"Echo 1, we have been compromised. I repeat, we have been compromised." Daring Do's voice was heard by the Doctor on the radio headset. It went quiet after that.
"Dammit, we lost the other two. Spitfire, it is just you and I left. Let us proceed on course to the middle of the forest." The Doctor said to Spitfire as he kept walking forward into what seemed like nowhere.
"But wait, shouldn't we go rescue them? They are going to be taken hostage." Spitfire replied to the Doctor. He turned back and looked at her.
"That would be leading right to the biggest trap for the two of us. We must think of something intelligent to do before we act." He replied as he kept walking onward and Spitfire closely followed. They both kept moving and didn't have to worry about changelings because the forest was too dense to have squads move in. "The changeling army will be looking for us, so expect heightened security around Queen Chrysalis." The Doctor whispered to Spitfire as they could see the middle of the forest.
"I got it, so what is our plan of attack? How can we take down a Queen with just two of us?" She asked. He took out binoculars and laid down to get a good look at what was at the middle.
"I've taken down worse and it was just me." The Doctor replied softly, as if talking to himself. When he looked at the middle of the forest, he saw Chrysalis and Rainbow Dash standing right next to each other and the Queen was talking to some of the changelings. "Ok, it seems we have about ten changelings to get rid of and we have Rainbow Dash to take care of and when she sees us, she will bring out the other two and use them against us." The Doctor said as he was looking out of the binoculars. He put them down and looked at Spitfire. "Our job is to go there, engage enemies, and overthrow this Queen. Got it?" He said to her. She nodded her head and they both ran to the middle where Chrysalis was. They stopped behind a bush and waited. Suddenly, the Doctor walked out from behind the bush. "Hey, you! You took my team and created this huge mess! I don't take kindly to stuff like that. Now I am asking you nicely to restore everything to its original order, or face me!" He said to her. She just started at him for a while and bursted into laughter.
"You, you actually think you can beat me? You and what army? Just one other Pegasus named Spitfire are supposed to stop me? This is truly a joke!" She replied as she laughed once more. He looked at her angrily and started to walk toward her.
"Fair enough, let it be known you chose your own fate." He replied in a normal tone. She just laughed once more and Rainbow looked at the Doctor. She was still clearly under on of her spells.
"Was that a threat? Hah! Guards, get rid of him. He is no use of me anymore." Chrysalis replied. There was no response to her. She looked around and saw the ten changeling guards piled in one area and knocked out. She looked oddly at the pile of changelings. Just as she looked back at the Doctor, he was right up next to her and his rear hooves hit her and she fell down. Chrysalis was thrown off and surprised that the Doctor did this.
"Good lord, you were getting annoying! It is nice to shut you up." The Doctor said as Chrysalis stumbled back up to her feet. As she did, her eyes were enveloped in green and she was angry.
"How dare you hit me! I will strike you down with one mighty bolt!" The angry Queen yelled as her horn enveloped in a green aura. The Doctor smiled. Just as she was about to hit him, an orange flash flew past her and hit her good enough to make her fall once again. Spitfire stopped in mid air and smiled at her. Rainbow's wings expended and she flew straight off towards Spitfire. They both took off and when Chrysalis got up, the Doctor hit her once again and put a device on her horn. When she got up, she tried to use magic, but wouldn't work. "What the hell did you do to me?" She asked furiously.
"Well, I put a device that stops you from using any magic at all and the more you try to use magic, the more pain it causes to the user. Quite simple actually." The Doctor replied as he walked up to her. "Now leave this land or so help me, I will cause you so much pain and grief, you will rue the day you became an enemy of the Doctor." He said as he looked her in the eyes. She jumped back and had Daring Do and Mare Do Well brought to her by her guards.
"You don't actually have the leverage here. I get what I want or your team gets disassembled for good!" She said to him as she looked at the two prisoners she had. The Doctor laughed at her.
"What do you think you can do to them if you can't use magic, plus I'd look up if I were you." The Doctor replied. When she did, she saw Rainbow and Spitfire coming straight at her at full speed. At the last moment, Spitfire moved, but Rainbow didn't. She ran straight into the Queen. There was a huge dust cloud created. After the dust settled Rainbow slowly got up and was disoriented, but was back to her normal self.
"Wha...what happened?" Rainbow slowly asked. Spitfire picked her up and put her next the Doctor. She landed next to him and he walked up to the Queen.
"Now do you want to talk?" He asked her, she only slowly moaned back because of the the hit. He grabbed her and put cuffs around her hooves and dropped her on the floor. Spitfire let out the other two and they all were joined together again.
"Nice work Doctor! With you, we are unstoppable, that is another bad pony brought to justice!" Mare Do Well said to the Doctor. They all gathered around him and started celebrating.
"Hey guys, sorry for attacking you if I did, I was under that spell and I am sorry." Rainbow Dash said as she looked at the floor.
"Oh nonsense, if anything you made it a better challenge to stop this psychotic Queen!" The Doctor replied as the five saviors of Equestria laughed and picked up the Doctor and carried him around.
