What if Pinkie and I swapped roles in harmony? Like, if I was a big bouncy crazy talking pony and she was an intellectual smart pony like me? Not to brag of course. Would I be as annoying to her as she is to me?

What a very interesting question. Thinking to do a body swap? The answer is very simple actually and I am surprised you did not notice it.
Technically, if you were her, then you would not know it as you would be Pinkie, so you could really be Pinkie anyway. But if you were to know who you were, it would be a different story, or would it? So if you were not body swapped, but instead just the roles, you would be everything she is. This means that you would be annoying to her.
Your cutie marks would of course be different, but Pinkie would have to be a unicorn. You would see things others don't, you will feel things others don't and you will be things others can't. Pinkie Pie is the definition of irregular physics, a break in the time-space continuum. It is a lot of weight to carry around, so you end up laughing it off with as much joy as you can muster.
So if you were to be Pinkie Pie, and Pinkie Pie were to be you. It is a big weight, but as you can clearly see, Pinkie doesn't seem to mind it, therefore you wouldn't. Hope you understood this, I am sure you did though.
