Rainbow Dash flew another lap around Ponyville. She wasn't flying fast enough to have a rainbow trail, but still went fast enough that nopony could talk to her. The whole time she was worrying with mixed emotions. She knew that she swore, but she knew that Equestria would need her.
Equestria will need me more than ever, but... I swore on my life to never leave Fluttershy... I'm the Element of Loyalty... I stick by my friends no matter what...
"Rainbow!"
Rainbow Dash looked behind her to see a struggling Twilight. When Twilight finally caught up, the two landed on a cloud.
"Rainbow. Equestria will need you more than ever. Don't keep the promise." Twilight looked sincere.
"Fluttershy told you... didn't she?"
"Rainbow. You can't just go commit suicide just to be with Fluttershy..."
Rainbow Dash flopped back on the cloud. She sighed. "Twilight... I am loyalty... I can't just not live up to my word... I can't... I..."
Twilight realized just then that Rainbow Dash was not going to listen.

"Pain progressing at 2.895!" Shouted a nurse.
"Poison moving at 5.982!" Another called out.
Just then, Twilight burst in. Nurses bowed to the princess before them.
"Princess... we have bad news. The antidote didn't efect the poison..."
"Do something. ANYTHING, to save Fluttershy. Rainbow Dash made a promise to Shy when they were foals. She swore on her life to never leave Fluttershy. To always be with her. Right now, we are at risk of losing two Elements of Harmony."
The hospital staff then realized what they were dealing with.

Fluttershy felt like her body was shutting down. She felt the poison in her hooves. The splotches of uncanny pain, slowly moving through her body.
"Am.. am I... going to... die?" She asked herself. Fluttershy began to realize that she was walking slowly toward Death's Door, and that her time was running out.
