Chapter 4: Twists and turns

I opened my eyes to see a sky blue pegasus laying in my bed, smiling.
"ah!" I yelped. "How long have you been there?" I asked.
"All night." Rainbow Dash replied. I frowned and got up and went out of my room, Rainbow Dash following me. I walked over and picked up a bucket and went into my kitchen. I filled the bucket up with water, and poured it on her head. She shook her head, making water fly everywhere, including on me. She looked at me and asked,
"What happened?" She was holding her head as if she were dizzy.
"You tried to flirt with me." I replied.
"Oh, well, see ya later." She said, walking out the door. I walked over and slumped down on my couch.
"What was that all about?" I asked nopony in particular.
I looked at the time. "Well, I should probably get my mail bag."

I flew over to Derpy's house, which was about a mile or two from my house. I landed on the steps and knocked on the door. The door opened a crack to reveal Derpy, with her mail bag and everything.
"Hey, Stargazer. It's good to get some help again after you being in the hospital for a month." She said.
"Okay, ready to get the mail?" I asked.
"Yeah, I'm ready, are you ready?" She asked me.
"...Yes." There was a bit of a silence."...cough."

So, we went to the office where only one other pony, our boss was there, helping other ponies. Our mail service was a bit weird because it only had me and Derpy. Our boss, Bedrock, was the one that stays in touch with all of the other EPS's around the world, and did all of the paperwork and advertisement. Me and Derpy deliver the mail, and that is all there is to it. We dropped by the office and got the mail.
"Ah, good morning you two!" Bedrock said. "We have a big load today, and Stargazer! Thanks for saving to world!" He said cheerfully.
"Yeah, no problem at all." I said, pointing to my stomach, which still had the burn mark on it. He laughed.
"Well, don't get a swelled head. Now get going!" We walked outside and went on our usual route. Our first house was Doctor Hooves's house. Derpy knocked on the door. Doctor Hooves opened the door.
"Ah! Derpy! I was just chatting with Abraham Lincoln." He said. I frowned. Is he from Earth?. I thought.
Suddenly, a dark pegasus flew from above and tackled Doctor Hooves inside of his house.
"Oof!" He grunted when being thrown into his house.
"Doctor!" Derpy yelled. Not again. I thought. The pegasus bursted through the roof, holding onto the Doctor. I flew up as fast as I could,but it really hurt because of my sore wing. I finally caught up with the pegasus. I punched him in the face, and he let go of the Doctor and tackled me, in midair. I flipped him over below me and smashed him into the ground.
"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!?" I screamed. He just chuckled.
"I know your secret." He replied. He then dissipated into black smoke.
I looked over at where the Doctor was, and he got caught by Derpy just in time.
"Um... what was that?" Derpy asked as she flew over to me.
"How am I supposed to know?" I replied. After that, we forgot about it and continued delivering mail.

I was walking home, wondering about what happened in the beginning of the day.
"Stargazer.... ready to go to another world?" The same voice said from before. I looked around, only to find nothing there except for a cool breeze.
"No, not really." I replied.
"Well, too bad!" It said. Black smoke formed from under my hooves and wrapped around me. I closed my eyes, until all the sounds of air around me stopped. I opened my eyes. I was laying on the ground.
"What the..." I shrugged and walked away.

I went into the town square of Ponyville. I passed by sugarcube corner when Pinkie Pie waved at me.
"Hey! Hey! Come over here!" She called at me. That was strange, she didn't call me by my name.
"Wanna try a cupcake?" She asked. I looked at her.
"No thanks..." I started to walk away. "She came up from behind and shoved one in my mouth. I spat it out and turned around to her. I felt incredibly woozy.
"What was in that cupcake?!" I demanded.
"Oh, only a sleepy ingredient!" She replied with a smile. I fell to the ground, and my vision turned black.
