Bro-Ops: Discord

“Look out, here comes Tom” Twilight Sparkle said as Tom crashed through the front window almost squishing a displeased Pinky.

“Well well well. I see you found the Elements of Harmony. How terrific.” Discord said in a mocking fashion.

“Discord I’ve figured out your lame riddle, you’re in for it now.”

Off in the distance two ponies laid on a tall grassy hill. The Pegasus pony of the two had a black coat with an white and black mane that stuck strait up. He wore I very nice suite and watch. He was holding a very large gun. The barrel alone was easily double his length. He seemed comfortable there as if he’d done this a thousand time before. He looked down the extremely large scope and adjusted the bi-pod at the front.

The second of the two was holding a very large pair of binoculars. It had lots of switches and buttons on it. He had a dark red coat black and red mane he used his magic to august one of the knobs before saying.

“It’s almost time John.”

“I know” John said without looking up.

Discord hovered for a second before landing and looked directly at Twilight. “I certainly and you’ve clearly out duelled me. Now it’s time to meet my fate. He clicked his fingers and a large pair of sunglasses appeared in his hand. He slowly put them on. “I’m prepared to be defeated now ladies. Fire when ready”. He did a circle motion on his belly and a red and white target appeared.

This made John smile. He looked over to his friend .

“Chris, do you have the ammo?”

“Yep, it’s a special request from Celestia” the red pony smiled as he handed the fifty calibre bullet over to his friend. John reached out to grab it with his hoof. He noticed that there was something engraved on it. He looked closer to see what it was. There was a single word neatly carved into the edge of the bullet, 'FRIENDSHIP'.

“FORMATION NOW!” Twilight yelled. The other ponies gave out a disinterested noise as they walked behind her. “Rainbow Dash get over here.” Spike gulped behind Tom then quickly ran over to them. “All right let’s get this over with.” Twilight said in a frustrated tone.

John quickly and precisely loaded the bullet into the chamber like a master would. ”Distance?” he said without expression.
Still looking thought the large binoculars Chris said “Ninety four point five kilometres.” Chris paused for a second without moving. “And a north, north east, two knot wind.”

The six friends all closed their eyes and concentrated, some harder than others. Then all besides Spike started to hover in mid-air. Starting with Twilight each one of their elemental jewellery started to glow. Twilight opened her eyes which now were glowing. Discord seemed surprised and almost fearful about this. There was one last big flash of light then all five ponies fell to the ground.

“What’s going on?” Twilight said confused .

“Mine's working. Must be yours.” Apple Jack accused.

“I hate the Elements of Harmony “Pinkie scoffed.

“Hmph, garbage.” Fluttershy, said throwing it to the ground. Instantly Rarity lunged and grabbed it, yelling, ”MINE!”
“Sorry Twilight. I guess I better get back up stairs to clean the library.” Spike said while slowly placing the necklace on the ground in front of her then quickly dashing off. “Good luck with all this, WOW.” Spike landed face first onto the ground.
“Oops, sorry Rainbow CRASH!” Fluttershy laughed.

“Bravo ponies bravo,” Discord said whilst casually walking over to the disinterested ponies. He waltzed right past them to Twilight Sparkle, tapped here on the nose and said, “Discord rules, Celestia drools."
“We will see about that.” John said whilst imagining the most epic music he could think of.

“Where's your friendship now Twilight sparkle?” Discord asked cheerfully. Twilight growled a little before hearing a loud BANG. In shock she looked around to see what it was. The noise echoed off the floating mountain range. Twilight couldn’t see anything so she turned to look at Discord again. Discord stood still looking at a point just above twilights head. There was a large hole in the middle of his forehead. Twilight gasped without removing her eyes.

“How do you like MY friendship, bitch?” John said whilst clearing the barrel of the shell.

“Nice.” Chris said, happy for his friend. Without removing their eyes from their equipment they did a single but powerful brohoof.

Discord started to petrify starting at his tail. Twilight backed off still in shock. She heard various bangs, pops and whistles as everything changed back to normal. She turned back to her friends. The grey was starting to disappear like water draining from a bottle. Rarity was looking at her hoof in utter confusion and distaste. Pinkie was on the ground laughing and pointing at Applejack. After seeing this Twilight sighed in relief knowing everything was back to normal. She turned back to the stone Discord lying on his side with a confused face. She didn’t understand what had happened and why Discord had a hole in his head. She definitely had some questions for Celestia but for now she was happy that her friends and all of Equestria were safe and back to normal.

John flung the huge rifle onto his custom made saddle (which was necessary for the huge thing) and put on his red tinted sunglasses. Chris had his high tech binoculars hanging around his neck. By now Celestia’s sun was setting over the newly replaced mountains.
“Another successful mission by the Bro-ops.” Chris said in a smooth fashion. John just nodded at this. The two male ponies walked slowly into the sunset knowing that they have saved the day once again.
