	He’d always thought his sister to be a ‘school of hard knocks’ type of girl, but when he’d hurt his back, she’d taken over all of the work without another word between them; driving herself over the edge so that he could rest.

He’d insisted that he could still do light chores, only for her to anger and tell Applebloom to hogtie him if need be. Being the one taken care of was nice of course, but he still felt a little weird.

It was love all the same, it just wasn’t the kind of love he was used to.
