It was the next morning as Ditzy and Turner were walking down Harmony Avenue a blue unicorn stallion went rushing in front of them not slowing down. "Watch out!"Ditzy said knocking Turner out of the way and sending him bowling towards a lamp post. The stallion immediately stopped in his tracks before he could bump into the mare.
"I'm sorry Miss, let me help you and your friend"the stallion had a deep low voice that sounded like he could be a professional body builder. Ditzy stared at the stallion for a split second; Sky blue fur with a navy blue mane wearing a constable uniform.
"Uh huh..."She slowly nodded her head as she faintly began blushing at the Unicorn's handsome appearance. The stallion walked over to Turner and froze as he saw the detective's face.
"Turner? By the name of Celestia are you doing here?"The stallion gasped.
Turner looked up at the stallion "Seatrot? What are YOU doing here?"Turner asked the blue stallion.
"I'm on my way to see the theater act this morning for Neigh be the one!"Seatrot explained.
Ditzy tried to hear the two's conversation His name is Teasalt? ugh! tea and salt really don't go well... she thought to herself of the stallion's mistaken name.
"Well Turner it has been fun catching up with familiar faces but I have a ticket to see the act, good luck with your case!" Seatrot said than trotted away.
"Why thank-wait a minute, how did he know about our case?"Turner asked to himself.
Ditzy rushed over to Turner as quickly as possible "Who was that?"she asked
Time Turner turned around to the pegasus "Oh,that was just my old college science partner, Seatrot" he said.
Seatrot...I'll never forget that name... Derpy looked down at her hooves blushing, Turner looked down at his partner's face in shock "A-are you blushing?"he asked.
"What!? Of course not! I was just feeling silly for thinking his name was Teasalt!"she quickly defended.
Turner thought for a moment then shuttered "Ugh,tea and salt do not mix at all..."he squirmed around in place trying to stop thinking before a thought of taste went to his taste buds. Ditzy shook her mind off of the handsome Seatrot. Of course Time Turner was handsome to her but he reminded her too much of Writtenscript to ever think of him more than a partner.He was funny,loving,cowardly yet brave sometimes, and always there support her in times of needs just like Writtenscript. She knew Time Turner loved her but she didn't want to hurt him, she had no other choice than to just find a way out every case when they're too close. Every case when they were too close to her falling in love with the stallion she had to fake a new clue just to get away from him.It hurt her more than it did him.
The detectives continued walked down Harmony Avenue towards the local constabulary "Ah,this may have been where Seatrot had came from. I guess he is a rookie constable trying doing his hardest in work but I don't think leaving the constabulary for some play is going to help him..." Ditzy sighed. She turned around to her dizzy partner "hey are you okay?" she asked.
Turner had a huge bump on his head "Yeah,only that my partner made me collide with a lamp post!"he huffed in anger. Ditzy chuckled a bit at Time Turner's bump.
"I guess you're a unicorn now..."She tried holding in a snicker but ended up laughing out loud like a mad mare. A few ponies on the street stopped and looked at them like if there were four timber wolves fighting.
Turner had rolled his eyes and continued on the path leaving his partner to make a fool of herself. "Unicorn! Ha!"she laughed still thinking of the funny bump on Turner's head. Geez, a unicorn! what a- focus Ditzy... the mare stood up and flew after the brown fake unicorn to the constabulary leaving ponies' faces confused.
"Ah,Hooves and Turner I'm glad you're here"A big reddish brown pegasus greeted the two incoming detectives.
"Oh Ginger Root you know if London is in danger we wouldn't miss it for the queen's fortune"Ditzy said.
Ginger Root had face hoofed himself "I still can't believe you guys gave that all away up for a filly's ransom" he sighed. Ditzy and Turner shrugged at the same time.
"A child is much more important than being rich Ginger Root"Turner reminded. The pegasus shook his head then lead the two to the basement cells.
"Here we have our roughest,toughest criminals locked up until execution. Chrysalis and Sombra were supposed to be executed today but they escaped yesterday, what cowards" Ginger Root explained. The ponies walked down the hall towards a big cell "And here ar-AGH!" the stallion stopped in his tracks as stains of blood were on the ground "The Bodies! Where are the bodies!" he shouted.
Ten constables came downstairs to their chief "What's the hold up boss? I'm trying to catch some sleep!"A small purple stallion complained. Ginger Root looked down sternly at the stallion.
"Those several bodies are gone and you worry about sleep! why I'll put you in a sleep for good!" The pegasus shouted and then an argument started with all the constables.
"And they wonder how Chrysalis and Sombra escaped...Let's go investigate the cell" Ditzy sighed and walked over to the escaped criminal's cell. She pulled out a magnifying glass from her cloak pocket and began examining the cell Nothing out of the ordinary yet....
Suddenly a small capsule dropped from a small air window into the cell "What the?"Ditzy looked at the capsule for a split second then yelled at the top of her voice...
"BOMB,EVACUATE THE CONSTABULARY!"
