Chapter 10
"What do you mean 'were not in France anymore'? I know we moved, but not our place, we just slipped into an alternate reality!" The Doctor said as he walked towards the door.
"As usual the lights are off... Which means the Tardis is either dead or lost power, good thing i always have a piece of her with me at all times... Also, Ron, did you let some wild animals in here- Did you open the petting zoo without my permission?!'
Ron turned around to face the Doctor. The Doctor's face went pale at the realization of where he was.
"Oh no... no no no no no!" shouted the Doctor, running outside, past the other ponies outside.
"No... This is not good, not good at all..." said The Doctor, looking almost terrified.
"What isn't good Doctor? the fact that we are now rainbow colored ponies or the fact that your Tardis is probably dead?" Ron asked.
"Oh if it were as simple as that then I wouldn't be acting like the whole of creation is at stake, which now it is..." Said the Doctor.
"Yeah um, don't mean to inturrupt, but, WHO THE HELL ARE YOU GUYS?!" asked Twilight, who was already shaken by thise weeks events.
"Oh, of course, I'm-" The Doctor was cut off by what sounded like an angry demon speeding towards him at insane speeds.
"DOOOOOOOOOOOOCTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" The voice was female, and worse, the Doctor knew whose voice it was.
The Doctor tried to run back to the Tardis, but it was too late, the mail mare Ditzy (Derpy) tackled him.
"Look, Derpy, I-I can explain!" The Doctor said, his face filled wiht fear.
"NO! YOU LEFT ME, WITHOUT SAYING GOODBYE, I WAITED WEEKS, MONTHS- and also the better part of last year- WAITING FOR YOU TO COME BACK!!!" shouted Derpy,
"I know, but, if i didn't get back to my universe, it would most likley spell doom for it, and ripple effects could affect the whole of creation!"
"Hey, Your necklace, where did you get it, it looks like it's glowing!" Twilight cut in.
"Who, me? i dont have a necklace, they are too, weird..." said the Doctor.
"Now you, your friend." said Twilight, pointing to Ron.
"Oh, my name is ron, and I've had this thing for as long as i can remember... Meh, its just a necklace, a bad-ass looking necklace, but a necklace none the less, though, its never glowed before." said Ron staring at his necklace.
"Well, that's no suprise, considering I havent seen you since the Catyclysm..." Said a mysterious voice.
"Wait... I know that voice... A voice, from my past, oh gosh, i was a different man, that was a long time ago, The Beast..." said The Doctor.
"Ah Doctor, the man of such wisdom and words, and soo many secrets, but no, I am not the beast himself, I am his mind, in its true form." said the voice.
Soon after, the skies tuned red, as a thunder storm the likes of which have never been seen by mortals rolls in, turning the world black. Then, a single point of light, a portal, opening, from the aether dimension, and a man stepping out of it.
"Come on Ron, you have to know who I am, heck, you're the cause of all this..." said the voice
"I have no idea who, or what in the world you are, and what do mean 'all of this is my fault'?" Ron replied
"Well, I guess I still have to do everything, after all this time, heh, listen to me, talking about time, how it is infinite, but yet limited, material, yet immaterial, and almost always in flux... The last of the Time Lords, gathered, for the beginning of a new era..." said the voice.
"What do you mean, what time lords, there aren't any left but me!" said the Doctor.
"Who the heck are you any way?" asked Ron
"silly silly Ron, oh how easy it is to forget something, let me say this again: We came before time, before the universe, before creation, and yet we are creation, we are its cause and it's end, I am Datherik Natsef, Though, I am know through out creation as 'The Beast'. and you, Ron, you aren't who you say you are, I can see through your disguise, ever since the event, I have been planning, stranded in limbo, learning the secrets and shortcuts of creation, and then, divising mny plan to fix everything, starting with you." said Datherik raising his arm up and pointing it in Ron's direction.
A bolt of lightning struck Datherik's hand, then the bolt turned into a swirling ball of energy, and then fifteen more bolts joined it.
"For Cazareth!" shouted Datherik as he shot a beam from the ball, right into Ron's chest, as he turned back into his human form.
The ball dissipated into Ron's chest, his eyes wide open, lying flat on the ground, clinging to life.
"RON!" shouted the Doctor as he rushed to his side.
Ron's pendant began to glow even more, the pieces on it, looking like a jigsaw puzzle, finaly begining to take shape, moving like gears in a machine.
"Hey, Jeremy, Look!" Aelita said pointing to Ron's pendant.
Ron's Pendant was finaly taking shape, and it was beginning to look like a very familiar symbol.
"Is that, the eye of Xana?!" asked Jeremy in shock.
It infact is the Eye of Xana, forming from the jigsaw on the pendant. As the pendant is completed, and the eye of Xana is formed, it begins to glow bright blue, like the computer, and Twilight's horn. As this happens, Ron's body beigins to glow, but instead of blue, it is yellow, bright yellow, getting brighter and brighter, and now energy is is begining to stream out from his exposed limbs.
"What's happening to him?" Jeremy asked.
The Doctor and Derpy, bothe knew what was happening, They were both in denial of the fact.
"That's not possible, no, he can't be, he can't be- Every one, get back, GET BACK NOW!! RUN!' shouted the doctor as he and derpy tried to get everyone away from Ron.
"Why?! What is he doing?!" Aelita asked.
"The gift of the Time Lords, its not possible, but it is, He's regenerating..."
"Regenerating?" asked Aelita.
"My people- The Timelords, they have a way of cheating death by changing themselves completely, yet it is only a feat possible by time lords, and I'm the last because, I killed the rest."
Ron's body exploded with regeneration energy, sending energy shockwaves rippiling though the land. Datherik only smiled with joy, leaving his coat to flap in the wind. After about 10 seconds of venting energy, a white ball begins to form from the pendant, engulfing Ron's body, and then exploding outwards, decimating most of ponyville.
As the dust settled, people from around town began to circle around the epicenter of the explosion, where two men remain standing, face to face, as if taking their time to study every nanometer of the other person.
"Ron, are you alright?" The Doctor asked.
"My name isnt Ron, Its Dan, Dan Boeing.
