//------------------------------// // Christmas Tree Farm // Story: Taylor Swift // by AidaSwiftPie //------------------------------// Taylor Swift was just like any other normal pegasus. Well, except that she could see the future. Her premonitions were always correct. She had never gone wrong and somehow, whatever she tried to do to stop terrible events never worked out. Taylor looked a little like Rarity. Her fur was pearly white and her blonde mane was almost like Rarity's, straight but curling at the ends. Her tail was straight and blonde, curling at the end as well. Her eyes were a pretty sapphire blue. Her cutie mark was a red guitar. She had always had a passion for music since young. Taylor decided to move to Ponyville from her hometown, hearing about the many opportunities that lay in wait for her there. The moment Taylor landed in Ponyville in her amethyst-purple hot air balloon, she took in the air that was so different from where she was born. It doesn't smell like Christmas, Taylor noted. She felt so alone in this. I'm just a girl trying to find a place in this world. It seemed as if she could not approach other ponies for hospitality. You would have thought Pinkie Pie would have noticed Taylor , but no. Pinkie was at Sweet Apple Acres, planning a party there. Applejack, however, was walking around lugging around a cart of Red Delicious apples. Applejack spotted Taylor and felt a sort of connection to her. A spark. The spark Twilight Sparkle felt with the rest of the Mane Six while fighting against Nightmare Moon. Applejack approached Taylor and greeted her politely, being the down-to-earth pony that she was. "How can ah help you? Mah name's Applejack and ah work at Sweet Apple Acres. It's where ah'm headed raht now. What's your name, sugarcube? Where ya from?" "Thank you for your kindness," Taylor said with a smile, familiar with Applejack's country twang. "My name's Taylor Swift and I grew up on a Christmas tree farm." Applejack was pleasantly surprised at Christmas tree farm. Applejack then said, "Come along sugarcube. Ah gotta introduce you to some o' mah best friends. You'll love them as much as ah do too. And if you don't mahnd yer bag gettin' that apple smell, you can put it in the cart. You're sweating so much and it's not even noon." Taylor felt so welcome, so comfortable. She threw the bag she was carrying on her back on top of all the apples in the cart. Applejack made her love Ponyville already. Hopefully Applejack's friends are as nice as she is, Taylor thought, or perhaps, even nicer.
