3 hours after the shocking event happened
"Hey big sis" Apple Bloom said to Applejack.
"Hey there sugarcube, how was school? Applejack asked.
"It was great! I kinda told Miss Cheerilee as well as Scootaloo an' Sweetie Belle bout what happened though." Apple Bloom said sadly.
"I don't see whats wrong with that sugarcube." Applejack replied.
"Well... Miss Cheerilee told the entire class...." Apple Bloom said back.
"Oh horseapples. Did that no good Diamond Tiara an' her friend Silver Spoon pick on ya bout' it?" Applejack asked with a concerned
tone.
"Na, that wasn't it big sis. Well partially anyways." Apple Bloom replied.
"What do ya mean partially?" Applejack asked.
"Well Silver Spoon mocked me bout' it before Miss Cheerilee sent her outta the classroom." Apple Bloom replied.
"What bout' Diamond Tiara?" Applejack asked.
"Honestly Miss Cheerilee was gonna send her outta the classroom before Diamond was able ta say anything, but ah kinda stopped her from doin' it." Apple Bloom said sheepishly.
"Wat? Now why in tarnation would ya do that?" Applejack asked, a bit angry.
"Originally I had no idea, but uh ah was kinda glad I did. Diamond Tiara showed a side of her I'd never seen before. She apologized fer bullying me fer so long. She then told me something, and showed me something I will never forget. I'm bout' to tell ya what it was too sis." Apple Bloom finished.
"Wow. I'm actually kinda shocked to hear that of all the ponies that coulda tried to comfort ya, it woulda been Diamond Tiara. Honestly. who woulda thunk it?" Applejack asked, chuckling a little bit.
"I know right? But it was her. She told me bout' how she hated bein' alone" Apple Bloom said, and then talked about the earlier event.
Flashback
"Ha! That's so funny. No one cares about that old wrinkly pony. " Silver Spoon said laughing maniacally. "That just cracks me up!" "BLANK FLANK!!!" Silver Spoon yelled in Apple Bloom's face.
"Silver Spoon, OUT, NOW!" Miss Cheerilee barked at Silver Spoon, who cowered and quickly ran out of the classroom.
"Uh..." Diamond Tiara managed to get about before being cut of by Cheerilee.
"Diamond please leave the room." Cheerilee asked, in a angry, but calm tone.
"Ok...." Diamond said, getting up to leave.
"WAIT!!!!!" Apple Bloom said.
The random outburst shocked Diamond Tiara and Cheerilee.
"Diamond, please don't go!" Apple Bloom pleaded.
"Bla-- Apple Bloom, why do you want me to stay? All I ever do is bully you. I don't understand why you want me to stay here, Miss Cheerilee is right, I should just go." Diamond Tiara said, hanging her head in shame.
"Please... don't go Diamond" Apple Bloom said in a cracking voice.
Diamond Tiara looked back and her cold heart was broken by the sight before her.
Apple Bloom was crying.
Not even staggering with the initial Blank Flank, a concerned Diamond Tiara asked, "Apple Bloom, what's wrong?"
Apple Bloom looked at Tiara with wide eyes, which prompted a comment from the pink filly.
"What, did I say something?" Diamond asked worried.
"Ya...ya.... didn't call me.... Blank Flank....." Apple Bloom replied in a shocked tone.
"Hold on." Diamond Tiara said calmly to Apple Bloom.
"Uh... ok." Apple Bloom replied.
Diamond Tiara asked Miss Cheerilee to step out into the hall with her, and the teacher did.
"Yes Diamond Tiara, what did you call me out here for?" Cheerilee asked.
"I need to talk to Apple Bloom in private, and can you get a wet paper towel as well as a dry one?" Diamond Tiara asked in a hopeful tone.
"Strange Request, not the private talk, but the second part, but ok, Diamond Tiara, I will." Cheerilee asked before walking off to get the supplies.
Diamond Tiara then returned into the classroom.
"Apple Bloom there is something I need to show you, but we have to wait for Miss Cheerilee to get back." said Diamond Tiara.
"Ok Diamond" Apple Bloom simply replied.
Just then Miss Cheerilee opened the door with a wet paper towel, as well as a dry one.
"Here you go Diamond, as you requested" the teacher said.
"Thank you Miss Cheerilee, now can I please talk to Apple Bloom in private?" Diamond asked.
"Sure, I'll be stepping out now" replied Miss Cheerilee.
"Thank you." Diamond Tiara said back.
Miss Cheerilee left the room and closed the door behind her.
"Diamond Tiara whats with the paper towels?" Apple Bloom asked, confused.
"Listen, you want to know the reason I didn't call you.... well.... Blank Flank?" Diamond Tiara said, disgusted she had to say those two words together again.
"Yea, why did ya do that Diamond? Apple Bloom asked, more confused than before.
"Well I need to show you something" Diamond Tiara replied, handing the paper towels to Apple Bloom.
Before Apple Bloom could reply Diamond Tiara said
"Normally I wouldn't allow other ponies to touch me, but i'll let this one slide."
"What is this fer again Diamond?" Apple Bloom asked, beyond confused at this point.
"This is going to sound strange, but I need you to take the paper towels, and rub both sides of my flank." Diamond Tiara said, her face turning red at the mention of another filly touching her flank.
"Uh.... ok...." Apple Bloom said, obviously uncomfortable.
"Trust me Apple Bloom" Diamond Tiara said.
"O.o..ok Diamond." Apple Bloom replied.
"Close your eyes Apple Bloom, I'll help you with direction." Diamond Tiara said.
"O.oo.ooo.ok" Apple Bloom said back, very uncomfortably.
Apple Bloom then closed her eyes and with Diamond Tiara's help rubbed both sides of Diamond Tiara's flank for what seemed like an eternity to the young farm filly.
"Ok Apple Bloom, you can open your eyes now." Diamond Tiara said.
Apple Bloom opened her eyes, and what she saw before her caused her jaw to drop in complete shock.
"Y...y..yur a blank flank?" Apple Bloom asked, completely shocked in disbelief.
