure evil, I on the other hand won't make the same mistake!" He said back to the caged spirit of chaos, "Now if you don't mind i'm watching Ponies v.s Darkness 3 and i don't want any distractions."
