	When Applebloom walked into school the next day, she followed Rarity's advice and did her best. When Peppermint Twist lost her balance and fell at recess, Applebloom took her to the school nurse so she could get a bandage. When Snails was being made fun of by Silver Spoon and Diamond Tiara, Applebloom stood up to Diamond Tiara. and when Eclipse won the ball game against Fillydelphia Elementary, she cheered the loudest. She felt pretty good. 
The next day Eclipse walked up to Applebloom recess. "Uh...Applebloom...?" he said.
" Yeah?" said Applebloom.
" I was just wondering..."
"'Bout what?"
"well..."
"just tell me"
"i..."
"just tell me"
"Will you go to the school dance with me?" Eclipse blushed.
"..." Applebloom was surprised.
"Will you?"
"Sure, why not? I would love to! Of course. Yeah, yeah, wow, yeah,sure, uh huh,  why not..."
Eclipse smiled and rushed away happily.
Applebloom could here him saying yes!yes! yes! all the rest off recess.

"He actually invited you to the dance!?" said Scootaloo. "Gross!"
"No way!" said Sweetie Belle. "That's not fair!"
"He sure did!" Applebloom replied.

That night, Applebloom thought about Eclipse. He was cute, and had spiky red and black hair, with a black body and a cutie mark of an eclipse, which he had earned from making one with his unicorn powers. She sighed. She couldn't wait to tell Applejack. Applejack would be very happy about this.
