It was a fogy night in ponyville only just eight hours ago Spike and Fluttershy completed there contract on Flash-Lighting.
Spike was sleeping in his crib dreaming of Gems,gingerbread house, and Rarity.
He was in such deep sleep from all the running he did at the tracks he did not hear the door being open from the back of the house.
"Oh Spike this is such a lovely place the house is beautiful house and the Gems there just so lovely" said Rarity.
"Thank you i build this place just for you Rarity" said Spike clearly love struck.
"And what about these Gems?" ask Rarity holding a pair with her magic.
"Gathered them myself" Spike said with a proud smile.
"Spike" Rarity said.
"Yes Rarity?" Spike ask his hear pounding in his chest.
"I thank it's time we wake up!" Rarity said with the biggest smile she ever had.
"What?" Spike said confused,raising a eyebrow.
"Wake up,Spike wake up it time too get up" Rarity said in a Fluttershy voice
Spike woke up to find him self staring at Fluttershy in her BrotherHood armor staring at him still shaking him to wake up.
"Aw man come on Fluttershy i was having a great dream there where Gems,Gingerbread house's and Rarit...i mean rare treasure from pirates." lied Spike.
"I heard you say Rarity name a few time's before i woke you up, im sorry for ruining a good dream Spike." Fluttershy said hanging her head down in sorrow.
"Its ok but why are you at the library and what time is it?" ask Spike rubbing his eyes.
it's 12:00pm Spike and im here to wake you for our last contract. said Fluttershy with a bit of joy.
"Ah ok so it Whooves is are last contract of the day?" ask Spike.
"yes" said the mare.
"Do you know where he is?" ask Spike.
"Most likely at home that's were going to take him out" said Fluttershy.
"All right let me get my armor then" Spike said.
getting out of bed Spike walk down stairs to the library going to one of the bookshelf's he knelt down moving a few books out of the way he found the symbol of the horse shoe that him and Twilight found the book to get rid of all the PinkyPie clones, pressing the button the hidden panel opened showing Spikes armor neatly folded with his dagger on top of the clothing.
Grabbing his armor he started putting on first the chest piece,the boots,gloves,next came the mask then pulled up his hood,taking his dagger he tied the holster to his side making sure it tight and secured around his waste.
"Are you ready Spike?" ask Fluttershy.
"Ya im just making sure that every things fitting properly" Spike said putting the dagger in the holster after he made sure that it was sharp.
"All right meet me out side when you are done" said Fluttershy.
"Got it" said Spike.
Making sure every thing is tight and secured he went out the back door with Fluttershy, they made there way to Dr.Whooves house.
"So whats the plan here Fluttershy" ask Spike.
"where going to break into his house." said Fluttershy.
"Ok...why did you bring your crossbow?" ask Spike.
"Just in case we have to take him out from a distance if there is no way to get him with are daggers" said Fluttershy.
"But wont it be easier to just do that instead of breaking into his house and stabbing him?" ask Spike
"Yes but im sending you into his house" said Fluttershy looking at the small dragon
"Wait your sending me into a targets house alone are you feeling ok Fluttershy?" ask Spike thinking that Fluttershy may have lost her mind.
"Yes i am feeling ok Spike it just i want you to have the experience of sneaking into some pony's home alone i will be out side with the crossbow in case there's any trouble" said Fluttershy.
"So you all ready came up with a plan then i take it?" ask Spike.
"Yes your going into whooves house i will pick the lock for you if he did not just leave it unlock i will take a position out side aim the crossbow at the window i can get a shot on him" said Fluttershy.
"Fine but at least when this over show me how to pick a lock so when i get lock out of the library again like last time i wont be stuck out side in the rain" Spike said remembering the time he got lock out of the library during a storm.
"It's a deal" said Fluttershy with a smile.
They arrived at Dr.Whooves house.
The house was a one story house with a hay roof it had only four windows and was smaller then most of the other houses in Ponyville.
Spike and Fluttershy sneak up to the closes window and took a look inside Whooves was siting at his dinner table eat a daisy sandwich the fire place was lite showing the room to have a lot of barrels with objects in them, most were wires and
Metal parts for something.
"Ok Spike here's the plan you will go in from the back and i will be over by that bush taking aim at the Doctor you will sneak in and take him out giving you the contract" said Fluttershy.
"All right let go then" said Spike.
They made there way to back of the house Fluttershy pick the lock for Spike she headed to the bush where she will be waiting with her crossbow.
Spike slowly crept into the house trying not to make any noise his heart was pounding adrenaline was pumping threw his veins he slowly got closer to the Doctor unsheathing his dagger spike was ready to bring the dagger to the doctors throat the blade edging closer every second.
Right when Spike was about to plunge the dagger into the Doctor, the Doctor turned around and gave Spike a solid punch to the stomach knocking all the wind from him.
"You think i did not know you where coming assassin i know when my life is being threatened i know..." Whooves saw something move in the window in front of him he's reaction to it was to late a arrow crash threw the window heading strait for him.
He barley dogged the arrow from hitting him in the heart but he was not quick enough the arrow struck his shoulder above the left leg.
Crying out in pain he quickly pulled the arrow out when he heard some one jump threw the window where the arrow came from, he quickly garbed the fire stick poker next to his fire place the poker was made from iron with a pointed tip, facing his second assassin he put the fire stick between his teeth to hold it.
Looking dead in the assassins eyes he knew that this was going to be a fight to the death for her and him only one of them is walking out of here alive and that's going to be him.
"So some pony hired a assassin to kill me this is not my first time you know!" whooves said with pried with the fire stick poker between his teeth.
Fluttershy stared at him a while before pulling out one of her dagger she spoke with clench teeth holding the dagger.
"You ok there brother" ask Fluttershy concern for her friend.
"Ya.." Spike said holding his stomach as he was getting up slowly.
"Come then assassins lets end this" said the Doctor ready for battle.
Fluttershy charged at her target swinging her head left and right cutting the Doctor on his chest, letting out small grunt of pain the Doctor parried her on going attacks dogging a few attacks, he saw a opening and took it.
He duck as Fluttershy swung the dagger at his throat giving her a solid punch to the stomach making her daze he was about to hit her with the fire stick when a dagger parried his attack,Spike was back on his feet murder was clearly showing in his eye's the doctor stared to swing the fire stick at Spike who was dogging and parring the attacks till the Doctor took a step to the side he got behind Spike when Spike went to go stab at his chest, the doctor hit Spike with all his strength in the back of the young dragon with the fire stick,Spike let out a cry of pain tears forming in his eyes from the pain in his back he fell down with a hard thud.
Hearing Spike cry in pain enraged Fluttershy getting back on her hoof's she pulled out her other dagger in her left hoof quickly switching the other dagger to her right hoof she stood up on her back hoof's and got into a fight stance.
Dr.Whooves was vary impress that his assassin can stand on her back hoof's and take a fighting stance with out falling or showing a sign of struggle of keeping her balance.
"Vary impressive assassin" hooves said with a smile.
"Its too bad that wont help" taking a fighiting stance him self Whoov's was ready for any thing his assassin had in stored for him.
Fluttershy attack swinging her daggers at Whoov's she got a few deep cut's on him she took a step back to get her self rebalanced she got ready for any attack Whoov's came at her with.
"Your good" said Whoov's in between breaths he was getting tired and his cuts where starting to sting, but no matter what he is not going to die today.
"What did they train to be?"ask Whoov's who was a bit impress with his assassin.
"The best" Fluttershy said with venom in her voice, He hurt her friend Whoov's is going to pay with his life for that, she thought to her self.
Charging again to only have her attacks be block or dodge by Whoov's she was getting tired as well, plus standing on her back hoof's was not helping she had to find a way to end this now seeing no opening she continue to slash and stab at him trying to find a weak spot in Woov's defense.
She was too busy looking for a opening to see Whoov's duck under her one more time giving her a punch to the stomach but not as strong as the first time but enough to throw her off.
quickly truing around Whoov's gave a solid buck to Fluttershy in the head sending crashing into some barrels she was on her back dazed by Whoov's attack.
Whoov's look at his fire stick to see that it was badly bent he spit it out of his mouth.
Whoov's wasted no time to continu his attack on the mare,he got on top of her and stared delivering punches to her head.
Fluttershy blocking a few but not all of them she was getting pelted with punches, Whoov's continue his attack for a few seconds before stopping but held one hoof in the air ready to attack at any given moment.
"Did the pony who hired you tell you that you cant kill a ti...GAK" Whooves was about to finish his sentence when the front of the fire stick poker came threw the back of his neck with the point almost hitting Fluttershy .
Pushing Whoov's off her Fluttershy got up and watch as Whoov's was kneeling down placing his right hoof to the front of his throat with the pointy part of the fire stick showing threw the front of his neck,he tried to breath blood was seeping out of his throat every time he tried to speak.
"OH FOR BUCK'S SAKE JUST DIE ALREADY" Spike yelled in raged grabbing his dagger from the ground,he dash up to Whoov's and began stabbing him repeatedly.
Spike continue to stab into the Doctor long after he was dead Fluttershy had to pull Spike away from the Dr.body, when she did Spike stared crying.
Holding him closer to her she began to comfort Spike.
"There there Spike its over it over shhh it ok" she said fighting back tears of her own from the pain.
"My back..It hurts Fluttershy" said Spike crying into her chest.
"I know Spike i know" Fluttershy started humming a tune to Spike witch seem to help calm him more,he Finlay stop crying after Fluttershy was done humming the tune to him.
"Let's go Spike i will take you to zecora's ill have her make you a potion to help stop the pain" said Fluttershy.
"Thank you" said Spike wiping a tear away from his eye's they left Dr.Whoov's house and Spike now remembered why he hated doctor's in the first place.
"They bring nothing but pain to you" Spike thought to him self.
The morning after Dr.Whoov's contract
Rarity was cleaning up the pool of blood of her floor prying that Sweetie Bella wont show up.
"Stupid fool why did you have to be so barbaric with your words stupid fool if you would just listen to me this would never would have happen" Rarity was talking to her self, she started remembering how such a nice morning changed into something so horrible with a murder of a foreclosure Agent.
