After Fluttershy left, I decided to look out the window to check progress on the town. All the debris from the dragon had been cleaned up quickly. The buildings were another story though; the ones that were hit weren't completely destroyed, but thoroughly damaged.
"so Le'son, what kind of words of power are there, I know there’s fire breath, but you said there were others, like what?” asked Spike.
"Well little dova, there’s shouts to Slowing Time, Summoning, Unrelenting Force, controlling the weather-" I was interrupted by a surprised Rainbow Dash.
"NO WAY you can control the weather!" she yelled.
"You doubt my skill?" I challenged.
"Oh yeah, let’s take this outside, hey twilight you coming?" Rainbow Dash yelled to Twilight, who was in the middle of showing "Crystal" the atronach, how to organize the library to her liking.
"Sorry guys, Crystal's going to need some training, Spike you want to go?” She asked.
"You know it! This is gonna be-" Spike was interrupted by a mountain of quills and parchments dropping into his hands.
"GREAT! I need you to take notes on the whole thing. How the environment reacted, what words did he use, I want a WHOLE report on this Spike." Twilight said without taking her eyes off Crystal, who was re-organizing the bookshelf I knocked down.
"Fiiiiine. Ok let’s go guys!"
Rainbow Dash, Spike (who was carrying less paper now), and I walked outside. The sun was still high in the sky and there wasn’t a cloud in sight. Ponyville's citizens were still hard at work repairing the town, not noticing their savior. Well except 1, a mare with a light-brown coat, a grey mane, and glasses came running and stopped to a screeching halt right in front of me. She looked relieved, scared, and flustered all at the same time.
"Hello*huff* creature*huff*, I’m the mayor and I would like to thank you for saving our town and would like to be the first to say welcome to Ponyville!" she yelled.
'Well she’s not going to like me in a few minutes.' I thought. 
"Thank you Miss Mayor, please call me Onsi, how go the repairs?" I asked.
She looked to the damaged buildings with a pained expression on her face. It was same one I saw on the jarls when they got news their holds were attacked. 
"Not well, Ponyville is no stranger to chaos as we normally have to deal Pinkie Pie's more destructive parties. We normally have repairs done within hours, but we hit a snag. The town's treasury has been depleted and we won’t be able to fix anything as quickly.”
"What’s the estimate?"
"About 2000 bits. Wait... no, 3000 bits including Fluttershy's house."
"Hmmm....is this enough?" I asked as I took out an orange sack filled with gold and held it eye level to her. The mayor took a look in the sack and looked at with awe.
"What...how...WAT? This is MORE than enough." the mayor said, a surprised look plastered on her face.
"If need be I can even give you some valuable metals and ores to sell, they're not from here and are guaranteed to fetch a nice price for the treasury."
That was too much for the mayor to handle and she fainted.
"Well...at least you don’t have to worry about repairs. Now you said you doubt my powers Rainbow Dash?" I asked rainbow, who was hovering near my head.
"Yeah I do, nopony but a Pegasus can mess with the weather and I don’t think a few WORDS can do that.” she said.
"But I bet your gonna prove her wrong anyway, come on let’s see dude!” yelled Spike.
"Ok, everyone stand back." I ordered. They did just that backing away about 5 meters away.
"Alright...STRUN BAH QO" I shouted. 
The sky darkened, clouds appeared out of nowhere, and rain started pouring down like no tomorrow. All the ponies that were working stopped and looked at the once clear sky. Pegasi that were in the sky, stopped and hovered to look at the spectacle too, completely scared.
"HOLY CELESTIA!" Spike and Rainbow yelled simultaneously as they ran/flew over to me completely amazed.
"Wanna see something even more amazing?” I asked. As said before I trained myself to master all the shouts and their uses, with STORM CALL, all I have to do is concentrate to mark a target with my fingers to bring down a bolt of lightning.
And I did just that, using my index and middle fingers I pointed to the ground 10 meters from us to call down lightning. The spot was far away enough not to hurt anyone, but a close enough to know it was me.*KA-BOOM*. A powerful bolt of lightning came down on the spot for only a second and left nothing behind but a burned mark on the cobble stone. The mayor woke up from the boom Spike and Rainbow were speechless. The mayor on the other hand was terrified.
"By Celestia, did you do you do this?" she asked looking up to the sky. I nodded. "Amazing. Well...can you undo it? We still have work to do you know."
"Right...hold on" I said as I focused all my energy into stopping the storm. ‘Wait... fuck this I have CLEAR SKIES' I thought.
"LOK VAH KOOR!" I shouted into the skies and every cloud was gone. Everypony gawked at me amazed and terrified.
"Again don’t you ponies have a town to fix?!" I yelled. The mayor snapped out of her bewilderment and turned to the working ponies.
"He's right everypony, new supplies will be coming in soon, so keep at it and our town will be back to normal in no-time!" she yelled. Everybody went back to work still scared out of their wits.
"Dude... that was....AWESOME! ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Well...not as awesome me." said Rainbow Dash who was now hovering near my head.
"Oh so you can make rain and lightning by shouting?" I said.
"Please tell me I’m gonna learn how to do that!" Spike pleaded.
"No, what you saw was the shout COMPLETELY focused. Without the training I have, every living thing within 5miles would be in danger of being struck by lightning." I replied. Spike looked crestfallen.
"But aside from true fire breath, you'll learn frost breath and unrelenting force. With these powers my friend, you’ll be force to be reckoned with in the field, but in time, once I meet everyone and settle on where I’ll be staying, we'll get started on shout training." this seemed to perk spike up and he looked at the quill and parchment in his hands.
"OH CRAP THE NOTES!"
"Screw the notes, we have more important things to do, like eating." said Rainbow Dash. "Come on lets go to sugarcube corner."
With my storm cleared, I changed back into my robes and we started walking to the (slightly burned) gingerbread house that Rainbow Dash called Sugarcube Corner.
