What is this?!

/// = Part i am still editing -

"I can't believe it." Twilight Sparkle exclaimed noisily with no hesitation.
"W-w- will it be over s-s-oon?" Fluttershy whispered with a tender squeak of a voice. An abnormal incident had happened in Ponyville for a few days. This phenomenon was lasting, it was a rare and once-in-a-lifetime thing to experience. Ponies were letting their shadows abscond, only to leave them to roam astray in the wilderness of Ponyville. Rainbow Dash was inattentive.
"Twi, when can I go outdoors to show all the ponies how amazing I am at my amazing and unusual skills and ability level?" she ranted.
"If we don't do anything about this there will be no ponies to even presentate it to, dumbass!" Twilight was getting rather irritated, as well as being paranoid, worried, and quivering with fear. Twilight thought, if they would auscult, just for once, I could PROBABLY get a minuscule part of sense out of them, but they're just being idiots. She was rummaging through all the books in the library but so far, thus no book with an antidote was to be found. Grotesque darkness was growing through the lonely town. ///

The apple farm slept, since all of the ponies that lived there had dissapeared, randomly for some strange freaky reason. Except the one who held the element of honesty. Applejack. The six were thinking their hardest -
"Um, where's Rainbow dash? Um, Twilight? A-a Applejack? Rari-"
"There's not much time to lose! We need to find a way girls! We can't let this happen to any of us!"
"Oh my!" Rarity gasped all of a sudden. "Rainbow Dash.. Has gone!" Fluttershy squeaked in the tiniest voice -
"B-b-but, that's what I was trying to te-" Pinkie cut her sentence off and started to come up with ways to find Dashie. Since she was just being Pinkie Pie, all her ideas were completely crazy or ominous ideas that were sure to get them in some kind of catastrophe. Applejack gasped as she saw what she wasn't hoping to see - Dashie's shadow. With no Dashie.
"Twilight, work your bippity boppity boo's on her, ya'll sure to get tha spell right!" Applejack was trying to be hopeful, but trying to show a fake emotion is equivalent trying to smile when you are about to die. It seemed this could not be stopped. after long last Rarity started to express what was inside the broken body of a beautiful, yet terrified pony. She started loudly crying, spraying diamond-clear tears everywhere.
"Why did this have to happen to u-hu-hus!!" She whined with sadness glinting in her sorrow eyes. What they could not stand was one of their friends dying or dissapearing, since their friendship was very strong and she was one of the holders of the elements of harmony, they wouldn't know how to deal with such a tragedy.

The five distressed ponies opened the door slowly and cautiously, as they peeped through the slim gap in the doorway. There stood Ponyville, deserted, with no ponies to be seen. They couldn't even see any ponies through their windows peering through. There was only a pony..? With a hood over her head, lifting her dusty hooves up, and down trotting along with a bag of mysterious plants thrown over her back. It suddenly turned it's head and the 5 slammed the door in pure shock, breathing heavily from jumping to something so sudden. They didn't know if this "pony" was dangerous or who they were, but boy, they were as curious as a kitten seeing a lazer beamed on the wall. Twilight's curiosity got the best of her. She opened the door and crept out and noticed that the "pony" she had seen before was a zebra, Zecora the one and only. Twilight Sparkle took a deep breath before walking up to the zebra.
"Hi Zecora. Do you know what is going on here, all we can find is shadows, and no ponies. How are you even surviving when you are standing out here, amongst all the shadows that could pass the disease?" Twilight rambled.
"All I know is it's contagious, stay away, if you don't, the result will be outragous." She warned.
Grim darkness was growing throughout the entire town.
"I will find the missing ponies!" Triumphed Twilight Sparkle. Zecora thought, I warned them.....

And so she trotted looking for the missing friend of hers. After a while, Twilight started to feel strange... As though acid was climbing up her leg, destroying her viability.
"Huh?!" Her hind leg was not visible any more... it was spreading as fast as a slinking cat. She was trying to shake the strange black mist off but it continued. She tried magic, but she couldn't remember any spells - her cutie mark had vanished. Her talent had vanished. What could she do now? Ignore it? Try to shake it off - no, she'd tried that. Run back to her friends? That's it! She'd get her friends to help her, and it'd all be fine with Rarity's magic, Rainbow Dash's fast flapping wings and Pinkie Pie's... Weird logic somehow? She was trying her hardest to flee from that horrid blackened cloud but she couldn't. It tugged, and it seemed there was no way out. She gasped for breath, but it was no use... It had made it's way through the majority of her body parts, despite her front legs and her head still remained. She flinched and it seemed it had crawled a MILE up her, she was running on her two front legs, that were still left, (of course) She had nearly reached the library - all she needed now was to scream - but there was no wits left in her to say anything. All that came from her mouth was a quiet squeak. It was coming up to her head now - there was no escape now.

Twilight was ready to speak her last words...

"I hope nothing bad ever happens to my friends."
