	Looking over the smoldering ruins of her kitchen, she couldn’t understand where it had all gone wrong.

Okay so maybe she shouldn’t have added that pinch of nutmeg, but creative freedom was hardly a reason for the universe to blow up her splendid creation.

With a sigh she closed the recipe book; her idea for a grime repellent potion was nothing short of a disaster. Her mood was lifted when she looked at her calendar, today was circled red. Horrible though she might be at following simple directions, at least she still had a spa date to look forward to.
