Chapter 19: INFILTRATION
The plan was set. Discord had the make shift bomb that Zero made, which for some reason he was good at but no one questioned him, and Lan was getting mentally prepared. Lan was meditating on the couch with Twilight at his side. He told everyone not to disturb him or he would kill them in a very violent manner. Discord held back a giggle when he said that. It has been one hour since that and Lan is still unprepared for his journey, but as time goes by, Root gets fed up with it.
"Ok. Lan, were going now. You can stay here and mope and pray but it isn't going to solve anything. If I were you, I would get my fat ass of the couch and go and do the plan we are all hoping to go by."
Lan smiled and quietly said. "It's about time. Root, your my right hand pony. Lets go!" This sudden surprise shocked everyone, and annoyed others. "Ok, Luna would you do us the teleportation spell thingy now."
"... Ugh what?! Oh, that's right!" Luna got distracted and was filing her hoof. "Um, remember. As I tried to do it earlier they had a magic shield around them, blocking off all others who try to get passed."
"That's where I come in!" Discord said tauntingly.
"Yes, lets go." Lan said eagerly. He wanted payback on the bastard who took his horn and wings.
"Wait!" Twilight started, "I almost forgot something!" Twilight trotted upstairs and came back down with a necklace. "Take it Lan, its a good look charm." Twilight put it on Lan.
"Hey what ever happened to Arrell?" Blue asked.
"Said he had to do something important." Luna answered.
"Lets go!"
~~~~~~~ Unknown Location
At the front door of the infamous Nameless HQ, the hero's waited. They teleported to the outskirts of the HQ, and walked the rest. As Luna expected, near and inside the place, magic was aloud, but only authorized pony's were aloud too. Too bad for them because Luna overpowered it, allowing her to preform magic at will.
"Alpha, create a distractions on the lower level. Create... chaos and when we give the signal, teleport to us." Lan started.
"Lan, we went over this a dozen times. We got it." With that, Luna, Blue, Zero, Applejack, Rarity, and Pinkie, disappeared into a smoke. While they wait, Lan continued to prepare his mind for the sudden invasion. This was happening too quickly for Lan. Lan looked over and by his side, Twilight pushed herself to him. As they cuddled, Lan could feel Root nod in approval. To Lan, Root was just another brony, stuck in a pony's body. Root saved him multiple times, and Lan wasn't going to live it down.
"So Root, chances are that we will meet the one that damned me. What will you do?" Lan questioned.
Twilight perked up from her transfer of body heat and listened.
"Protect and serve. When I meet him, i'll do the same he did to you."
"The only thing I ask for is for me to talk to him, got it?"
"Fine."
"And what makes you think your going to have all the fun?" Rainbow dash started, "If it was up to me, i'm sure Celestia would of put this job to me!"
"Um... Rainbow Dash... maybe we shouldn't be aggravating Lan like that. Remember when his magic cut us off when he came here?"
Discord laughed. "Maybe if my little dashie wasn't so uptight, maybe you would be able to do that!" Discord continued his little chuckle.
"WHY I SHOULD JU-"
"Do what? Fly me to death?"
"Um, guys?" Fluttershy tried to calm the two, but with no success as they couldn't hear her.
"MAYBE I WILL!!!"
"Come at thy." Discord put a target on his chest.
"Can you please-"
"THAT'S IT!!!"
"QUIET!!!"
The air went dead silent.
"WE are a TEAM! Not a group of enemies! WE should be working together to accomplish our goal. Please stop fighting."
Rainbow Dash folded her arms, as did Discord.
"Thank you Fluttershy!" Lan said.
Lan feared what was going to happen. If this would continue on the battlefield, he and his friends will die. Everyone heard a explosion. Lan went to the door and tried to pick-lock it. A handy skill if you have fingers. Root got bored and entered the password.

"Did it! Lets go!" Lan trotted inside, unaware of the face-hoofing that was being done.

Luna thought to herself, how could I make a good distraction? She looked around her fellow comrades and noticed they had no idea what they were doing. Blue was protecting Luna, as then Zero was protecting Applejack. Pinkie was breaking the forth wall and Rarity was complaining. Luna decided to do what she liked to do on the moon. Countless days wasted doing nothing but her favorite things.
"Ok everypony! We are doing this Luna style."
They had decided to find the pipes for this job. Water to heating to strange substances, Luna was going to enjoy this.
"What do you have in mind?" Said Blue. He was getting scared.
"OOOHHH does it involve PARTIES!!!" Pinkie gasped with joy.
"Hopefully a makeover." Rarity avoided a mysterious substance on the ground.
"What do you think made the holes in the moon?"
Luna smiled.

"Now pony's, even though I worked here, doesn't mean I know my way around. I was still kinda new to the place when I left."
Team Omega was running down the halls. What ever that explosion did, it cleared everyone out.
"Well as long as we find- PERFECT!" Lan grabbed a slacker that was asleep on the ground.
Lan said while shacking the pony. "Hey wheres your boss?"
"Wha... OH SHIT!!! UM... I'LL NEVER TELL YOU!!!"
"Your loud as shit." Root said.
"Hey Root! NEVER!!!" Root pulled out his sword. "DOWN THE HALL, TO YOUR RIGHT, SECOND LEFT. YOU CANT MISS IT!!!"
"Lets go!"
The team ran down the halls, dodging left and right through boxes and other pony's. As the pony said, they couldn't miss it. Before they went in, Lan stopped.
"Root, signal the others. I'm going in." Lan said. Before Root could say anything, Lan rushed in.
"God damnit."
"What?" Rainbow Dash said.

The room, the throne room. It was like Celestia's throne room... but blacker.
"Well if it isn't Lan! How are you doing?" The pony said on the throne. He sounded serious. There, next to him, was another. One with a horn. Lan's target.
"So you noticed me, eh?" The pony came out. "My name is X."
"Well X, i'm not here for you. Move aside."
X moved in Lan's way. "That would be to easy now would it."
The door was busted in, and the rest of the group came in. Root, Blue, and Zero hit Lan's side as fast as anyone could count.
"Your friends... quite a... bother?" X smiled. "Time for a little magic!" As X's horn glowed, Lan and his friends were shielded by Luna's magic.
It hit too quickly.
...
What happened...! The fight!... I feel... different... why do I feel cloth on my chest... clothes... shit.
Lan got up fast. He checked his body. He was human again. As awesome as this felt, now that the Nameless are all going to feel pain, but now he could see what his friends looked like.
Zero was a Mexican with a short haircut. Age prediction, 17.
Blue was a white, slightly buff guy. Age prediction, 20.
With Root, Lan didn't know. He was still in his pony form. Lan didn't care though, for he and his friends were pulsed back by X's magic.
Lan looked up and say Twilight and Luna gazing upon him. In human form. Naked.
"GAH!!!" Lan jumped up, as did Blue and Zero. While others were testing their... body... Lan and Zero were more focused on their loved.
Discord started to laugh. "You guys look weird! Oh Celestia I should get this on camera." Discord was also still in his normal state.
Zero looked around. He saw Lan was preoccupied so he grabbed Applejack and started walking out of the throne. Lan saw it.
Lan grabbed Zero's shoulder and talked to him alone. "What do you think your doing?"
"Dude, look at her. I HAVE to do this."
Lan's nose dropped a drop of blood.
"No your not." Lan started to drag Zero back. As soon as he let go, Zero made his way to Applejack and went outside.
"Hey get back he-" Lan followed Zero and decided to close the door. Images.
"Anyways... why did you do this?"
"I thought it would be fun!"
Lan looked at everyone's state. Mostly just playing with their new boobs. Lan cast that away.
"So, are we going to fight now?"
Lan pulled out Roots sword. "What do you think?" Lan jolted for X, barely missing. "Too slow!"
Lan pulled the sword and twisted for X. The sword scratched X and he let out a moan of pain. Seeing this, the others knew they had to do something. Root jumped up, and launched for X, but all he was able to do was be a distraction as he was pushed back by X's powerful magic. That's when Blue jumped in, letting out a battle cry as his arms grabbed X, and threw him towards Lan. Lan being so close to the scene hadn't prepared for it quick enough. All he could do was duck, allowing X to get near the girls.
"Hey baby's, how are you enjoying the show?" X asked. Discord leaped on him, sawing that it was his time to shine, and started to claw into X. After a couple quick claw attacks, X had a time to speak.
"You know, I find it funny that you got over Princess Celestia's death. It isn't quite easy getting over someone you love. Discord, I know all about it. The time you spent with her, the flowers, even the dates. Discord, she didn't love you."
Bought back, Discord's face filled with mixed emotions. Thoughts spinning out of control as repressed memories flooded Discord's mind.
"Sh- SHUT UP!!!" Discord started to choke him. He didn't even feel surge of power X was sending him. Discord was flown into the air, rescuing X. X got up and looked at the group of girls sitting down. He felt it was too easy to let them go, with their shield around them. He wondered why they haven't left. That's when he noticed power. Strong power. Sweat started to drop off his face. What was this powerful force? That's when the wall to the left of the king exploded, sending a fire ball the size of a house going straight for him. He tried to teleport out of the way, but wasn't fast enough. Luckily as stated before, the girls had a shield around them, holding back the fire doom in front of them.
Lan who had jumped out of the way, stared in disbelief at the two friendlies who stood, no flew in front of him.
"Miss me?" Arrell said, standing on top of Lucy, Luna's pet dragon. Lucy let out a cry of joy as she saw her lifelong friend there, but she looked different.
"ARRELL!!!" Blue yelled, "Why don't you help us?"
Arrell, responding to Blue's cry, leaped off of Lucy. As he fell, his body transformed into what looked like a 15 year old. He pulled out a small dagger and slid towards Lan. He grabbed Lan's shoulder, pushing Lan as he stabbed the air. Blood trickled down the dagger and on the floor. X appeared.
"Why you little!" X took Arrell and uppercutted him, sending him flying, knocked out. "I'll teach you to mess with me." He pulled out a gun and shot Arrell in the chest. Lan looked at disbelief as his new friend was hurt. Lan pushed all his pain and blamed it on him. He felt guilty that he had to feel a bullet going through him, as Lan had been shot.
"You see that Lan? That's what happens when you mess with the Nameless. People die. All because of you."
"SHUT UP!!!" Lan reached for X but stopped. He felt something go threw him that nothing had done before, complete sadness.
Arrell stopped breathing.
This set off Lan, slashing towards X with Roots sword, not minding his friends what so ever. He was completely pissed. X decided to have fun with this.
"You won't kill me Lan, you don't have what it takes to murder someone." Lan ignored him and continued his pointless slashing. "Who do you think will win if you actually do defeat us? Not you. You go straight to Hell after this."
Twilight paused. "What do you mean?" Lan froze in his tracks, begging not tell tell more.
"You see Twilight, once Lan defeats us, which won't happen, he will be sent to Hell. Why you ask? Because Lan lied to you. He's been doing it since the start."
"SHUT UP X!!!" X ignored.
"He was once a human, like he is now, and back in his human life, he committed several bad deeds. And guess what! When he died in that world, God, a more power being than I, planted him here, to destroy us! But sadly that's not going to happen."
Twilight was confused with this current knowledge. She had mixed emotions on the story. "Is this true Lan?"
"... Yes."
Twilight started to cry. Lan twitched. He dropped the sword and got on his knees.
"You feel that? That is agony. Its what you did to Blue! You know, killing his lover." Lan didn't respond. "And even Zero, killing, well soon to die, wife and baby." Lan started to twitch. "And even Root himself. He risked his life and push him back. Calling Celestia and Luna a bitch, cussing them out, insulting them. Very bad." Lan started to twitch even more. "And the worst of it all, your going to let down Twilight even though she is pregnant."
His words went through the air, entering Twilight's ears. She held her stomach.
"That's right! Your pregnant! I can sense these things you know." X walked passed Lan, and went to the shield. Lucy was about to go for a round 2, but X quickly dispatched her with a quick knockout spell. When he reached Twilight, he reached inside the shield, surprising everyone, and grabbed her. No one had time to react as everyone tried to pull her in.
"You see Twilight, I can't let you live! Oh, the pain you will suffer as I do very things to you!" He lifted his arm to put it on her head. Twilight struggled to get out, but couldn't break the grip. Everyone stood there in place, filled with fear. "Time. To. Die!"
That's when a arm reached out and broke X's arm. Clean. Off.
"GAH!!!" Twilight fell to the floor as X twitched in pain. X turned around to see Lan standing there, with his arm.
"IF YOU DON'T MIND I NE-" That's when Lan tilted his head up, showing that Lan had finally snapped.
"You want to see pain? I'll give you pain! I'LL GIVE YOU THE TRUE MEANING OF PAIN!!!" Lan grabbed X by the neck and lifted him up. "You want to rip my limbs off?" Lan grabbed X's other arm. "Say good bye!" Lan started to laugh insanely, while he broke off X's other arm. Lan tossed him to the side, still on him.
Lan leaned over and whispered in X's ear. "How do you like your legs?" No response. Lan tilted up and got more serious. "I asked you a question." Still no response. Lan started to laugh again. His laugh was mixed with pain and sorrow, yet happy and violent. "FINE THEN! LETS SEE WHAT COLOR YOUR BLOOD IS!!!" Lan took X's leg and grabbed his foot. Lan tilted his head. "This little piggy died."
"That doesn't make sen- AAAAHHHH!!!" Lan had ripped off X's foot, throwing it to the side. Lan laughed again. X couldn't move. Fear had been thrown in him, and he can't get it out. Lan started to tear off the other leg, leaving X with only a stub of a leg. Lan pulled out a knife, Arrell's knife, and went to town on X. He started stabbing, then slashing. Blood spilled everywhere as Lan couldn't stop laughing and crying. Soon X had died, but Lan didn't care. Soon a hand, no hoof landed on Lan's shoulder, belonging to Root.
"Lan, stop this."
Lan turned his head slowly to Root, smiling.
"Now why would I do that?"
"This isn't you Lan, stop."
"Make me." Lan got up and started to slash at Root. Root just started to dodge, as his eyes filled with fear. Blue jumped on him, holding him back.
"STOP!!!" Blue said. Lan didn't respond.
"Lan... I have to tell you something... I lied to you..."
"I KNEW IT!!! THE FAIRY KING WILL ALWAYS BE RULER OF THE MUSHROOM KINGDOM!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"
"I'm not who I say I am... i'm not Root. I haven't told you my name Lan Jenkin's."
"THE ONE THEY TOLD THE GODS-" Lan froze.
"Lan my name is William Greenfield."
