I walked out into the garden with Emma, then Tom came trotting out, "I think we should call eachouther by our pony names."
I looked at them, "maby, what do you think Emma?"
She thought about it for a wile, "Call me Luna."
I smiled, "then it is settled." Shining armer went inside to keep an eye on things, "Now Luna, can you move your wings?"
She moved them, "takes a little more thought than it should."
I nodded then crouched down. "Now try flapping your wings in a rhythm like this"
Luna then crouched down and jumped up then flapped and then she was a natural at it. "I'm flying?! I'M FLYING!! Yay" she was laughing and I landed and left her to it. Shining came up to me, "Cadence they doubled the reward, I don't think you should fly about. Your worth 2 million dollars! This is no joke! This is really isolated but every second that passes your in more and more danger!"

The intercoms went off and it was them the PRG, pony rights group. Me and Luna went upstairs and went into a hidden entrance into the attic. We where there for half an hour then we went downstairs. A middle aged women was there. She stared at me. "A Alicorn! Wait 2 Alicorns?!" I nodded and sat down on a chair. Luna layed down on the floor.
Shining spoke up next, "Cadence, found out how to fly and use magic, she taught me and Luna all she knew, she was the first one of us to change."
"Hello, my name is Rose, we found a cure but it only works on a very small amount of ponies, I think I can get Shining Armer to change back into Tom and do the same to Luna. But I am sorry, I can't change you back, I am so sorry." My ears flattened and Shining Armer spoke up "I will give up my cure for her!" Rose shock her head,
"You changed AFTER her, she is no longer contagious but we don't know how to cure her at the moment. Oh I nearly forgot but you will have to live with your ears, tails, wings and horns forever. They will be the same color as now and your skin will be normal."
Shining leaped up, "I will not be cured if she won't!"
I looked at him, "Don't do this to yourself! With both of us ponies neither one of us will last long." Rose got up and put a needle in Luna's foreleg, and I held shining armer down with my magic, she did the same to him. She sat back down and they turned back, they did still have the horns and tails but they looked almost normal. I smiled at this. Tom picked me up and hugged me, it felt good, inside.

Tom looked down at me, I was still in his arms. "We should wait a week before we go out. Boy do I miss meat!" For everyone but me it passed slowly to me the week passed fast. When the week ended, it was almost a year since it started. We where going to drop Emma home then go to my place and we will think about what we should do. I was asleep for most of the ride. Tom was stroking my mane during the ride, when we dropped Emma home, her parents rushed out to her, they didn't care about her ears, tail of wings Emma's and Toms horns are hidden by there hair.
When I came home my parents didn't embrace me but ignored me, I spoke up "Mum, Dad it's me Erin? I'm back, I'm sorry I had to go, I didn't want them to find me!" They didn't answer but closed the door in my face. They didn't love me any more. I cried all the way to Tom's parents, the first reaction was hugs and kisses and then they asked why I wasn't home. I cried when they asked that. Tom explained for me and they let me stay.
When it was dinner Ton asked his dad about his friends radio station, it turned out that they need quotes few people. They tried to find out about my parents but I just ended up crying. Then they asked why wasn't I cured, and did I not want to? With this I answered "they said that I was infected with a different bug, then Tom got a mutation of that bug." They understood that it wasn't my fault.
Tom made a few calls and managed to get me an audition at the Radio station, I had to say a few lines and I had a call back, this time with the rival I was competing for the position. The boss was looking at me I stood tall and proud. When who I was competing agenst came in she laughed at me, "I'm fighting agenst this bug? They didn't want to cure her, while I didn't become a horse!"
