Nightshard is a simple pony to the public, A unicorn who never talks much more than needed. He has a black coat, his mane and tail are a lighter black, and he has a yang symbol for his cutie mark. On the inside, the one side of him nopony sees unless told directly by him, he is an assassin. Now he is waiting for his final deed to end the reign of Celestia in Equestria, his gear buckled on him tightly, he made sure his hidden blades worked. A tall tower's roof is where he waits for the parade to begin and Celestia will be brought to the public for a few minutes as a way to keep the public's happiness and willfulness towards her, at a high level. The sound of the trumpet is heard and Nightshard hides himself better, waiting, like a spider ready to pounce on it's prey. " All behold our ruler and princess of the sun and moon, Celestia! " the announcer said.
" This will be too easy..." Nightshard said to himself.
Bang. The doors swung open as Celestia sat upon her carriage strolling through the crowd, leading the parade and gently waving to the occasional pony. " Hello and welcome to our Annual parade of the Sun and Moon! We do hope you enjoy yourselves as much as everypony has tried to make this parade just a bit better for everypony!"
"oh, it'll be a bit better for me... once your dead body lay upon your carriage, lifeless and bleeding," Nightshard said, as if talking to her mentally. He readied himself for the assassination, when he looked back on his life, and what he had done on his way to get to Celestia. Everything exploded through his mind, slowly and he reflected upon those actions... remembering them as clear flashbacks.
