I was in a dream it was dusk, pitch black a hallway filled with blood and corpses of deceased ponies covered the red and black carpet the walls were stone slab and the windows had chains securing no way out several stone vases with no plant life were in the corners, the roof consisted of cobwebs. I was checking my surroundings as a unicorn was in the distance calling out to me “C`mon Full Moon we`re gonna be late for school!” The voice reminded me of Vinyl`s I began to walk up suspecting i`ts a trap, a hallway was in my vision it was the only thing that stood in the way from me and the figure I entered the dark hallway and suddenly dead ponies once again filled my vision hanging from ropes tying their leg a several few had half their lungs chopped out and legs which the flesh was cut out of revealing their bones hanging off and several skulls filled the side of the walls, as horrific as the scene was I continued on as my heart was racing in fear pounding so heavily I could hear it beat
After exiting the hallway the figure than had the figure standing in front off me a chariot with two silhouetted Royal Guards in front of it The figure in front of me charged at me leaping on top of me I was trapped, the figure had me locked to the floor the silhouetted figure on top of me than had the face of Vinyl Scratch and than flashed away to reveal the dark figure once again. The figure than gave me a quick kiss
“C`mon Full Moon! Don`t you remember me?” just then a hovering black and ruby en crested cauldron with a silhouetted unicorn with a half broken horn with blood pouring off the tip positioned on top of it the unicorn than began to speak
“Well Full Moon, don`t you remember your girlfriend Vinyl Scratch?” The figure locked on top of me quickly flashed to Vinyl`s face and then back to the dark figure I then replied weakly
“You`re not Vinyl… get, off, me…” Numbers than flowed through my head again 2, 35, 73, 5, 92, 14, 3, 65, 78 The unicorn began to speak
“Yes she is! Look at her!” my face weakly turned to the dark figure on top of me the face than flashed to a smiling Vinyl Scratch then quickly flashed to a worried emotion and once again flashed to the dark figure, The unicorn than spoke
“Oh yes do you remember me by the way?” He paused for a few seconds as the figure started to drop it`s entire weight on me crushing my body gripping it to the floor
“No…” I weakly replied with me starting to choke. The unicorn than got up and pointed i`ts hoof at me
“Wow i`ts me the one and only Linger the King of Execution!” A small pout of blood coughed out of my mouth my blood inside me began to constrict making it harder for me to speak the pain was agonizing, and all I could do is watch the figure on top of me and Linger on top of the hovering cauldron.
Linger was relentless, he then told me “You know? I`ve never killed and alicorn before… maybe you could be my first?” He than jumped off the cauldron landing on the ground with a massive thud his shadow than began to fade away revealing his true form his hooves was coated black but with bloodshed flowing through his body`s side, his body was a little thin but with a scar on the body reaching the neck which looked as it was cracked revealing blood dripping out of the edges the scar was in the shape of a lightning symbol. His neck going up to his head was black but with red forming an X on his neck, his head was the shape with a blunt, sharp nose and the horn had blood pulsing through his horn to the cut wrecked tip. His body was the shape of a Changeling but the eyes was the same of any normal pony he snickered as my body was being crushed by the dark figure, I quickly panicked and my horn activated creating a force field barrier which forced the figure off me flying towards the wall smashing against it with a thud and falling on the floor lying unconscious. Linger than shouted
“Enough” a steel cage wrapped with steel chains landed on top of me surrounding my area trapping me inside the cage I managed to get up barely with my eyes blinking heavily and my hooves were weak Linger came up to me slowly creeping up to me
“I am so DISAPPOINTED! You showed so much PROMISE Full Moon, so much FUCKING PROMISE. Now here you are, trapped like a fucking rat” I struggled throwing my weight onto the side of the cage hoping for it to break but it was pointless. He kept on
“like, like you know, like they fucking think that i need to make a fucking choice. Wherever I should skin you alive or leave you be… just kill some pony else, but YOU look really annoying… like a snake in the slithering grass, with his poison awaiting your hoof” He released the cage and threw it among the floor yelling as the cage broken into little pieces of glass,
“you know… I have the choice to skin you alive right now but I want to kill you, right now…” he than wanted a fight, I had no choice…
Linger than growled as he charged a knife at me but I counterattacked knocking him over, he quickly got back up and tried to knife me again charging all his strength in his lunges but I transported behind him thanks to my horn`s magic I quickly flew up and kicked him in the face with both my back hooves causing a bump next to his left eye, he then snickered his horn activated and changed the scenery we were now at Canterlot before the bombs fell next to the castle, no pony was around the place was deserted I was at the Plaza in the middle circle checking my surroundings I then heard a snicker
“Hmm how do you like the surroundings? Remember anything?” I then shouted
“Where are you!” In a puff of smoke he appeared I quickly lunged my right hoof at him only to find out it was a hologram, Linger snickered once more and than began to laugh in a evil tone.
“Pathetic, you`re too slow… need to improve,” He than appeared in front of me with a knife charging at me with the knife held up high I quickly kicked the knife out of his hoof flying into a pillar causing some stone to fall off… that gives me an idea I than flew up into the sky the fast as I could to the high pillar Linger remained on the surface while I charged up into the sky, I than with all my strength I could muster charged down head first the air heaved around me trying to push me back but I was too strong, breaking the speed limit, slamming the ground into Linger, he seemed to take no damage.
The zone than warped from Canterlot to a grid line glowing light green and the rest black, many illusions of Linger than approached me lunging with a knife, a knife suddenly appeared in my hooves by a bright light I than immediately used the knife to protect myself One illusion came at me but my knife plunged into his neck sideways another one came with his knife I than flew away used my horn to vanish behind him I was about to plunge it in his heart but he quickly elbowed me in the face
“Surprise motherfucker. You didn't think I knew you were coming right?” I laid on the floor he was circling around me waiting for the moment for me to rise I than used the same spell as I did to the dark figure pushing him back I rose up, than charging my knife at him but he quickly rose up and defended himself pushing me away as we were fighting each other with knives he than began to speak
“Hey i`ve heard that Vinyl Scratch found some pony else now, she`s forgotten you…” I hit harder
“Shut up!” he kept on speaking “Record Moon hates you, Applebloom hates you. Vinyl Scratch hates you” I lunged harder and harder starting to use my wings for extra speed
“Shut the hell up!” Linger continued
“Now, you know what i`ts like when you`re abandoned! No pony likes you! No pony!!!” I just ignored it hitting him harder hoping to break his defense
“Yes… Full Moon. Unleash your anger, I WANT IT!!!” starting to hit him harder and swifter and than the strike knocked his knife off his hoof I had no time to waste I quickly lunged and stabbed him in the body, I pulled it out, than stabbed him again, and again in the neck I left the knife in the neck, he was spurting out blood, coughing, choking sputtering out blood. No remorse I than charged my back hooves and bucked him in the stomach pushing him over, Drunk from exhaustion I then laid down next to him nearly fainting, only for his eyes to suddenly face me staring…
