Romance

Nopony would have believed it. A strong workhorse and a party pony! This romance was discovered one night. After getting a little drunk on Apple Cider, Applejack and Pinkie Pie left Twilight's treehouse, Pinkie Pie had thrown Twilight a suprise birthday party, they had tried to keep the romance a secret but being drunk they forgot about, not only them trying to hide the romance, but about everypony who was around them and there, in the middle of the street, they kissed. They only realised everypony was there when they heard shocked gasps from all around. They had broken apart, blushing, and slowly went their seperate ways. Everypony tried to forget it had happened but they couldn't. It had happened so suddenly. Most of the ponies disagreed with the pairing.

"Fillyfoolers" one had said. This was going to be the talk of the town for a long time.

Pinkie Pie slowly opened her eyes. She sat up and stretched, yawning. She looked outside at Celestia's beatiful morning. She loved summer. The warmth, the sunshine and the parties. Her happiness was to be interrupted by a sudden realization of what had happened the night before. When she realized she almost fainted. Now everypony will know. They had told Twilight and the others and they were fine with it. But Pinkie knew that not everypony approves of what they call 'fillyfoolers' Pinkie hated that word. She was not going to have fun today... she could tell.

Applejack paced up and down. How could she have forgotten. She should have told Pinkie about the Apple Cider. Big Macintosh watched her as she paced.

"What am ah gonna do!?" She exclaimed.

"Ya know, sis." Big Macintosh replied "You shouldn't be worryin' 'bout what the others think. It's you're relationship and you should be proud of it! No matter what Granny Smith says!" Just then a voice came from somewhere inside.

"Don't be talkin' about me ya flibberdejibbit!" It shouted. Big Macintosh sighed. Applejack stopped pacing.

"Ah shouldn't be worryin'! I shouldn't care what anypony else thinks!" She said.

"Eyup" Macintosh replied in his characteristic manner. Applejack suddenly ran off.

"Ah need ta talk to Pinkie!" She shouted.

Pinkie heard a knock on the door. It opened and Mrs. Cake walked in.

"Pinkie?" She asked.

"Yeah?" Pinkie Pie replied reluctantly.

"You shouldn't be worrying about what anyone else thinks. It's what's inside that matters. You only need to worry about what you're like inside not outside. It doesn't matter who you love. Whether it's the same gender or the opposite gender it's still love. No matter what others say." She told her. Pinkie perked up.

"You're right!" She exclaimed happily "I need to talk to Applejack!" She ran through the door and downstairs. Mrs. Cake smiled and walked out of the room.
