The four ponies stopped halfway through the forest to see scouting squads frequently walking throughout the forest. The Doctor knew they must've found the bodies to the guards. He put his hoof in front of the other three ponies and stopped them near them behind a couple of bushes.
"Why are you stopping us Doctor?" Spitfire whispered to him. He raised his ears and was listening for something. He slowly turned his head to Spitfire to respond.
"There are too many Changelings in the immediate area, we need to go recon and sneak around and I have just what we need to do so." The Doctor replied. He reached into his saddle bag and pulled out four gillie suits. "Ok each of you take one of these and we will have to sneak our way to Chrysalis and after we take her out, the rest will follow." He said to the three mares. They all understood and put on the suits. They were on the side of a main dirt road that ran through the forest. When they all had the suits on, the Doctor gave each pony a headset so they could communicate with each other. "Ok, Daring Do and Mare Do Well flank left. Don't get caught and stay hidden. Spitfire and I will flank right. Destination is the middle of the forest, Chrysalis should be there.if you need help, or have information on something, use the headsets. Lets move." The Doctor whispered to the other three. Mare Do Well and Daring Do saluted him and snuck around to the other side of the dirt road and the Doctor lost sight of them.
"Doctor you there?" Daring Do asked him over the radio.
"Yeah I read you loud and clear. Don't use names over the radio, we are echo 1, you are echo 2." He replied to her. She agreed and Spitfire and the Doctor moved forward on the side of that dirt road. He wold to first from one part of brush to the next and signal Spitfire to follow once he knew it would be clear. "Spitfire, I need you to go up into a tree and tell me if you can see any hostiles in the area ok?" The Doctor asked her. She saluted him and flew up into a tree when the Doctor gave her the all clear. She went up into the tree and it was silent for a while. The Doctor was looking around to make sure their cover wasn't compromised.
"Ok, we got two main squads more down the road and a couple of ponies in the trees as well. It's not looking easy Doctor." She said to him on the radio. He looked down and kicked some dirt up on the ground.
"Eh, when is it ever easy? Anyways, regroup and lets make our way up the road, I know a way we can cut through a deeper part of the forest where we won't be compromised." He replied to her as she made her way down to him. When they regrouped, he followed the road up to where those squads were. He stopped Spitfire and waited until he could see them. There was about 15 changelings coming down the road. "Let em pass. Do not engage." He whispered to Spitfire. As they walked by, the Doctor got on the radio. "Echo 2, be advised you have a large squad converging to the position behind you. Don't let them spot you over." The Doctor said.
"Roger that echo 1, we read you loud and clear." Daring Do responded. After the 15 ponies moved on, three stopped around where the Doctor and Spitfire was.
"Ok, these ones we will have to engage. I will provide distraction, you take them out silently." The Doctor said. Spitfire nodded her head and agreed. He walked out and whistled to the three. They quickly looked over at him and started looking angry. They then changed into the Doctor and started to walk toward him. Spitfire flew up and darted down to gain speed. When she reached the three, she grabbed them all and flew straight up. When she was over the tree line, she let them go and hit all three of them right into the ground. She flew over to the Doctor and landed right next to him.
"All hostiles are eliminated Doctor, we are clear to move on." Spitfire said as she saluted him. He moved forward with her behind him. They both got off the road and he stopped to look at a map.
"Ok we can cut through the forest and when we get to the end, we will be at the middle of the forest, where Chrysalis should be. Sound good?" The Doctor said. The other two heard him because he was on the headset. They all agreed and echo 1 went onto the dense part of the forest. While they were in there, they weren't facing any changelings Inside. The forest was too dense for the changelings to send recon troops. The Doctor and Spitfire were completely concealed. The same didn't go for echo 2.

"Ok, The Doctor and Spitfire did their job, lets go and get to the rally point before they do." Daring Do said to Mare Do Well. They both started moving north on the side of the road and were watching for changelings. Daring Do would take point and Mare Do Well would wait for the all clear by her to move forward. They were moving slowly through the forest.
"Hold it, there is a squad coming up ahead, go dark." Mare Do Well told Daring Do she nodded and they both got down in the brush and waited until they all passed. There was about ten changelings that walked by and were looking for anything unusual.
"Ok, looks clear. Lets move forward." Daring Do whispered to Mare Do Well and they both slowly got up and continued forward. Mare Do Well had binoculars and was looking outside of a bush to find any other changelings in the area. She was scanning the area. She did a double take and saw something surprising. It startled Daring Do and she wanted to know what she was looking at. "What is it? What are you looking at?" Daring Do quickly asked her. She gave her the binoculars and was pointing to where she was looking. Daring Do looked through the binoculars and saw Rainbow Dash alone looking around confusingly.
"It's Rainbow, what do we do?" Mare Do Well asked. Daring Do put down the binoculars and looked at her.
"We have to go over there and get her, of corse." Daring Do replied. Mare Do Well looked at her oddly.
"Don't you think we should ask the Doctor first?" Mare Do Well asked. Daring Do just blew her off and flew right to Rainbow. Mare Do Well followed her.
"Rainbow there you are, we have been looking all over for you!" Daring Do said to her. Rainbow looked at her confused. Mare Do Well caught up and saw Rainbow. "Hello, can you hear me Rainbow?" Daring Do said to her, Rainbow just laughed and suddenly, she transformed into a changeling.
"Dammit, it's a trap!" Mare Do Well yelled. Twenty changelings came out of the forest and surrounded them.
"Echo 1, we have been compromised, I repeat we have been compromised." Daring Do said slowly and softly into the headset. They were being taken into custody and Mare Do Well looked at Daring Do.
"I told you we should've asked the Doctor first!" She yelled as they were taken away to Chrysalis.
