Red and blue marked hooves circled around the room as a voice followed it.

"I dreamed I was missing
You were so scared
But no one would listen
'Cause no one else cared
After my dreaming
I woke with this fear

When I'm done here?"

There wasn't much to do, like usual, so HyperBlitz sings. He sings alone, he wouldn't know if anypony would sing with him, or play and instrument. Usually ponies are serious now, well not FeatherTune. Music made Hyper feel better, anyways , his talent was singing, why not use it?

Suddenly there was a little noise from outside. HyperBlitz looked out the tiny window. He didn't see anything. He turned over to his dresser and picked up and put his glasses on. There still wasn't anything. There was a mechanical clanking. It didn't sound like CharmingRhythm for sure.
Hyper flew out of his room and around the corner. He stepped on the floor in the mainroom. He looked down and saw the symbol.
He then went forward and then outside. He poked his head left then right. Suddenly FeatherTune jumped in his face with huge eyes. He clamped his two hooves on Hyper's muzzle.
"Quiet!!!" FeatherTune whispered aggressively. "Hybrids!"
HyperBlitz muffled. "Hymmbrinns?"
"Yes!" Then FeatherTune turned around and fixed his headsets on his head.
The both moved very slowly. "Maybe we should just go inside..." HyperBlitz said.
"No. They've already seen me..." Feather murmured.
He looked over to his left where the energy mill was. They didn't need hybrids going into the mill.
"What's the Hybrid Theory?" HyperBlitz said. "It has nothing to do with these hybrids."
"That was way before all of-" FeatherTune stopped and froze.
HyperBlitz looked strait ahead and his heart sank. In the shadows was a glowing red eye. A Hybrid with a half of its face made of metal. A pony that technology controlled. The clanking of armored hooves came forward. The Hybrid came out of the shade.
It was a Earth-Pony with all legs of metal but its back left leg. Its eye glowed, menacingly. Then one more hybrid came out. A unicorn with a armored horn and chest. They came closer and closer.
Suddenly a blast of dark blue magic shot them away. They stopped for a moment. CharmingRhythm Jumped down from somewhere. He shot them again
"And i thought you said you could take on a hybrid Hyper?" Rhythm taunted.
"I would but..."
"But what!?"
Rhythm jumped in front and spread his legs out tom make himself look big. Sadly, this didn't work with hybrids. The unicorn Hybrid shot and electric laser at him. He dodged it to the side. HyperBlitz flew up and kicked the Earth-Pony.
"Ow.... that hurt my legs."
FeatherTune glided up and tried not to get hurt. The two unicorns, CharmingRhythm and the hybrid, struck horns. Then HyperBlitz swooped down and hit the pony hybrid with his metal wing.
"Ha! Head-shot!"
He stepped back on the ground. The hybrid still stood, even though it was bleeding for its unarmored neck.
"Their weakness is the pure energy! I need my hoof cover if I want effect!" HyperBlitz pointed out. "Rhythm your the one with the most pure energy, in your leg!"
"You can use your wing!" CharmingRhythm replied.
HyperBlitz looked over at the glowing blue orb. How could he use that? It wasn't like a leg that you could hit directly. This was the base of the wing. Hyper flew up by FeatherTune.
"Do we really want to hurt them, their ponies too?" FeatherTune said.
"What! They use technology to control the world! They want to hurt ponies! They did it to themselves!" HyperBlitz argued.
Suddenly, somehow, the Earth-pony grabbed Feathertune and pushed him on the ground. Hybrids were extremely powerful and strong, they could easily kill somepony. Feather looked up in great horror into the shinning red eye. The hybrids foreleg was like a mechanical claw. It sank into FeatherTune's back right leg. He yelled at the top of his lungs. The claw crushed his leg.
Then the blue orb lit up in HyperBlitz from his energy and rage. It powered up his whole wing. HyperBlitz screamed.
"YOU DID IT TO YOURSELF! YOU DID IT TO YOURSELF!"
He slammed into the Hybrid.
"YOU DID IT TO YOURSELF! YOU DID IT TO YOUR...SELF!"
Then he swiped his wing on the belly of the unicorn
"I WANNA SEE YOU CHOKE ON YOUR LIES
SWALLOW UP YOUR GREED"
He pushed the Earth-Pony into the brick wall
"SUFFER ALL ALONE IN YOUR MISERY."
The blue energy overpowered the mechanical parts and slowly drained the Hybrids.
"CHOKE ON YOUR LIES
SWALLOW UP YOUR GREED
SUFFER ALL ALONE IN YOUR MISERY"
He then dropped on the ground exhausted, and the orb's light faded.
"Holy shit, HyperBlitz!" CharmingRhythm called out. "What the hell just happened. I haven't seen you do that before. And it's been a while since I heard you scream-sing."
HyperBlitz tried to look around dizzily. "They.... had to.... be.." He couldn't finish the sentence.
CharmingRhythm nudged against him to keep him up. "I can't believe you were able to do that."
"They were..... hurting..... Feather...." He shook his head. "How... could I have... done that without... a song like that?"
"True." Rhythm laughed.
They went over to FeatherTune. He laid on the ground. He looked over at his leg and screamed. It was completely damaged and crimson covered it.
"We get you inside." CharmingRhythm said hastily.
He helped FeatherTune up. He limped inside, and tried to use his wings for support.
"I don't think..." HyperBlitz started.
"What?" Rhythm said.
"That will not heal.... It is almost detached, and.... it will get infected." Hyper explained. "We can make a mechanical one."
"WHAT!" FeatherTune yelled.
"Maybe not... I think we can still save it. We can put a mechanical cover over it for protection while it heal.It will be best for you, and you might have a chance of beating hybrids if this happens again. You saw HyperBlitz."
"No I didn't see him."
CharmingRhythm dipped his head with irritation. "Well you HEARD him."
