I have been meaning to add this and this is the first chapter ill try it , ill be macking the color of the text acording to who is talking this helps me and I dont know if it helps you in any way. this is for Rainbow Dash,Fluttershy,the guards , security , etc...,black well ...me.
I had a dream…about that day, the day we fell, the day that all were killed. I was woken up by something poking me. I grunted and whatever it was squeaked and ran. I opened my right eye half way and saw the pony from yesterday hiding behind her own couch. I remembered what had happened yesterday.
I could tell that she could see the worry on my face so she quickly tried to get close to me. I could barely see her shape at all, but I backed away and jumped out the window before even her face or body was clear. I could hear her from afar “Wait! Don’t run I won’t hurt you!”. All lies, that’s what they all say, she is probably after some type of reward for my capture or something…
I couldn’t tell where I was running toward but my faith was brought down when I ended up in the small town. Everypony stared at me but I didn’t care, the thing I did care for was that the guards had seen me and they were already calling in reinforcements. I didn’t expect anything big, I mean I’m one guy, what’s do they think it takes to take me down? It was an bad time for that question, not only did they literally bring the whole army against me, they came in with bombs …wait when did they even invent that?
We barely were starting to use gun powder and they were already making a weapon with it. I was running into the town since they were all trying to get me with their bombs from every side, as I ran I failed to spot a bomb and I was sent flying into a giant cloud all I felt was pain as I looked down to see my legs crippled and bleeding from the explosion.
I don’t know where a window came from but I went through one and crashed against the soft floor…wait I’m I standing on a cloud? I looked out the window and it all confirmed my idea, I was on a cloud but that wasn’t what scared me. What scared me was the fact that the whole army was still following me. ”Wait, now they can fly to? When in the name of my father did Pegasus start to exist? Not only am I standing on a cloud, the army is following me and I don’t have mobility with my legs.
“Who the heck are you; better question what the heck are you?”
I turned to see a Pegasus standing behind me with an angry look on her face. ”Please hide me I promise I will tell you everything later. “ I didn’t let her decide I just crawled my way to the nearest door and went in, it was a closet full of trophy’s and posters of some wonder bolts thing. My next observation was a rainbow colored dress and a golden necklace encrusted with a thunder bolt on it. I went in as deep into the closet as I could and wrapped a piece of my own cloth onto my crippled legs. I heard the entire pony army getting closer, marching towards this cloud. They stopped and went over to knock on a door. ”…wait they have doors in clouds too, great just great.” I thought to myself.
“Have you seen this thing? “The guard asked. I imagined that he pulled up one off those posters they had placed all over town of me. The thought crossed my mind if a bit is the money they use in this place I’m screwed; it marked almost a million bits for my capture.
“No I haven’t.”
“Ok then thank you for your time.”
“Yea whatever”
They marched away; I heard he came back and then she opened the door.
“Ok then I did my part, now explain how the buck you standing on a cloud if you’re not a Pegasus and what the heck are you?”
“First off I’m as confused as you are, second I’m a human”
“Oh! Those creatures that went extinct a while ago?”
“What?! we didn’t go extinct; your people killed our entire village”
“No way! This book a friend gave me says otherwise.”
She handed me a blue book with the title “Humans”. It was all lies, it said that all humans were extinct by their own. It didn’t even say anything of when we tried to attack them and when they killed all of us.
“Your book is a lie, none of it is real. They’re hiding the truth from you, who is the author? “. I flipped the book and read the name Celestia.
“Yea right, why would our ruler lie to us?”
“Believe me if I could fill a book of the reasons why not to tell the villagers stuff, I would fill a library…why didn’t you turn me in?”
“Simply because I wanted to know your side before anything”
“Now that you know my side, what do you want? I really doubt I have as much money as they were offering”
“Nah its cool, you don’t need to give me anything”
“Well sincerely I don’t understand why you’re being so loyal to me”
“Don’t worry about it, that’s what friends do”
“Friends” the word flew around my mind it had been a long time since I had a friend.
“What was that?”
“Nothing, thank you“ I tried to get up but the stabbing pain in my legs brought me back down
“I don’t think I will make it anywhere with these legs, I know this is much to ask but could you take me to the forest?”
“What? That weird dark forest, who would want to go there?”
“Oh don’t worry, the forest it can be a very good friend”
She helped me up and she carried me down to the forest
“I owe you big time, thank you”
“No problem, anyway maybe some time we can hang out some more”
“I really doubt it since the hole army is going to be following me for some time again, but sure”
She dropped me off in front of the forest with a worried look on her face, I grabbed hold of the first tree in my reach, said my good bye and went in the direction of my cave.
I arrived to see no difference in anything but something was out of place a small basket with some of the forest fruit was near my camp fire, I grabbed it and smelled the fruit curiously “Was it poisoned?” Was all I could think until I found a small note at the bottom “I’m sorry if I scared you “ at the bottom was a signature “Fluttershy”.
I remembered the bunny mentioning that name in multiple conversations to me, I assumed she was the Pegasus I had caught and helped in the same day. With no further exploration or thinking I got to my bed and went to sleep.
