Epilogue
Twilight grew closer to Lan as they sat on the edge of Hilltop mountain. She laid her head under Lan's as watched the sunset. Lan wrapped Twilight in his wings to give her warmth. Twilight then started to kiss Lan's cheek.
"Lan this is amazing." Twilight layed on the green, lush ground. The cold ground crunched as her stomach softly hit the ground.
"All for you, Twilight."
The air was getting cold, as Lan and Twilight faced Ponyville, the lights of houses started to turn off as other pony's went to bed. As the air got colder, and the time passed, the two pony's shared secrets and stories of the past to unravel the mysterious of the unneeded past. Time flew by as did the two lovers as they resided into the warm bed of Twilight's house. As the night went by, the white flakes of ice fell upon Ponyville. Sun comes up and the fillies weep of happiness as school is closed.
Time goes by as Twilight and Lan share their feelings of love. Lovers unite on a cold Friday morning and the brisk cold locked the lovers in their time. Lan and Twilight, Zero and Applejack, even Root found his love for Fluttershy as he laid in bed with her. The time for peace begins, for a new era has begun.
Lan was awarded the medal of heroism for the destruction of The Nameless, as did Root, Arrell, Blue, and Zero.
Arrell recovered after his fatal wound with his battle with X. He is now under the care of Luna.
Do to Lum's and Nightwing's involvement in the Nameless, they will be contained and watched over. Applejack continues to fight for their freedom. Although they may be in detention, they were aloud to stay in the same cell.
There is a price to pay for choices. Some good, and some bad. Some choices lead to death and despair, while others lead to happiness and love. The choice Lan made effected him more than anyone could imagine. It was a hero's choice.
