A fragrance of flowers and perfume was pleasant but so strong you almost choked. Twilight was walking further into the boutique.
“Rarity, where are you at? I’m here to take measurements for my new dress.”
Twilight looked around eagerly.
“One moment dear, I am not exactly ready for you yet.”
Rarity said almost as if she was struggling with something. Her voice sounded like it came from upstairs the boutique.
“Hey, watch it!”
Yelled a second voice from upstairs. To you it sounded like Rainbow Dash, but you weren’t certain.
“Is that Rainbow Dash?”
You asked Twilight.
“Sure sounds like her.” Said Twilight. “Let me do the talking okay Anon?”
You take your hoof and zip it across your lips.
“Good.”
Twilight looked more nervous than you did, and you didn’t feel nervous at all. In fact it sounded like her heart beat was increasing a bit. You felt a little nervous now, seeing Twilight so nervous.
“Hold still Rainbow Dash! I can only get this off of you, if you quit struggling!”
You could tell in Rarity’s voice she was a little frustrated.
“Hurry up Rarity, I can’t even breathe!”
Rainbow Dash sounded even more frustrated. You and Twilight made your way up the stairs and into the room where Rarity and Rainbow dash were. Rainbow Dash was wearing a large yellow laced dress. The dress didn’t exactly suit Rainbow Dash but it would probably suit Twilight. Rainbow Dash saw you and shot you a smile. Rarity did the same after she got the big yellow dress off of Rainbow dash.
“Who is THAT Twilight?!” Rainbow Dash said with a tone of playfulness in her voice.
You had no idea how to take the tone in Rainbow’s voice. You felt a little nervous and stepped back.
“This is my new friend Anonymous.”
Rainbow Dash shot you a look.
“How come you don’t have a cutie mark?”
It had never occurred to you that you didn’t have a cutie mark. You look at Twilight. She looked very nervous now. If they found out you were human, they probably wouldn’t take it lightly.
“Uhh…not having a cutie mark…is my cutie mark?”
It made sense. Twilight smiled at you Rainbow Dash and Rarity did the same.
“How mysterious.” Rarity said with a shining in her eye.
Rarity started to circle you, examining your figure.
“Rarity I’m the one posing for the dress not him.”
“Sorry dear, next time let me know when you bring company over. Now I can’t show you my latest masterpiece.”
“And why not?” Twilight asked a little angrily.
Rarity walked over to Twilight slowly. Rarity leaned towards Twilight and whispered something into her ear. Twilight immediately blushed. You were now a little annoyed with all the secrets that were being kept from you, but they probably had good reasons for keeping secrets.
“Ahem” You said obnoxiously.
“Right” Twilight said.
Twilight got up on the catwalk and the curtains shut. You sat down next to Rainbow Dash who was patiently waiting for Twilight to come out of the curtains with a new dress on.
“What brings you to Ponyville Anonymous?” Rainbow Dash asked innocently enough.
You had no idea how to answer her. The only thing that brought you here was a spell by Twilight, and that sounded to suspicious even to you.
“Twilight brought me here.”
It wasn’t a lie. Rainbow Dash looked like she was going to laugh.
“Be good to her.” She said barely keeping back her laughter.
You felt blood rush to your face as a bright red blush covered your cheeks and nose. Rainbow Dash noticed your blush and started to snicker, not being able to keep it in anymore.
“Not like that Rainbow!” You yell, the blush remaining on your face.
Rainbow Dash was now rolling on the floor, eyes watering, laughing. You were a little frustrated.
“I was just messing with you Anon. Calm down.”
You let out a sigh. You look at Rainbow Dash. She placed a hoof on your shoulder. You look over at her.
“Hey…”
The curtains opened up swiftly stopping Rainbow Dash mid-sentence. Twilight was standing the catwalk. She was wearing a sparkling blue dress. She looked very stunning and put a smile across your face.
“How do I look?” Twilight asked.
“Stunning…” You said leaving Rarity and Rainbow Dash looking at you.
Twilight looked down and blushed, it was adorable. Rarity shot a smile at you.
“I’m so glad you like it Anonymous!” Rarity said.
Rarity walked over to you and Rainbow Dash was still looking at you in a way you didn’t quite understand.
“Can you excuse us Anon?” Rarity said politely.
You didn’t want to leave but it was only the respectful thing to do. You begin walking out the door and down the stairs. You could only wonder what they were talking about. They were most likely talking about you. Maybe you shouldn’t have said Twilight looked stunning. Or maybe you said the perfect things and they were talking about how cool you were. Probably not. You sigh. A sudden burst of laughter came from upstairs. It sounded like Rarity and Rainbow Dash. A door slammed and a Red-faced Twilight came storming down the stairs no longer wearing her beautiful blue dress. You shot up.
“Everything alright Twi?” You asked.
“Let’s just go.” Twilight said.
“Twilight wait.” Rainbow said flying from upstairs.
“We were just messing around Twilight. Don’t be mad at us please.”
Rarity was now making her way into the entrance room with the rest of you.
“Umm, Twilight?” Rarity said under her breath.
“What Rarity?” Twilight asked annoyed.
“You still have a sock on…”
You immediately looked at Twilight’s hooves and noticed a lace sock on her left hind leg. Twilight’s face was a deep scarlet now. She put the sock in her aura and flew it at Rarity. It hit the ground in front of her and Twilight pushed you towards the door.
“Let’s go Anon.” She said with a sigh.
Twilight began walking out the door. You followed her outside.
“What was that all about?” You ask.
“Nothing.” Twilight put her head down.
“Really, what’s wrong? You can tell me.” You said.
“They made fun of me and you…To say the least.” Twilight sighed.
“How?” You asked
“Me liking you...” Twilight said almost moping.
“That is a little rude.” You said
“They could have at least had me present to make fun of me.” You said slightly frustrated.
“NO!” Twilight yelled, scaring you half to death.
“Why not.” You replied.
“Because I was getting undressed Anon.” Twilight said with a blush and a smile.
“Of course you were.” You said.
Twilight giggled.
“I bet you still would have wanted to be there huh?” Twilight said elbowing you lightly.
“A little…” You said jokingly.
Twilight giggled louder.
“Next time why don’t you stay?” Twilight said with a seductive look on her face.
You weren’t sure if she was joking or not. Twilight looked away and started laughing nervously.
“I had you going.” She said with a weak smile.
“Yeah...” You laughed weakly.
You could feel an awkwardness overwhelming you yet again.
You turned to Twilight only to see a frown on her face.
“Something wrong Twilight?” You asked.
“Are you ready to meet Fluttershy?” Twilight asked.
Your excitement got the better of you and you jumped in the air.
“Boy! Am I?” You said.
“Her cottage is just over there” Twilight pointed her hoof at a cottage in the distance.
You and Twilight soon approached Fluttershy’s cottage. Twilight knocked on the front door.
“Try not to scare her, she is very shy.” Twilight said reassuringly.
“I know Twilight. Don’t worry I can handle this.” You said confidently.
You hear hoof steps come towards the door.
