In the field, Applejack trotted slowly down a dirt path.  Her hooves clicked with every step, her mane blowing gently in the breeze.  It was a beautiful day out.

The sun was high up in the sky, shining brightly over the green grass and trees.  It was nearly noontime, so the sun was high up in its perch.  A silent breeze swept along the land, barely tilting the grass and gently brushing past the manes of the ponies. 

For a long time, Applejack simply walked upon the path, looking for nothing in particular.  Finally, she looked out into the field, and felt something within her gut, so she trotted into the field.

Looking out into the horizon, she simple stood and watched the majesty that was the sky.  Leaning down to the grass, Applejack opened her mouth and bit some of the grass, cutting the delicious greenery from the base.

She chewed lazily for a few minutes, passively enjoying the scenery, and then swallowed the grass.  Leaning down again, Applejack took another bite of grass.  It was pretty good grass.  It wasn't the best she had ever tasted but she'd give the field a solid 6/10 for quality and 8/10 for scenery.  

After Applejack had finished chewing her second mouthful of grass, she leaned down and took another bite.  Using her jaw muscles, she chewed the grass up.  

Nearby was a small bed of flowers.  Their bright colors caught Applejack's eye, so she lethargically trotted over to them and leaned over, and you'll never guess what she did.  She bit the flowers and chopped them right from the base of the stem.  Then, Applejack chewed up the flowers and swallowed them, sending them down to her digestive system. 

Once Applejack was finished chewing the flowers, she leaned down and took another bite of the flowers.  They were pretty delicious.  

Coming up from behind Applejack was Twilight Sparkle.  At the site of this pony, Applejack lifted her head from the flowers and looked at her friend.  

"Neeeigghhhh," said Applejack.  Twilight whinnied in return.  The two ponies ate the flowers together.  Twilight leaned down and grabbed some flowers in her mouth.  Then Applejack leaned down and grabbed some flowers in her mouth.  And then the two ponies chewed them up and swallowed.  

After a while, all the flowers were gone, but Applejack felt like getting a drink of water, so Twilight and Applejack left the field on a long trek to the pond.  

When they got to the pond, they saw that Rarity was already there, drinking some of the water from the pond.  Applejack and  Twilight trotted over.

"Neeeigghhhh," said Applejack.  

"Neeeighhhhh," said Rarity.

"Neigh?" said Twilight.

"Pwwfffrrrr," said Rarity.

"Eeee-ha-ha-ha," whinnied Applejack.

Rarity shook here head and flipped her mane around for a short second.  Then she neighed.  

Applejack neighed in response.  Then Twilight and Applejack trotted up to the pond water and started to lap it up.

After all three ponies had finished their drink, they trotted off to eat some more grass.  On the way there, they saw a squirrel.  The squirrel looked at Applejack. 

The ponies and the squirrel stood still for a few seconds.

Then, Applejack put her head forward and extended her jaw.

"NEEEEEIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH," said Applejack, her lips gyrating.

"Squirrel squirrel," said the squirrel.  The squirrel scampered up the trunk of a tree.  Then, the three ponies continued on their way.  

On their way to the field, the ponies ran into Rainbow Dash.  Rainbow Dash joined the ponies on their trot to the field.  When they got to the field, they started to eat more grass.

From within some bushes emerged Fluttershy.

"Neigh," said Fluttershy.  

"NEIGHHHH," said Rarity.  Fluttershy joined the other ponies and they all started to eat the grass.

After a few minutes of eating the grass, the ponies decided that they didn't want to eat grass anymore, so they galloped away from the field.  As they were galloping, they came across another squirrel.  Applejack ran past the squirrel, scaring it into running away.

Applejack let out a whinny as they galloped through another field.  Then they stopped and grazed again.

However, as they grazed, there was a quiet noise approaching.  

The ponies ignored it. However, in the bushes lurked a group of foxes.  The foxes eyed the ponies carefully, waiting for the right moment to strike.  

While the ponies grazed, they whinnied and neighed.  But then, the foxes burst from the bushes and attempted to attack the ponies.  All of the ponies but Applejack galloped away in time, but Applejack was surrounded.  Applejack had to think fast.

"NEIGHH," she said.  The foxes nodded in agreeance and left.  Applejack joined her friends.

However, the foxes were not making the quiet noise that was approaching.  It got louder and louder as the ponies grazed the grass.

Then it became apparent what it was.  It was a helicopter.

Applejack and the ponies looked at the helicopter with wide eyes.

"FUCK, they're on to us!" yelled Applejack.  More helicopters appeared from the treelines.

"Damnit," yelled Twilight,"Rainbow Dash take care of the choppers I got the infantry!"

Twilight produced a shotgun out of nowhere.

"On it!" screamed Rainbow Dash.  She took a rocket launcher and aimed it at one of the helicopters.

With a pull of the trigger, the rocket flew forward and nailed the helicopter.  The fiery explosion was followed by the screams of dying men.  The helicopter descended to the ground and exploded in bright, deathly flames.

Twilight loaded her shotgun and blew a hole through an infantrymen.  "Fuck, they have backup."

Rarity got into a tank and launched shells into enemy lines.  Pinkie Pie produced anti aircraft artillery and shot at the approaching helicopters, shooting them out of the sky and obliterating them whilst Rainbow's rockets flew by other choppers.

Fluttershy knew she had to end this.  She looked at the red button carefully, and then pressed it with teary eyes and a sniffle.  The nuke launched and destroyed everything.  The ponies looked at the carnage, thousands of soldiers dead.  In front of them was just desolate wasteland.  The nuke had destroyed everything.  Family and friends had probably died in the explosion.

They went back to the field and grazed.  Applejack leaned down and chopped a patch of grass at the base, and then chewed it up.

It was a pretty sunny day.
