Chapter 7
"So... just The Doctor eh? Fine, I'm Ron, I investigate the weird and strange." said Ron as he and The Doctor entered the elevator in the factory.
"Ah I knew i heard of you before, Getting into government files, hacking radio transmissions, the works. Heh, you know that you are currently a wanted man by UNIT? Too bad I got in there way, you see, I too investigate weird and strange things, mostly dealing with timey-wimey, and I do it better." replied the Doctor.
The Doctor pulled out a weird probe-like thing and pointed at the console.
"What the heck is that? It looks like some sort of sonic probe." asked Ron
"It's a screwdriver, a sonic screwdriver... How did you know it was sonic?" The Doctor replied.
"I don't know, just looks like something... sonic-ish..."
He activated the screw driver and steadied it as he went through all the possible codes for the door untill he found the right one.
"Ah! There we go!" The Doctor said.
The console screen closed as the door opened. The room was filled with an ambient light, of a blue light coming from the center fo the room.
"Well, this seems like something that would send them running here..." said Ron, observing the room.
"Why would you say that?" The Doctor said.
"I mean look at it, this isn't normal HUMAN tech, not by a long shot, the design is far to advanced, this shouldnt even exist."
"How would you know that?" The Doctor said, becoming more and more interested in his new friend.
"I'll tell you, but first, who are you? I mean really, who are you? what planet? what race, what system?" replied Ron.
The room quickly filled with and akward sound, nothing, there was not a sound, only the breathing and the heart beats of the two men. The Doctor sighed
"I guess I'd have to tell you at some point."
The Doctor walked over to a corner, and then he snapped his fingers. at that instant, a light filled the room, a light that beat back the ambient blue light. ron walked into the light, entering a massive room, with lights, stairs, and at the center, a giantr piston surrounded by a console.
"Welcome aboard the good ship TARDIS"
The library was quiet as night continued into its third hour. everyone had done the days work, and needed rest.
"Twilight, you asleep?" asked Applejack.
"No, im too busy trying to defragment the core drive on this CD... ugh I meant im trying to think..." said Twilight
"Good, ah have some doubts about theese people, ah mean, they came out of nowhere with this fancy light stuff, and are asking us to make something that we don't even know. I'm worried, what if they want to harm Equestria, or the princess's, or Ponyville.."
"Granted they may be complete strangers, but they are the only ones who seem to know what is going on."
"That's what I'm saying, what if this is all staged, and what if they are just using us, like cattle."
And so paranoia ensues the young mare and her friends... But will that be enough? The time draws nearer, and I grow restless...
