I was just walking along trying to waste time. I was trying to stray to far because I didn't know my way back if I did. I looked down at my watch, leaning to the 1% battery level. Time was slim, and if Twilight couldn't produce the working spell I needed, then I would lose my last bit of tech. I would then have to get Applejack to produce power.
Then it hit me. even though I had a way to get power, I didn't have anything useful to put it to yet. That would take even longer, my back up plan may take weeks, or even months! I would have to build a transporter with extremely limited resources. I was feeling down now, this sucks. Kram will definitely get a lead onto me by then. The whole balance of existence is at stake!
Then my thoughts were interrupted by a pony (sounding female) yelling "Watch out!" Before I knew it I was hurt on my back with a girl cyan blue pegasus on top of me. I was groaning in pain, my back was hurting and my nose was throbbing slightly. "Oh my gosh are you ok!?" I heard the winged pony ask.
My vision focused to see the pony on me looking down to me. "Wha? Oh yeah I'm fine." I said. I could take a hit, after all my life of protecting the world from Kram. "Here I'll help you up." She said as she got of me and then pushed me from my back up. "Thanks." I said. "No prob. Hey your Pinkie's friend Hidden Blade right?." She said. "Yeah and your Rainbow Dash." I replied.
"Yes I am, I'm the fastest pegasus in Equestria!" she said. That must be what this place is called, I always thought it was Ponyville or somewhere on those lines. "Right, of course. You are really fast, well as much as I could see until you were into my face." I said reminding her of the incident.
"I was just seeing how fast I could go and I lost control, it happens." She told me. "I have to admit your name is pretty cool, not as cool as mine but still pretty cool." She was now hovering slightly in the air. "Right. Anyways, I got to go." I said as I began walking back to Applejack's barn.
"Why what you up to?" She asked flying above me. "Well, my house burned down, don't worry I'm fine. So Applejack is letting me stay at her barn and I need to work it off." I explained as I walked. "Wow. Pretty crazy." she said. "What does this matter to you?" I don't get what would be interesting about this. "I'm just curious. You seem different." She said as if she was examining me.
That's where I thought she could be Kram in disguise, but I knew Kram couldn't locate me yet. "I'm flattered you'd take interest into my rather boring life (besides the fire), you seem pretty cool yourself" I replied. I felt like ripping out my own tounge and yelling at it asking why did you make me say that. But it didn't, it was my own free will. I looked up at the hovering...mare I do believe you call a female horse or pony.
The setting sun was glistening off her rainbow mane. The site may have been more breathtaking it it wasn't the fact it was a pony. Although she interested me, like, she was a pegasus. Ponies are annoying and unicorns are girly but I was always interested in pegasi. I liked the Greek mythology of the first winged horse named Pegasus which led to the species name. So I did enjoy that, so Rainbow Dash was actually cool to me, although she was a mare, she was still a winged horse and in my favourite colour.
I was just admiring the flying horse. Imagining me riding that in my world, charging at Kram or landing down to school. How awesome would that be! Once again I allowed myself to become lost in thought. "Hey! You checking me out?" Rainbow Dash said breaking my thought. "I guess that's a way to put it. But I'd prefer the term examining you for scientific reasons." I replied.
I was only examining but not for scientific reasons, my own. "Well, I call that checking me out. I knew you couldn't resist me, nopony can!" she said flying on her back above me. "Proud of ourselves are we?" She seemed very self indulgent. But still she is a pegasus. "How could I not. Like I'm Rainbow Dash!" she exclaimed. "True, true..." It was iresistable.
I just wanted to bring her back to my world for a pet, because that would be cool. If the agency aloud it. "You seem fit and fearless. How would you like to go on an adventure with me?" I asked. "An adventure, what kind." She was taking the bate. "The best kind meant only for the best!" I answered.
"That's me, I'm the best. I'll do it!" She said landing infront of me. "Then it's settled, me and you are going to save the world. Meet me here in this exact spot tomorrow and I'll give you your mission briefing." I was totally realing her in. "Got it! You can count on me. Now I'll leave to what ever you're doing. See ya!" She said zooming off.
Now I really had a back-up plan. I was getting out of here perfectly. And maybe even with a pet.
That's where it began really. That's when I dragged these innocent ponies into a dangerous situation. I wish I could reverse that, but at the same time, I wouldn't have it any other way...
