Once the cloaked figure placed the letter on Cadence's bed he quickly tried rushing out of the room only to bump into the person the letter was addressed too. "Shh, don't say ah have been here..." He quickly put the hood on his head once again and ran out.
"Dear Princess Cadence,
Ah have news regarding the current state your Crystal Empire is in and it isn't pretty so ah reckon ya might wanna sit down while reading. As it turns out a war broke out over there and Shining Armor was taken hostage. Ah am terribly sorry to say that he scheduled to be executed as an example to those who betray the Solar Empire. Ah will do what ah can to save him but don't hold your breath.
