Dear Princess Celestia,
I am sure that by now you are aware of the tragedy. I am currently attempting to recover the contents of A.M.P.’s memory drives in an effort to discover what could have possessed her to jump from the West Cliffs.
I have already determined I will rebuild her. Phase has put her own studies on hold to help me fabricate A.M.P.’s new body (against my wishes, but she was persistent). I know A.M.P. was close to an emotional breakthrough. She had recently spoken of a strong desire to make friends, and I will not let her full potential to go unrealized.
It is clear to me now that Canterlot is no place for my filly. With your permission, Princess, I am sending her to Ponyville to spend time with the other Elements. I have already written letters to the girls, and they are all excited and eager to help.
Princess…I love A.M.P. far too much to just let her go. She can be happy, if she can just find ponies who love her.
