Raze's Journey

Season 1 Dragon's Cave (Redone Chapter)

~Chapter 3 of Raze's Journey~

Raze thought that the weather had been far too foggy for anyone to travel and so he made the decision that everyone should stay on his ship until the morning arrived. The Doctor and Derpy both agreed to this while thinking the exact same thing.

The night went by quietly and then the morning sun rose to greet the alien ship and it's passengers. Raze woke up on the right side of the bed and decided to go and check up on his guests rather than eat as he thought it was the right thing to do.

Raze climbed up the ladder and found himself in the main room where temporary beds were made for the two ponies, however they weren't there at all.

'Where in the world are they?' Raze thought to himself as he searched the rest of the ship for any traces of where they may be.

His search turned up nothing of value, 'I don't think that those ponies would just leave without showing me the way to the dragon, would they?'

He had only just met them the day before and had no reason to trust them, but he still had the feeling that they truly were trustworthy, 'I gotta work out what I'm thinking, I'm not even sure whether I should be right, or not...' His thought trailed off as he looked at the middle console in his ship.

'I should probably check what time it is, then I can go and search for them.' Raze thought as he walked to the console.

He pressed a button on it and the computer turned on, “11:36 A.M.” It said as Raze finally felt his stomach rumble.

'Well, would you look at that? I've already skipped breakfast and it's nearly lunch...' Raze thought as he pat his stomach.

'I should go make something real quick!' Raze thought as he began to walk towards the ladder that would descend into the kitchen area.

Before he could make it there, the ships door opened and an electronic voice popped up, “Enter.” It said as two figures walked in.

The first one was the Doctor, “We've brought some apples here!”

The second one turned out to be Derpy, “Even thought they're not as good as muffins, we thought that you'd get tired of that and then we figured you'd like to try some apples from Sweet Apple Acres!”

“Apples from Sweet Apple Acres? I'm not sure what to say, but I'll give them a shot...” Raze trailed off as Derpy flew over to him while holding one.

“Good answer! Now try it!” Derpy finished with a smile.

Raze looked at the apple and then back at Derpy, 'Hmm... They did come back... So I guess that I can trust them after all...' his thoughts trailed off as he looked at the apple.

It looked bright red and perfect for consumption, 'It looks real good... Well, here goes nothing.' He put the apple close to his mouth and chewed into it it.

He then munched on the piece until it was crushed well enough. He swallowed it and then saw that the Doctor and Derpy were waiting for a reaction.

“This is really good!” Raze exclaimed as he began to rapidly eat the apple.

The Doctor and Derpy watched as he ate the core of the apple and then look at the bushel with hungry eyes.

The Doctor smiled, “There's plenty to go around! I'll just pass you another!” He looked down at the bushel and noticed that it was gone.

'Where did they go?!' The Doctor looked up and saw Derpy giving Raze the whole Bushel.

“We already ate on the way here, so these are for you!” Derpy said as Raze took hold of the bushel.

“Really?! Thanks!” Raze took out three and began to eat them really fast.

The Doctor sighed, 'He's a voracious eater...'

Raze finished the apples and looked at Derpy with a huge smile, “Remember when I said these were good?! Well, I was wrong! They're amazing!”

Raze took a few more out and finished them rapidly. He then prepared to take even more until a hoof slapped his hand. Raze looked up to see Derpy looking at him with somewhat annoyed expression.

Raze sweat dropped, “What?”

“You're eating a little too much, you should wait a while before eating more. After all, we have a Dragon to show you!” Derpy said with a smile.

Raze looked at the bag of apples and then back at Derpy, “You're right, I'll save the rest for later.” Raze swung the pack over his back and then looked at them with a grin.

“I'll have to go and shrink the ship so that we can get moving.” Raze finished as he began to walk toward the door.

Derpy and the Doctor followed him outside and watched as he began to move around the outside of his ship. They both watched as Raze looked for something.

'It's around here somewhere...' Raze thought as he moved around the ship.

Derpy looked confused, “What are you doing, Raze?”

Raze heard her, “There's a button on the outside of the ship that will make it shrink into a capsule, then I can store it in my carrying case.”

The Doctor was the confused one now, “What's a capsule, Raze?”

Raze looked and smiled when he finally found what he was looking for, “Here's the button!” Raze pressed it and then an explosion happened. Smoke covered the area where the had been and then clear away almost instantly leaving nothing but a small capsule sitting on the ground.

Raze walked over and picked it up. He then went back to the Doctor and showed him, “This is a capsule, these were made on planet Earth in our universe and soon became a universal good. The entire galaxy where I'm from uses these for almost everything! They also have packs that carry them, like this!”

Raze pulled out his carrying case that had a multitude of other little capsules that were all labeled with certain numbers and letters.

The Doctor looked at the case with wide eyes, “That's really brilliant! I don't think that I've ever seen anything like this! I'll have to look at them later, if you'll allow it?” he finished as Raze smiled and nodded.

“Sure, just don't break them.” Raze said as he put up the capsules for now.

The Doctor nodded, “Well, thanks for the explanation even though you're not sure about the mechanics of it, it's still an amazing idea. Now we should probably get going if we're going to make it by the end of the afternoon.”

Raze agreed, “Yeah, let's go!”

Raze began to walk forward, but then he heard something moving in the bushes near them. He turned in their direction and saw nothing.

'That's weird... I could have sworn that something was there... I'll keep my guard up!' He decided as he heard a call coming from where Derpy and the Doctor had just been walking.

“Are you coming, or not?!” Asked a voice that Raze recognized as the Doctor.

“Yeah! Wait up!” Raze ran to catch up with them.

As Raze walked along the path with the Doctor and Derpy, he noticed how the path was widening a bit. Minutes passed and the path continued to grow until they reached a clearing.

'We must have been walking for at least ten minutes, It wasn't nearly as far as I thought it would be... I wonder what this dragon is going to be like! It's going to be awesome for sure!' His thoughts of an epic beast of large proportions and threatening sharp teeth staring down at him was more than enough to pump him up for the journey to the top of the mountain.

Then Raze noticed the mountain itself, 'Woah! It's huge! I doubt that any of these ponies have ever climbed this thing!'

“Do you think that you two would make the climb?” Raze asked the ponies that sat beside him also admiring the view.

Derpy giggled, “What about flying? You said that you could fly, so why not?” Derpy finished with a flutter of her wings.

“Well, I'm not going to fly because I could think of it as being extracurricular training! Besides, The Doctor can't fly, so it'd be better for everyone involved if we just walked. Don't you think so, Derpy?” Raze asked as Derpy nodded.

“You're right, I'm sorry, Doctor.” Derpy said with an apologetic look upon her face.

“It's alright, Derpy and it's a great idea to get some exercise! Me and Derpy are always running from something.” The Doctor finished with a small smile.

“Oh, Doctor!” Derpy jumped onto him and hugged him.

Raze watched until it started to become a bit much for even him, 'Going to turn around now!' Raze turned away from the two lovebirds as he looked into the sky.

He noticed that there wasn't many clouds in the sky that day. But he did see a minimum of two. Out of one of them, he saw something hanging down and it appeared to be made of rainbow colors.

'What in the world is that?' He tried to get a closer look, but then it was gone all of a sudden.

'That's kinda weird...' He thought about flying up and taking a look, but then he remembered why he was here in the first place.

“Hey! Doctor? Derpy....” Raze had turned back around to find them making out.

“Uhhhh... Are you both almost finished?” Raze asked as the Doctor let her go and Derpy fell down.

“Yes! Yes, we were finished! Right, Derpy?” The Doctor asked Derpy.

Derpy sighed dreamily and it seemed like her wings were stuck out, “Yyyyyyyeeeaaahhhh....” she trailed off with her eyes derped from the feelings traveling through her body at the moment.

“Derpy, we're about to go! Come on, I'll help you.” The Doctor said as he helped her up.

Derpy sighed as her fantasies disappeared from her mind and the light of day returned to her eyes, “Are we going now? And are we going to finish what you started later?” She whispered the last part into his ear in her best seductive voice.

“We'll do anything you want later.” The Doctor said as Derpy's wings refused to to retract.

“I'll hold you to that.” Derpy said as she began to walk up the hill with the Doctor close behind.

A few minutes passed and Derpy's wings had manage to stay out the whole time while they were walking. Raze had noticed and was curious about it.

Raze couldn't help it, he had to ask, “Why are your wings sticking up like that, Derpy?”

Derpy blushed and turned to him, “It's just something that we pegasi do, it's natural!” she then began to speed up as she tried to avoid the conversation.

Raze decided not to press her for anymore information.

The group hiked up the mountain farther and farther. Raze looked over the side and saw the entire forest stretching out ward from the base, 'What a great view...' he trailed off as he saw Derpy and the Doctor had went ahead of him.

Raze walked a little faster in order to keep up with their pace. They traveled up the mountain a bit farther and found that a giant boulder blocked their way.

Derpy walked up to it, “Wow, that's a pretty huge boulder.” she stated as she tried to find a way around it, but it blocked the entire path before them.

Derpy looked at it in confusion, “Someone or something had to have put it here, but who?”

The Doctor inspected the rock and noticed deep grooves on the sides, 'I only know of a few creatures that can put claw marks like that in to rock, but the closest one is the dragon...'

The Doctor turned to Derpy and Raze, “The dragon on top of this mountain had to have put it here, it's the only solution that would make sense considering the size of the rock. We should tread with caution once we make it past this obstacle.”

Raze nodded in understanding, “Alright! I have a quick solution to the boulder here.”

Raze walked up to the boulder and put his hands around the bottom of it. Once Raze had a good enough grip he lifted it up. Soon enough, the boulder was above his head.

The Doctor and Derpy were both shocked as he threw it into the air. Raze then pointed his hand at the flying boulder.

An energy beam shot out of Raze's hand and the boulder exploded into a million piece. Smoke spread from where the boulder once was in the sky and small bits of it fell from the air.

“See? Easy enough.” Raze said as he brushed his hands off each other.

“Ready to go?” Raze asked the two.

“Bu- b- but, The boulder?! How did you do that?” The Doctor stuttered as he tried to grasp what he had just seen.

'I've seen plenty of aliens before, but this species is capable of producing energy like that? And it seems to be completely normal for him! I'll have to do a study on him, maybe Twilight will help me on that if I ask...' The Doctor thought to himself.

The Doctor made the mental note and then smiled, “Well, we should get going! The top of the mountain won't get any closer if we stand here.” Derpy and Raze nodded in agreement.

“Yeah, let's get going!” Raze said as they started to climb up the mountain once more.

The group reached the top after thirty more minutes of climbing. The Doctor and Derpy were a bit winded, but still kept up with Raze who hadn't broken much of a sweat.

“Wow, look at that view!” Raze said as he stared at the clouds just below their level.

“You're right, Raze! It's amazing!” Derpy said as she looked over the expanse of clouds.

The Doctor nodded in agreement, “Yes, it is amazing, but we're here for something else entirely. Raze, are you ready for the dragon?”

Raze turned to him and nodded, “Yeah! If we make it clear that we're not here to threaten it or anything, then we should be just fine.”

The Doctor shook his head, “This dragon is known to hoard treasure out of greed which makes him bigger and stronger than dragons who have no treasure. You should be careful when meeting this beast.”

“I'll be just fine, I'm sure that he'll be reasonable, right? I mean, you're both ponies and you can talk, so other animals can talk too, right?” Raze asked the Doctor.

The Doctor smiled at that, “Well, technically other animals can talk, but some can't. It's all a matter of which species learned to read and develop their minds.”

Derpy jumped into the conversation, “Equestria has borders that everypony knows by now, The Dragon Kingdom, Gryphon Empire, and the Saddle Arabians. Those are only three, but there are a lot of other settlements outside the reach of those places.” Derpy finished with a smile.

The Doctor nodded, “Basically, what she said.”

Raze nodded as well, “Wow, so it can talk?”

“Yes, it can talk.” Derpy said as Raze looked to where the cave was.

Raze clenched and unclenched his fists, “Well, I guess that's good enough for me! Wish me luck!”

“We wish you the very best of luck!” Derpy said as Raze turned and smiled at them before looking back towards the cave.

He began his slow walk towards the entrance.

Raze looked around the area as he got closer to the cave. He noticed that clouds seemed to stay around the top of the mountain and went out from it like a carpet on the sky.

Raze also noticed something small and colorful sticking up from one of the clouds, “That's strange, didn't I see that earlier?”

Raze closed his eyes and then opened them to see that it was gone, 'What is up with my head?'

Finding no answer to the problem at hand, Raze continued on his course.

He walked inside the place the cavernous area, “Hey, Dragon! Come on out!” he yelled into the cave.

His voice bounced off every side of the walls and a deep rumbling could be heard a little further inside the place. Then a loud snort could be heard as the sound of large body parts began to move.

Raze's eyes had finally adjusted to the lack of light inside the cave and he now saw the beginning of a foot in front of his line of vision. He looked up and followed the leg to reveal the dragon he had been looking for the whole time.

The dragon's scales were a brilliant red with a softer brown under belly and black claws. It's eyes were golden and seemed to stare at him with little interest and a touch of anger at being awoken.

Raze smiled, “Hey there, Mr. Dragon! I was wondering if you would be willing to share your land here with me.”

Silence followed after Raze's blunt question. The Dragon seemed impassive to the situation as he slowly began to turn and Raze assumed that meant yes.

He turned to walk out to tell the good news to the ponies he had left outside and that's when he felt the air hit his body.

Raze turned and was smacked full on by a large tail. Having being caught off guard by the sudden attack. He flew out of the cave like a rag doll.

~Outside the Cave with the Time Duo a few seconds before Raze was hit~

The Doctor looked tapped his front hoof on the ground impatiently, “It's a little too quiet around here... Wonder what's taking so long...” he trailed off as Derpy looked at the entrance of the cave with curiosity in her eyes.

“Maybe Raze and the Dragon are getting to know each other!” Derpy said with an innocent smile.

The Doctor shook his head, “I don't think they've had the time to get to know each other that well, I'm willing to bet that something is going wrong inside.”

Derpy looked confused, “Raze doesn't seem like the type of Saiyan who would cause any trouble with a big hulking dragon.”

The Doctor frowned, “We don't really know him that well, we've only offered our assistance to help him find a home of some sort. To be honest, we probably should have asked him a bit more about himself. I'm not even sure that we can completely trust him.”

Derpy frowned, “Well, you've never questioned yourself before about other ponies and creatures being trusted before. In fact, when you got here, you had to trust me without ever having met me either. I remember when you acted so weird in everything you did, but I still followed you around and helped you out.”

The Doctor smiled, “Yes, you did actually help me out a lot. Tha-”

A loud smashing sound was heard as the two ponies turned quickly enough to see Raze fly out of the cave and off the side of the mountain.

The Doctor's mouth was slightly ajar as he collected himself quickly, “This isn't good!”

~Present Times Scenario, Dragon Attack!~

As Raze's body flew out of sight, the dragon made it's appearance outside the cave. It's muscles rippled with strength as it stretched them out. It flexed the wings upon it's back and then it began look around for any sign of the intruder.

As the dragon moved it caught sight of the Doctor and Derpy. The dragon moved toward them slowly and then stopped in front of them both.

Derpy hid behind the Doctor while he just smiled up at the hulking dragon before them, “Well, this is very inconvenient... Oh! Let's start with introductions!”

The dragon looked at them with slight irritation as the Doctor continued, “I'm the Doctor! The pony currently hiding behind me is my assistant, Derpy! And you are?”

The dragon snorted, “I am Pyrus and you have all interrupted my sleep. Now that your pathetic attempts at distracting me from attacking are done, I can clear you all out just like I did to your friend a few seconds ago.”

Pyrus sucked in air and then spewed fire out of his maw at the ponies below him. The Doctor knocked Derpy away quickly and sprinted to get out of the flaming breath himself.

The Doctor rolled when he hit the ground as the flames charred the rock where they had both been previously, 'He's going after us and I've got to make a plan!'

Pyrus wasted no time as he picked up a rock and threw it at them both. The Doctor thought fast and pulled out the Sonic Screwdriver. He activated the tractor beam and caught the rock.

Pyrus was surprised when the rock stayed in the air, 'What? Why isn't it falling?'

Then the rock seemed to wind back and flew back in Pyrus's direction. Pyrus breathed fire as the rock soared at him and melted it within a matter of seconds.

The Doctor galloped toward the imposing creature with another few rocks held in his tractor beam. He sent the rocks flying at Pyrus who shielded himself with his large wings.

Pyrus opened his wings sending a large wave of air all around him outward with large roar of anger. He turned toward the Doctor and began to move toward him.

The Doctor was running out of land as he tried to run along the edge of the mountaintop, 'I have to distract him from Derpy so she can get away!'

Pyrus was gaining on the pony as he saw the end of the edge coming closer, “You can run, but you can't escape me!”

Pyrus raised his neck into the air and breathed in fast. He came down with a large blast of fire that rolled out of his throat in long waves.

The Doctor jumped to the left to avoid the hot flames as they went past him and melted part of the rock on the side of the mountain now blocking his way.

The Doctor watched as Pyrus blocked any escape route that could have been used by himself, 'At least Derpy got away...'

Pyrus smiled showing two rows of sharp blindingly white teeth. He quickly breath in and fired a golden red wreath of flames upon the pony.

The Doctor shut his eyes and prepared for the worst.

“Leave him alone!” Another voice shouted as Pyrus looked up.

'Who would dare?!' He thought as several rocks smashed him in the head.

A few pebbles landed in his eyes and he roared in pain. Pyrus put his hands to his eyes trying to brush out the offending material within them.

The Doctor had moved out of the flames direction a few moments ago and looked at Derpy as she landed next to him, “Why didn't you leave?!”

Derpy frowned, “I wasn't going to leave you here at all! After all, I love you...” she trailed off with a small smile.

The Doctor found himself unable to resist her smile and his own facial features lifted to finally show his own smile, “Thanks for being there for me, Love.” They both heard several stomping noises that interrupted their moment.

Pyrus had finally wiped out the specks in his eyes and saw his prey ripe for the taking, “You've angered me for the last time! I'll be done with you now!”

He spewed fire upon them that covered the area. When the fire cleared up, he no longer saw their bodies, 'Oh well, Back to sleep, I suppose...' His thoughts ended as he went back toward his cave only to hear small wings flapping in the distance.

He turned to see both ponies in the air, the pegasus was struggling to hold up the other pony she was carrying.

“Nice reaction time, Derpy!” The Doctor said to her.

Derpy smiled, “Thanks! But we've got another problem, Doctor!”

“And what's that?” The Doctor asked in confusion.

“He can see us!” Derpy said as she saw Pyrus stalking towards them.

Well, that can be good! Can you put me down, Derpy?” The Doctor asked as Derpy nodded.

When both of their four hooves touched down, they realized that they were in the same situation as before. Pyrus looked a little bit more angry than he had been before.

The Doctor pulled out his Sonic Screwdriver and activated tractor beam to pick up several melting rocks. He then threw them at Pyrus who knocked them away with a swat of his large arm.

“Well, that plan got no where...” The Doctor trailed off as Derpy grabbed him by his shoulders.

“What do we do?!” She asked in a panicky voice.

“We should run, like right now!” Derpy nodded at the Doctor.

Then they were off for all of five seconds until a huge blast of flames blocked their way back to the mountain path. The Doctor and Derpy turned back to the dragon that had been escaping from previously.

Derpy turned to the Doctor once again, “Any other ideas?”

The Doctor looked between Pyrus and the flames behind themselves, “I'm out of ideas at this point, I wish we had just went and got the TARDIS when we had the chance...” The Doctor trailed off as Pyrus grinned in victory.

Pyrus began to breath in and began to stoke fires deep in his stomach. Derpy and the Doctor felt their times were up. The Doctor looked at Derpy and put a hoof on her shoulder.

“We've had a good run, stopping the terrors of the universe, but we may have just hit the end of our adventure...” The Doctor trailed off as Derpy actually felt tears begin to well up at the bottom of her eyes.

“Derpy, if this is the end, then I'm glad to have faced it with you rather than alone. I'll always love you...” The Doctor trailed off again as Derpy finally let the tears travel down her face,

She put her hooves around the Doctor and they hugged as the flames washed over them both. The end of their lives faced by scorching flames...

~Below the Mountaintop A Few Minutes Before This~

Raze got up and scratched the back of his head, 'Owww... I wasn't prepared for that one...' His thought trailed off as he looked around.

He saw pieces of melted rock all around the area, 'He must be doing a lot of damage up there.'

As if to answer the statement, more chunks of rocks fell from the sky. Dust billowed out from where the landed as they created small craters in the earth around Raze.

'I should probably get back up there.' Raze began to focus his ki.

“Kaioken Times 5!” He blasted upward at a high rate of speed toward his new found friends and an angry dragon.

~Back to the Present~

Derpy and the Doctor hadn't felt the flames hit them at all and we're surprised to feel the air moving around themselves at the same time.

Derpy opened her eyes and looked down to see the ground far below herself. She then looked down at herself and found that an arm was holding on to her.

The Doctor found himself in the same exact situation and then they both looked up to see Raze smiling at them.

“Hey there! Did I miss anything?” Raze asked them both.

They landed a few feet away from Pyrus and Raze set them down.

Derpy looked up at Raze with a smile, “Thanks for saving us, Raze!”

The Doctor nodded, “That was too close for comfort...” He trailed off as Pyrus caught sight of them all.

Pyrus was surprised, 'I didn't see them move! I thought the other one was dead!'

Raze looked down at them with a serious face, “Alright, I'm going to take care of this! So you two should just hide in that cave until the fights over.”

They both nodded and began to make their way for the cave. Derpy stopped for a second and turned back to Raze, “Be careful!” She yelled as she turned and continued toward the cave.

Raze nodded and then turned himself to the dragon. He made slow methodical steps toward the dragon and then stopped in front of the large beast.

He looked up at the dragon, “Wanna try the first meeting again? I did forget to tell you my name after all and I forgot to ask yours. I'm Raze and I'd like to ask you for permission to use this place as a home. I won't take any of your treasure, I just need a good isolated place. What do you say?”

“Well, no is the answer and my name is Pyrus. I own this land and my treasure sits inside the cave. With that said, what give you the right to even ask such a question of me?” Pyrus asked Raze.

“I'm not denying that this place is yours, but I need somewhere that I can train and not have to deal with such things as what kind of creature I am, or some thing like that. Besides, you attacked my friends and I don't appreciate that very much, you still have a chance to walk away from that, but you don't seem to be remorseful at all.” Raze finished as Pyrus roared in laughter.

“I still plan to kill you and your friends then and you won't be able to do much about that now will you?” Pyrus said as he began to charge up his fire breath.

“Then I will fight you.” Raze said as he was engulfed in the flames of Pyrus.

The heat seemed to be pushed back by another force as it slowly died and was embraced by glowing energy. The flames were then blasted into the sky creating a massive fiery explosion.

Raze stood underneath where the flames were supposed to have touched down, a barrier of energy covered his body.

Raze let the barrier down and smiled at Pyrus. Pyrus scowled and lurched forward to attack Raze directly. He smashed his fist down at Raze who then caught the attack with one hand.

Raze looked up, “Kaioken Times 3!” His body glowed red as he sped around the side of the dragon who turned to see him appear in the air. He used his left to try and knock Raze out of the air only for Raze to disappear in a flash of red light.

Raze took his left hand and turned it into a fist. He then planted that fist in the stomach of Pyrus. Pyrus coughed up blood as the air around them moved at the power of the attack.

Pyrus moved back away from Raze as he tried to catch his lost breath. Raze stood up from his previous position and then charged the dragon.

Pyrus whipped his tail out and caught Raze on his side with it which knocked him off balance, Pyrus then tried to smash Raze with his right arm as Raze caught the ground with his hand. Raze did several back flips to the other side of the dragon while avoiding the hit altogether.

Raze smiled, “I guess you still have some surprises after all!”

Pyrus charged Raze with reckless abandon and blasted Raze with fire again. Raze moved out of the way quickly and threw a ki blast at the dragon which caught him in medium sized explosion.

Raze then charged Pyrus and hit him with multiple blows to the stomach, 'Time to finish this!'

He then followed up his punch combination with an uppercut to the jaw of the beast which sent Pyrus flying into the air. Raze charged upward and grabbed Pyrus's tail.

Raze began to spin the dragon at a high rate of speed at a vertical incline. Raze then let go and sent the dragon flying into the woods below.

Pyrus tried to make his wings move and stop his descent, but the way he was positioned stopped his wings from moving at all and with a sickening crunch he hit the ground.

A large dust cloud burst into the air when he had hit the ground and now it spread outward among the forest.

Raze looked upon the damage that he had caused and then flew down to the mountaintop. When he touched down, he was immediately joined by the Doctor and Derpy.

The Doctor was the first to speak, “That was incredible! You beat the dragon without trying at all! There must be something interesting about your body or something that gives you that amazing power! I'll have to scan you sometime.”

“Thanks, Razey!” Derpy said as she flew up and hugged him.

Raze didn't like the sound of that name, 'Razey? That sounds so cheesy...'

Derpy let go of him after a few more seconds and touched back down on the ground. She then looked over to where Pyrus had been through out of sight.

“Do you think he's going to come back?” She asked Raze.

“Probably not if I don't do anything...” Raze trailed off as he reached into his armor.

Raze pulled out the box containing capsules and then opened it. He found the one he was looking for and clicked the button and threw it to the ground. A loud booming sound could be heard as a mini fridge appeared from the explosion.

Raze opened it and looked through to find a bag inside it, “This will help him out.” He opened the bag and took out a small green bean.

He put back the bag and went through the steps of putting up the mini fridge. Then he with the bean in hand, Raze was ready to fly to the bottom of the mountain.

Raze smiled to the Doctor and Derpy, “I'm not going to let him die when all I need is a place to stay, so I'll be back in a minute. See ya!”

Raze floated into the air and then picked up speed toward the edge of the mountain. He then dipped out of sight as he flew through the clouds to finally make it through and see the forest below.

He saw the body of Pyrus laying in a huge crater and he made for the area. His speed increased as he flew towards the open maw of the creature.

Raze opened up Pyrus's mouth and crushed up the sensu bean in his left hand. He dropped the powder into the open maw and then moved back quickly as Pyrus opened his eyes.

The dragon practically leaped to his feet and roared in triumph as his wings snapped back in place. His body seemed to puff out and exude power far beyond any other dragon alive as this dragon felt he had the whole of Equestria under his claws.

Then he remembered that he had been defeated by the creature called Raze, 'Oh... Right...' His thoughts trailed off as he noticed the very same being was floating in front of him, but just out of reach.

“So, you're healed now. Would you be willing to share your land?” Raze asked as he floated around nonchalantly.

'This insolent monkey still asks me to share my land?! I'll crush.. him...' His thoughts turned to the parts of the fight where he had been effortlessly thrown about like the weakest of dragons and then he snorted loudly.

'I don't have a chance against him... I must submit... This is the worst day of my long life!' Pyrus thought as he reluctantly turned to the creature before him.

“Yes, you may stay outside of the cave, but nowhere closer.” Pyrus nearly mumbled as Raze nodded in understanding.

“Awesome! Thanks for allowing me to stay there!” Raze said as Pyrus opened his wings.

“Yeah... Sure...” Pyrus flapped his wings and flew off to the top of the mountain as he prepared to nap once again.

Derpy saw Pyrus fly above them and she almost began to panic, but then Pyrus ignored them and went towards his cave where he touched down and disappeared inside.

A few seconds later and Raze appeared as well. He touched down and smirked, “He's agreed to let me stay here!”

The Doctor arched his left eye, “Are you sure that you can sleep safely here? I know you wanted the peace and quiet, but maybe you could just use the Everfree Forest?”

Raze shook his head, “No, I've went through enough trouble just to get this place, I definitely want to keep it! Besides, the view is amazing!”

“Razey is right! It does look beautiful up here!” Derpy said as The Doctor nodded in agreement.

“Yes, it looks brilliant.” The three of them stood and watched the sky together for a little while until a small noise of hoofs clacking on the rock turned all of their attention to the path they used to get there.

Raze saw an orange pony with bright green eyes and freckles all over her muzzle with a hat over her blonde mane, “Who's that?”

Derpy recognized the pony immediately, “Hey, Applejack!”

“That must be why ya'll took more of mah apples then usual.” She finished while pointing her hoof at Raze

Derpy was confused, “Did you follow us all the way here?”

“Yeah, we did.” Applejack said as a loud groan was heard from the clouds that covered the sky.

Another pony shot up from said clouds with an annoyed expression on her face, “Applejack! Why did you tell them about me?!”

When she touched down beside Applejack, Raze got a good look at her. She had a rainbow mane and tail with cyan fur. She also had wings which Applejack didn't have.

“Rainbow, I never said you were here specifically, I just implied somepony was with me.” Applejack said to Rainbow.

Raze walked over to the ponies as he was ready to meet them only for the Rainbow maned one to look at him with unmasked anger.

“What do you think you're trying to do, Creature?!” Rainbow spat out as Raze stopped in his tracks.

She flew up to his face, “You're dangerous and you don't need to take another step towards us!” Rainbow said in anger.

Raze was only a few inches away from Rainbow's face and he saw the angry pegasus trying to stare through him. Raze then felt his own anger begin to come up from his mind and he did the only thing that would make it go away.

Raze pushed Rainbow back and she hit the ground with a huff. Applejack ran to her side and helped her up.

Raze watched Applejack pick up the Rainbow named one, “Who do you think you are being like that?”

Rainbow could still feel the strength the creature had and despite being shocked a bit, she got over it quickly, “I'm Rainbow Dash! The Fastest Flier in Equestria!”

“Since we weren't introduced properly, A'hm Applejack! Most dependable pony in Equestria!”
